TAQLEED KI DEFINATION

LUGAT [DICTIONARY] K MUTABIQ TAQLEED KI DEFINATION :-

* lugat me taqleed k maayney kisi cheez ko galey me latkaana hai. JAB TAQLEED KO ISLAAM K SAANTH JODA JAAYE TO ISKI TAAREEF – saahib e munjad apni kitaab almunjad me taqleed ki taareef kartey huye likhtey hain. ”taqleed us parvi ka naam hai jo gaur wa khauz se khaali ho.” [almunjad arabi safa 649]

* MISBAAHULLUGAAT k writer jo deoband se farig aur hanafi mazhab k pairokaar hain.is baat ko wazeh kartey hain ki ”muqallid nusoos se aari aur seena gazat baaton ki pairvi karta hai.” MISBAAHULLUGAAT ME UNHONE JO TAQLEED KI TAAREEF KI HAI WOH IN ALFAAZ ME HAI

” NASRANIYON KI SEENA BASEENA BAATON KO TAQLEED KAHA JATA HAI.”

TAQLEED KI ISTELAAHI DEFINATION :-

* Ulemaa e usool ki istelaah me taqleed ki taareef kuch yun hai. ”TAQLEED US AMAL KA NAAM HAI JO KISI KI BAAT PAR BAGAIR DALEEL KIYA JAAYE”

* allama husain ahmad khateeb misri taqleed ki taareef yun kartey hain- ”daleel k bagair kisi qaul ko tasleem kiya jaaye aur kisi k maslak ko daleel maaloom kiye bagair ikhtiyar kiya jaaye” [fiqhul islaam safa 507]
* jamaul jawaame’a me taqleed ki taareef kuch yun ki gyi hai:- ”bagair daleel k kisi ki baat par amal karna taqleed hai”. [jamaul jawaame’a safa 251]
* kuch ne taareef kartey huye ye qaid bhi lagaaai ki muqallid daleel maalum karney ka mukallif nahi. [muslimussuboot safa 5]

TAQLEED AUR ITTEBA ME FARK

* imaam ibn e qayyim , ibn e khwaaz k huwaaley se farmaatey hain ki:-

”taqleed bagair daleel k hoti hai aur itteba badaleel hoti hai.”

doosri jagah farmaya ”har woh cheez jis par daleel qaayam ho voh itteba hai, itteba deen me jaayaz hai. aur taqleed manaa hai.” [ailam ul muwaqqieen jild 2 safa 137]

* mash’hoor hanafi aalim maulaan murtaza hasan se manqool hai :-

” itaa’at taqleed k maayney se aam hai , ki khudawand e qudus aur sarvar e aalam s.a.w. ki itaa,at ko taqleed nahi kaha gya hai , nez mujtahid ka qaul fi nafsah hujjat [daleel ] nahi. aur khudawand e aalam ka qaul fi nafsi hujjat e sharyah hai. [tehqeek alkufr wal imaan safa 5]

* itteba allah aur usk rasool ki un braaheen aur dalaail se hai jiska naam allah ta’ala ne ilm rakha hai.

isk liye surah nisaa ayat 113 aur surah aale imraan aayat 61 dekhen.

in aayat se waazeh hai ki jo aap ki taraf wahi hoti thi woh ilm hai. aur is baat par ijmaaae ummat hai ki ahaadees e rasool bhi quraan ki tarah ilm hai. kyunki ye bhi wahi k zariye se hai.

”wama yantiqu anil hawa in huwa illa wahuyin yooha”

isi tarah ibn e maajah ki saheeh hadees hai ki mujhe quraan k saanth hadees bhi di gyi.

* imaam ibn e qayyim farmaatey hain:- ilm woh hai jo allah aur uskey rasool k faraameen hon, isk alaawa sab shaitaani khyaalaat hain. [qaseeda e naunyah]

* itteba aur taqleed me farq is aitebaar se bhi hai ki rasulullah s.a.w. masoom anil khata hain. magar hum kisi imaam k baarey me ye nahi keh saktey ki woh rasulullah s.a.w. ki tarah masoom anil khta hain. kyunki kisi ummati ki nisbat ye dawah nahi ho sakta ki allah ne uski asmat ka zimma liya ho , balki aimma se khata ho sakti hai.

* allama shibli k is talluk se alfaaz hai:-

” ye na samajhna chaahiye ki hum imaam abu haneefa r.a. ki taraf aam daawey kaetey hain ki unkey masaail saheeh aur yaqeeni hain.” imaam abu haneefa mujtahid they, paigambar na they . is liye unk masaail me galati ka hona mumkin hai. na sif imkaan balki dawa kar saktey hain.” [seerat e nauman safa 28]

inhi alfaaz ki tarjumaani maulana taqi usmaani ne ki hai:-” aimma e mujtahideen k baarey me ye aitikaad rakha jaaye ki wih mazallah shaare ‘a hain, aur ambiyaaon ki tarah khataaon se paak hain ” [ye jamood hai jiski ijazat nahi] [taqleed ki sharai haysiyat safa 156]

RADDE TAQLEED

QURAAN WA HADEES ME BESHUMAAR DALAAIL MAUJOOD HAIN JO TAQLEED KI NAFI KARTEY HAIN.

* aap wahee par amal karen , bila shuba aap seedhey raastey par hain. [zukhraf 43]

* tum apni zabaanon se ye na kaho ki ye halaal aur ye haraam hai, taaki tum alla par jhoot baandho, tehqeek woh log jo allah ar jhoot baandhtey hain, kaamyaab nahi hongey, ye kaleel faaidaa hai, aur inkey liye dardnaak azaab hai. [nahal 116,117]

is ayat e kareema se chand umoor liye ja saktey hain:-

1. apni taraf se halaal ya haraam karaar dekar uski nisbat allah ki taraf na karo.

2. dunyawi garz k liye allah ta’aala k zimme aisi baat na lagaao , jo allah ne farmaayi hi nahi.

3. allah par jhoot baandhna bahut bada jurm hai.

4. jhoot baandhney waala kabhi kaamyaab nahi ho sakta.

5. aisey shakhs ko duniya ka faaida aurto haasil to ho jaayega lekin uska anjaam azaab e aleem hoga.

voh baat jiska hukm a llah ta’ala ne nahi diya us par shriyat ka darja dekar us par amal karna allah par jhoot baandhna nahi to aur kya hai. taqleed ka allah ta’aala ne kahin hukm nahi diya . pas agar taqleed ko vaajib samjha jaaye aur usk wujoob par koi daleel nahi to woh jhoot nahi to kya hai.

AHLE KITAAB KI TAQLEED

ahle kitaab bhi isi kism ki taqleed me mubtila they, unhiney ahkaam e khudawandi se gurez kark ulema ki taqleed karna shuru kar di. allah taala farmata hai:-

unlogon ne apne aalimon aur buzurgon ko aur hazrat maseeh alaihissalam ko allah k siwa rab bana liya . haalanki unhey sirf yahi hukm mila tha ki sirf ek allah ki ibaadat karen . uskey siwa koi ilaah nahi. ye jo shirq kartey hain woh usse paak hai. [tauba 31]

is aayat e kareema ki tafseer me hazrat adi bin haatim raziyallahu anhu ki mash’hoor hadees vaarid huyi hai jise imaam tirmizi ne zikar farmaya hai. hazrat adi bin haatim jo pehley isaai they , baad me islaam qubool kar letey hain farmaatey hain:-

” maine rasulullah s.a.w. se suna woh ye aayat tilaawat farma rahey they to mainey kaha ki allah k rasul , humne kabhi inki ibaadat nahi ki. aur nahi hum unko rab maantey they .

to rasulullah ne farmaaya voh apney ulema ki ibaadat nahi kartey they , jab unk ulemaa kisi cheez ko halaal keh detey to voh usey halaal kar lete. aur woh kisi cheez kisi cheez ko haraam kehtey to [timizi 136/2]
