MAIN AHLE HADITH KYON HUA  ??? (PART – 2)
Maulana is Mangadant Aur jhoote Qisse me likha hai ke hamare Hz maulana Khaleel ahmad Sahab ka ek bhaanja mazahirul uloom se Faarigh hone ke baad kisi Ahle Hadith doctor ke Paas mulaazim ho gaya aur 3 saal baad usne Hanafiyat se Be’zaar hokar jamat ahle hadith me Shamooliyat Akhtiyaar karli,
Mazahirul uloom saharanpur ke ustaazah ne uske Shubu’haat Door karne ki Bahut Koshish ki lekin wah Kaamyaab na ho sake, aakhir me mere (maulana zafar ahmad ) Saath Guftugu hui aur Maine usse Poocha ke :-” Tumhara maslak kya hai ?”
Toh usne jawab diya:-” amal’bil hadith Sahih ! “
Maine kaha:-” Amal bil’Quraan  nahin “
usne kaha:-” wah toh hai hi “
Maine Jawab diya:- ” Ye toh tumne Baat Banaayi hai Warna Waqeya ye hai ke AHLE HADITH QUR’AN PAR AMAL NAHIN KARTE “

Uper likhe gaye Alfaz ko  Dobarah mulaheza kijiye aur dekhiye ke Seeno me Ahle hadith Ke khilaaf kis tarah Laava pak raha hai,
Unke Kahe alfaz par Guftughu se pahle is baat ka tazkirah beja na hoga ke Maulana zafar ahmad  usmani ka Shumaar Deoband ke Choti ke Ulema me hota hai, aur 20yon Saal se wah Masnad tadrees ko Sambhaale hue hain, aur kai ek kitabon ke musannaf bhi hain,
lekin Ahle hadith ki mukhaalifat ka ye aalam hai ke is  Qadr past alfaaz bolte hue kisi Qism ki Hichkichaahat Mahsoos nahin karte,
Aur itna bada ilzaam taraashte hue Khauff Khuda bhi pesh nazar rahta,
Qur’an par kaun amal nahin karta ??
YE Toh ham arz karenge hi lekin is waqt ye baat be mahal na hogi ke Maulana usmani Saari umar Ahle hadith Ke khilaaf likhte Aur bolte rahe aur Khuda ne unko Duniya me hi Iska badla de diya ke Beton Ne hadith ki Mukhaalifat Sha’aar kar li (yani munkireen e hadith hogaye ),
Baap Ahle hadith ki tardeed me likhte aur   Bolte hain, Goya ke jis imaarat ki buniyaad Baap ne Rakhi thi Beton ne use Amli jaama pahna diya hai,
Ye kaise ho sakta hai ke Imam bukhari (rh) par zabaan taan daraaz karne walon ke Gharon aur Madarson me Sahih bukhari (rh) ki hadith ko maanne waale paida hon aur Parwaan chaden,
Ab zara maulana usmani ke is Bohtaan ko dekhiye ke :
“Ahle hadith Qur’an par amal nahi karte “
Sabse pahle ham unke dalail ka tajurba karenge jo maulana ne Ahle hadith ke Qur’an par amal na karne ke Suboot me pesh kiye hain
FATIHA KHALF UL IMAM:
Pahli daleel maulana ne ye pesh ki hai ke, Quraan me aata hai
” Jab qur’an padha jaaye toh usko kaan lagaakar suno aur Khamosh raho, ummeed hai ke tumpar raham kiya jaayega “
( Surah araaf 204)
Isse malum hua ke Imam ke saath saath Qir’at na karna chahiye balke Quraan ko sunna aur Khamosh rahna chahiye,
Goya maulana ke nazdeek Ahle hadith imam ke peeche Surah faatiha Padhkar Qur’an ki mukhalifat karte hain aur uske huqm ko nahin maante,
Halaanke Maulana ko is baat ka ilm hona chahiye ke Imam ke peeche Surah fatiha padhne ka huqm Khud Shahab e Quraan Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne diya hai, aur ye mumkin hi nahin ke Naataq e wahi aur wah zaat jinki hifaazat ka jimmah Khud allah ne liya ho koi amal Khilaaf Qur’an karen,
Chunanche hz ubada bin saamit (ra) riwayat karte hain ke
Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne hamen Subah ki namaz padhaai toh aap Par Qir’at Dushwaar hogayi,  Chunanche aapne namaz se faarigh hone ke baad farmaya:-” Mujhe malum hota hai ke tum imam ke peeche padhte ho”
Hz ubada kahte hain ke hamne jawaban arz kiya ke:-” haan ya rasoollullah !”
Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-” Kuch na padha karo, magar surah fatiha (zaroor padha karo ) kyonki us shakhs ki namaz nahin hoti jo surah fatiha Na padhe “
( Ye riwayat tirmizi, abu dawood wagerah kuch hadith me maujood hai, Aur imam abu dawood, tirmizi, daare kutni, ibne habban, hakim, aur baiheqi wagerah ne ise Sahih qaraar diya hai, Hawala ke liye dekhen Talkhees al habeer lil hafiz ibn hajar (rh)
Hz abu hurairah (ra) se riwayat hai  ke Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-” jis ne koi bhi namaz padhi aur usme Surah fatiha na padhi toh uski namaz Naqis hai, naqis hai, Aur naqaam hai,”
Hz abu hurairah (ra) se ye hadith sunkar sayel ne kaha ke:-” jab ham imam ke peeche hon toh us waqt kya karen ?”
Aapne farmaya:-” Us waqt surah faatiha aahista padho “
( Sahih muslim )
Aur isi tarah aapne ye bhi farmaya ke:-” Namaz beghair Fatiha ke hoti hi nahi “
( Bukhari, muslim, tirmizi, nisai, ibn majah )
Aur Sharah muslim Imam nawawi aur Sharah bukhari imam Qastalani dono likhte hain ke:-” Ye hadith is baat ki daleel hai  Ke surah fatiha ka Padhna har ek par waajib hai, Khwaah wah imam ho, muqtadi ho, ya akela ho, Aur chaahe Namaz sirri aur ya jahri “
Aur isse bhi Ajeeb tar baat ye hai ke Khud allah taala ne is aayat ke aage dusri ayat me farma diya hai,
” Dil me aahista aahista aawaz na karte hue Shubah wa Shaam ( ke ye Jahri namazon ke Auqaat hain ) Padhte raho aur ( Chup rah kar ) Ghafilon mese na ho jaao “
( surah araaf 205)
Isliye Qur’an par toh  wah aamil na hua jisne Surah faatiha ko imam ke peeche na padha, na ke wah jisne Surah fatiha Padhi..
” wah ilzaam hamko dete they, Qusoor Apna nikal aaya “
Aur isse bhi taajjub ki baat ye hai ke Ahnaaf ke 3 badon me se ek Imam muhammad (rh) ke mutaalliq hanafiya ke mashoor imam Murghyaani  Hidaaya me likhte hain
” ke imam muhammad (rh) ke nazdeek Imam ke peeche Surah fatiha  Ahtiyaatan Padhna Accha Fa’el hai “

Goya agar Mukhalifat Qur’an Ki daleel Qir’at Fatiha Khalf ul imam hi Thahri toh Ilzaam se imam muhammad (rh) ka daaman bhi aaludah hue be’ghair na rah saka ke Fiqh ka besh’tar Hissa unse Markooz hai, Aur jinke mutaallik Baar baar Fiqhi kitabon me aata hai,
”  ke Hanafi mazhab ka Fatawa Imam muhammad ke Qaul par hai “
QUR’AAN PAR AMAL KAUN NAHI KARTA !!!
Maulana usmani ne Ahle hadith ko ilzaam diya tha ke wah Imam ke peeche Surah fatiha padhkar Qur’an hakeem ki ayat ( surah araaf 204 ) par amal nahin karte, aur ham ne mukhsartan saabit kar diya ke Imam ke peeche surah faatiha ka padhna Ain Mansha e Nubuwwat aur Mutaabiq Qur’an hai ,
Ab zara ahnaaf ko dekhen ke kis tarah Qur’an hakeem ki is aayat ka Khullam khulla Khilaaf warzi karte hai,
Fatawa aalamgiri ke Hanafi mazhab ka bahut bada maakhaz wa zakheera hai, usme likha hai ke
” Imam ke Qir’at shuru karne ke baad Muqtadi SUBHAANA QALLA HUMMA padh sakta hai “

Ab batlaayen ke Qur’an par amal Kisne Nahin kiya ??
Ahle hadith ne jo Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke hasab irshad aur Qur’an ke hasab farmaan imam ke peeche surah fatiha ki Qir’at ke Qayel hain Ya ahnaaf Ne jo Be’ghair ki Sanad ke Qir’at imam ke waqt
SUBHAANA QALLA HUMMA padhne ki ijaazat bakhshi hai ??
Aur fiqh ki mashoor kitab maniyatul musali me toh yahan tak farma diya hai ke
Faqeeh abu jaafar farmate hain ke:-” jab muqatadi is aalam me Namaz me shamil ho ke imam Surah fatiha ki tilaawat kar raha hai toh wah Sana ( subhana qalla humma ) padhe aur usme kisi ka ikhtelaaf nahin “
Sahab maniyatul  musali likhte hain:-”  Ye riwayat zakeerah me maujood hai “

Aur kabeeri me hai ke:-” imam abu yousuf ke nazdeek Surah fatiha hi nahin balke agar kisi dusri surah ki tilaawat kar raha ho tab bhi Muqtadi Sana padhe “

Maulana usmani aur Qaraiyeen Insaaf farmayen agar Ahle hadith Imam ke peeche Surah fatiha padh kar Qur’an ke mukhalif ban jaate hain toh Imam abu jaafar aur imam abu yousuf Imam ke peeche padhkar kyon nahi ??
” dil me sama gayi hain Qayamat ki Shokhiyan,
Do chaar din raha tha kisi ki nigaah me ! “
Aur ye baat ek lateeja se kam na hogi ke maulana usmani Ne Ahle hadith ke Qur’an par aamil na hone ke asbaat me apne 3 badon me se do ( imam muhammad aur imam abu yousuf ) ko Ham mujrimon ke kathgare me Khada kar diya…
Aur Ahle hadith par toh Jurm na saabit kar sake lekin 2/3 hanafiyat se Zaroor haath dho baithe,
Maulana usmani ko agar un logon aur masail ke fehrist murattab karna hi thi jo Qur’an par amal nahi karte ya Qur’an ke mukhalif hain toh unhen apne Fuqaha aur Faqeeh se hi 20yon log aur masail mil jaate…..
” Na aap aaye na Ham aaye kahin se,
Paseena pochiye apne jumbi se “

KYA BULAND AWAAZ SE ‘ AAMEEN ‘ KAHNA QUR’AAN KE KHILAAF HAI ??

Ahle hadith ke quraan ko na maanne ke saboot me maulana usmani ne ye daleel pesh ki hai ke:-” ahle hadith unchi aawaaz se aameen kahte hain, halaanke aameen dua hai, aur dua ke mutaallik quraan hakeem me aaya hai

” ud’oo rabba’hum ta’zar ru’ao wa’khufyah “

trans: apne rab se aajizi ke saath aahista aahista dua karo

JAWAB:

Maulana ahle hadith ke khilaaf hasad me is qadar aage chale gaye hain ke unhone ahle hadith par ye jurm aaid karne ke liye ek aisi daleel taraash li, jiski aimma e ahnaaf me se kisi ko khabar na ho saki,

aur wah is josh me is qadr khud’faramosh hogaye ke itna bhi na socha ke is sitam raani ki zad kis par padegi,

aur toh aur agar quraan hakeem ki be’shumaar wala tadaad aayat par ek nazar daal lete jo dua bil jahar ke mutaallik waarid hoi hain toh buland aawaaz se dua bil jahar ko quraan ke Khilaaf na batlaate,

aur na hi is ayat ka wah tarjuma wa mafhoom lete jo ab sirf ahle hadith ko badnaam karne ke liye liya hai ke ba’soorat deegar is aayat me aur dusri aayat me tazaad paida hota hai,

chunanche ab ham wah aayat pesh karte hain jisme ba’aawaaz buland dua maangna saabit hai,

allah taala ka irshad hai:-” aur hamen nooh (as) ne buland aawaaz pukaara aur hamne uski dua ko sharf qubuliyat bakhsha “

(surah saffaat 75)

ek aur maqaam par farmaya:-” aur nooh (ko yaad karo ) jab usne buland aawaaz se pukaara toh hamne uski pukaar ko qubool kiya”

(surah ambiya 76)

hz ayyub (as) ke mutaallik farmaya:-” aur ayyub (as) ke usne buland aawaaz se dua ki (aiy allah) mujhe takleef pahunchi hai aur tu bahut raham karne waala hai “

(surah ambiya 83)

” ham ne uski dua qubool kar li aur uski taqleef door kar di”

(surah ambiya 84)

isi tarah hz yunus (as) ke mutaallik farmaya:- ” fanada fi la illaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zaalimeen “

(surah ambiya 87)

ye aur is qism ki bahut si aayat hain, is sab me dua ko aawaaz se ada karne ka zikr kiya hai aur ” nida” ko arabic me buland aawaaz ko kahte hain,

chunanche imam raaghib farmte hain:- ” ke nida ke maane aawaaz ka buland karna aur uska zaahir karna hai “

aur lughat arab ke imam ibn manzoor afreeki misri farmate hain:-” ke nida ke maane buland aawaaz se pukaarne ke hain aur ‘ falan andi sautan min falaan ‘ ka maana hai ke falan ki aawaaz falan se buland hai “

aur sahab majmua bahaar ul anwaar likhte hain:-” (indi sauta ai arfa wa’ala) ke ‘andi sauta’ ka matlab buland aur unchi aawaaz waala hai “

aur khud quraan hakeem me iski be’shumaar misaalein maujood hain ke ‘ nida ‘ buland aawaaz ko kahte hain

Chunanche surah hood me allah taala ne hz nooh aur unke bete ka mukaalmah naqal kiya hai aur iski ibteda is lafz se hui hai ke

” wa’naadi nooh abnah “

yani aur nooh ne apne bete ko pukaara aur wah kinaane pe tha ke aiy mere bete hamare saath sawaare ho jaao aur kaafiron ka saath na do,

isi tarah surah aaraaf me ashaab ul jannah , ashaab ul aaraaf aur ashaab ul naar ki aapas ki baat cheet ko bhi ba’lafz nida hi zikr kiya hai

” ke jannation ne dozakhiyon ko kaha aur aaraaf(44) waalon ne dozakhiyon ko pukaara aur dozakhiyon ne jannation se sawaal kiya “

zaahir hai ke ek dusre se baat, sawaal aur mukhaatib be’ghair aawaaz buland kiye hue nahi ho sakti, isliye is baat ko tasleem kiye beghair chaarah nahi ke nida ke maana ba’aawaz buland pukaarne ke hain aur ise maanne ke baad ye bhi maanna padega ke maulana usmani ne aayat (ad’oo rabbakum) ka jo tarjumah kiya hai aur usse jo mafhoom akhaz kiya hai wah Bilkul ghalat hai, warna kalaam baari me ikhtelaaf maanna padega (auzubillah )

aur is baat ka tasawwur bhi nahi kiya ja sakta ke quraan hakeem me koi huqm waarid ho aur mubeen e quraan aur haamil e wahiy hz muhammad sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) uske khilaaf karen,

halaanke aameen buland aawaaz se kahna na sirf ye ke khud hz muhammad sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se saabit hai balke aapne apne sahaba kiram ko unchi aawaaz se kahne ka huqm diya hai,

hz wail bin hajar ra riwayat karte hain ki maine suna aap(sws) ne padha, ” gairil maghzoobi alaihim walazzalleen ” phir aapne buland awaz se aameen kahi

( tirmizi 248, abu dawood 932, tirmizi ne hasan jabki ibne hajar aur imam dare kutni ne sahih kaha hai)

hz abu hurairah ra kahte hain ki jab rusullullah(sws) ” ” gairil maghzoobi alaihim walazzalleen ” padhte to aap kahte AAMEEN (itni unchi awaz se) ki pahli saf me aapke aas paas ke log sun lete “

( baihaqi 2/58, ibne Ibne khuzaima 571, ibne hibban 462, ise imam hakim aur imam zahbi ne sahih kaha hai)

hz abu hurairah ra farmate hain aap(sws) ne farmaya:-” jab imam aameen kahe to tum bhi aameen kaho, jis shakhs ki aameen farishton ki aameen ke barabar ho gayi to uske pahle sab gunaah maaf kar diye jaate hain”

(bukhari 780, muslim 410)

imam ibne khuzaima is hadith ki tashrih me farmate hain:- is hadith se saabit huwa ki imam unchi aawaz se aameen kahe kyonki nabi(sws) muqtadi ko imam ki aameen ke saath aameen kahne ka huqm isi soorat me de sakte hain jab muqtadi ko malum ho ki imam aameen kah raha hai, koi alim yah soch nahi rakh sakta ki aap(sws) muqtadi ko imam ki aameen ke saath aameen kahne ka huqm den jabki wah apne imam ki aameen ko sun na sake”

(sahih ibne khuzaima, 1/286)

naem munzir ra farmate hain ki hz abu hurairah ra ne hamen aap(sws) ke tareeqe ke mutabik namaz padhai phir naem us tareeqe ko bayan Karte hue kahte hai ki unhone aameen kahi aur jo log aapke imamat me namaz ada kar rahe they unhone bhi ameen kahi”

(nisai 2/134, ibne khuzaima 1/251, ise haakim, zahbi aur baihaqi ne sahi kaha hai)

hz abdullah bin zubair ra aur unke muqtadi itni buland aawaz se aameen kaha karte they ki masjid goonj uthti thi”

(bukhari 2/262, abdurrazzaq 2/96, imam bukhari rh ne ise imam hazam ke qalimeh ke saath zikr kiya hai, jo iske sahih hone ki daleel hai)

hz ikrama rh farmate hain:- maine dekha ki imam jab “walazzalleen” kahta to logon ke aameen kahne ki wajah se masjid goonj uthati thi”

(ibne abi shaiba 2/187)

hz ataa bin abi ribah rh farmate hain:- maine 200 sahaba kiram ko dekha ki baitullah me jab imam “walazzalleen” kahta to sab buland awaz se aameen kahte”

(baihaqi 2/59, kitabussalat, ibne hibban, iski sanad imam ibne hibban ki shart par sahih hai)

Aap(sws) ne farmaya:- jitne yahudi, salaam aur ameen se chidte hain utna kisi aur cheez se nahi chidte, to tum zyadati se aameen kaha karo”

(ibne majah 856, ise imam ibne khuzaima aur imam buseeri ne sahih kaha hai)

hafiz ibne barr rh ne zikr kiya ki imam ahmad bin hambal rh us shakhs par shakht naraaz hote jo buland aawaz se aameen kahne ko makhrooh samjhta, kyonki yahudi ameen se chidte hain

dua, ta-awwuz(auzubillah), tasmiya(bismillah) aur surah fatiha padhkar aameen kahne ke baad qur’an majeed me se jo kuch yaad ho usme se kuch padhe”

(bukhari 793)

 Sharah bukhari imam qastalani aur Sharah bukhari imam ibn hajar Asqalani farmate hain kn is hadith me aameen bil jaher kahne ka huqm aaya kyonki
” Ke Qaul ke liye jab ‘ Sai’gha ‘ mukhatib mutlaqan aaye toh isse muraad Qaul bil’jahar hota hai, aur jab Qaul se muraad Qaul makhfi ya dil ki baat hotoh us waqt qaul ke saath koi qaid bhi hoti hai “

Aur ye toh aameen ke baare me hai jiske dua hone ya na hone me ulema ka ikhtelaaf hai, aur jaise khud Ahnaaf ke aham Shakhs imam abu hanifa dua nahin kahte,
Jaisa ke Sheikh ul islam bakr ul maroof jawahir zaadah ne Sharah mabsoot me zikr kiya hai,
Imam abu hanifa farmate hain ke:-” imam aameen na kahe Sirf muqatdi kahe , kyonke imam dua maangne waala hai, aur muqtadi sunne waala, dua maangne waala aameen nahin kahta balke sunne waala kaha karta hai, jaisa ke imam adiyah me mamool hai “

Aur taqreeban yahi  Riwayat mulla abdul hakeem sialkoti hanafi ne ‘ bezaawi ‘ ke haashiyah me darj ki hai, aur deegar bahut se ulema ka bhi yahi khyaal hai ke Aameen dua nahin balke Khaatmah dua hai, jaisa ke ‘ Tafseer mu’aalimul tanzeel ‘ wagerah me hz ibn abbas aur hz qatadah aur abu dawood me hz zuhair aur tafseer ‘ bezaawi ‘ me hz ali (ra) se manqool hai,
Aur taahir patni sahab majmua ul bahaar ka bhi yahi nazariya hai,
Lekin Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se toh adiyah ko ba’aawaaz buland padhna bhi saabit hai jin ke dua hone me kisi ko koi Shubah nahin,
Chunanche sahih bukhari me hai
Hz sahal bin saad (ra) riwayat karte hain ke ham Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke saath khandaq me haazir they, kuch log khudaai kar rahe they aur ham khudi hui mitti ko kandhon par uthaaye dho rahe they ke Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-” Aiy allah ! Zindagi aakhirat ki Zindagi hai, tu muhaajireen aur ansaar ko bakhs de “
Aur ek riwayat me Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki dua ke alfaz is tarah aate hai
” Allahumma innal aish aishal aakhirah, faghfirul ansaar wa muhaajirah “
Aur bukhari Shareef ki hi ek dusre riwayat me hai
Hz bara (ra) farmate hain ke:-” Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) Ghazwa khandak par khud mitti dho rahe they, yahan tak ke aapka badan mubarak khaak se at gaya toh  aap Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya
” Allah ki qasam ! Agar Allah ki rahnumaayi na hoti toh ham raast par na aa sakte, aur na Sadqah karte aur na namaz padhte, Aiy allah ! Ham par apni sukoont naazil farma aur jung ke waqt hamen Saabit Qadam rak, un logon (kuffar) ne ham par ziyadati ki hai aur unhone hamen fitna me mubtela karna chaha toh ham ne inkaar kar diya”
Hz sahal (ra) kahte hain:-” aakhir me aap Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) aawaaz ko buland kar dete they “
Aur ghazwa khaibar me kuch is Qism ki dua aapne hz aamir bin aqwa (ra) se suni aur farmaya:-” yarhamullah !  Yani hz aamir is ghazwa me Shaheed ho jaayenge “
( tafseel ke liye dekhiye Sahih muslim ghazwa khaibar, riwayat musalmah bin akwa )
Aur agar iske elawa Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki aur duaon ke mutaalliq malum karna ho toh Sihah ko uthaakar dekh lem, beesiyon riwayat mil jaayengi, jinse saabit hota hai ke Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) buland awaaz se dua maanga karte they,
Aur khususan hz rabiya, hz ibn abbas, hz aisha (ra) se be’shumaar aise riwayaat hain ke unhone falan dua Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se Namaz tahajjud me suni, aur falan namaz Isha me, aur Falan namaz me,
Agar maulana usmani ke Qaul ke mutaabik Dua buland aawaaz se mamnu hoti toh  Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) oonchi awaaz se dua kyonkar maang sakte they ??
Ya Kya maulana ke nazdeek sahab nasheman Jibreel ameen ko iska Ilm nahin ho saka ??
Maulana usmani ne Ahle hadith ke Khilaaf Ilzaam taraashi ki ru me bah kar ye nahin Socha ke ek Be’asal daawa wa daleel ki zad kis kis par padegi,
Halaanke Unse jaise faazil insaan ko ye malum hona chahiye tha ke Ahle hadith ko Hamesha se ye Imteyaaz  Haasil raha hai ke unke Maslak wa mashroob me kisi khaana’shaaz Cheez ka koi wajood nahin, Aur unki har baat Baraah e raast Qur’an wa sunnat ke chasma saafi se maakhooz hoti hai,
Ham poori duniya ke ulema wa fuqaha ko Challenge dete hain ke wah Maslak e Ahle hadith ki kisi cheez ko Bhi Khilaaf Quraan wa Sunnat saabit karke dikhla de,
Aur ham poore Wasooq aur itminaan Qalab se Kahte hain ke Duniya ka Koi fard unki kisi ek baat par bhi Anguli rakhkar Nahin kah sakta ke ye Cheez tumhare dimagh ki takhlees hai, Aur quran wa sunnat me Iska koi Suboot nahi,
Maulana ne Ahle hadith ke khilaaf Muqaddama Ameen bil jaher ko mamnu Saabit karna Chaaha tha ke Qur’an Kareem me Dua bil ‘jaher se roka gaya hai,
Aur hamne Aameen bil jaher aur Buland aawaaz se dua maangne ka na sirf suboot muhayya kar diya hai, Balke Quraan w hadith se Ye bhi saabit kar diya hai ke Ba’awaaz bulamd dua maangna ambiya wa mursaleen aur khud khatim ul nabiyyeen Sayyidul mursaleen Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki Sunnat hai,
Maulana ne Ahle hadith ko buland aawaaz se Aameen Kahne par Quraan se Na’waaqif batlaaya tha, halaanke Khud maulana ki Quraan se na’waaqifi ka ye aalam hai ke Unhone Qur’an kareem ki Is aayat ka Ilm tak na ho saka jisme Allah taala ne dua me Bahut zyada Buland aur Bilkul past ke Darmiyaan aawaaz ko akhtiyaar farmane ka huqm diya hai,
Allah taala ka irshad hai
” Dua me aawaaz na bahut zyadah buland karo aur Na bilkul past  balke darmiyani Awaaz se dua maango “
( Surah isra ayat 110)
Aur Sahih bukhari me Imam bukhari ne hz Aisha (ra) se riwayat ki hai ke wah farmati hain
” Ye aayat dua ke baare me naazil hui hai “
( Bukhari kitabut tafseer )
Aur imam ibn kathir hz Aisha (ra) ki is riwayat ko naqal farmane ke baad kahte hain, ke
” Imam mujhaahid , saad bin zubair, Abu ayaaz, makhool aur urwah bin zubair ka bhi yahi qaul hai ke ye ayat Dua ke baare me Naazil hui hai “

Kya farmate hain maulana usmani , Kaun na’waaqif hai aur Kaun nahin, aur Quraan par kisne amal kiya hai aur Kisne nahin ???
Aur tabhi toh ibn Hammam Aise Zabardast Hanafi aalim wa faqeeh aur Imam ne likha hai ke
” Agar aameen ke baare me mujhe Faisle ka Akhtiyaar hota toh main in mukhtalif riwayaat ke darmiyan yun tatbeeq deta ke in Riwayaat se muraat jin me Aahista aawaaz se Aameen manqool hai ye ke Aawaaz bahut zyadah buland na ho aur buland aawaaz waali hadith se muraad Naram aur gudaaz aawaaz hai, aur iski taedd ibn majah me marwi wah hadith karti hai jisme aaya hai ke Nabi e akram Sallalaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ” Ghairil maghzoobi alaihim walazzaleen ” ke baad Aameen itni Aawaaz se kahte they ke use Pahli saf waale Sun lete aur usse Masjid me goonj si Paida ho jaati, jis tarah ke dariya me bolne se paida hoti hai, aur jis tarah masaajid me dekha jaata hai, ba’khilaaf iske ke Aameen Bade Zor se Kadak kar kahi jaawe
Aur iske baad apna faisla bhi saadir farmate hain
” Aameen darmiyaani awaaz se kahna chahiye na ke zor se Kadak kar ke jis tarah baaz log kahte hain “

Aur isi liye toh maulana ke musalmah Shakhsiyat maulana abdul hayy lucknawi ‘ taaliqul mumajjid sharah moatta imam muhammad ‘ me farmate hain
” Aur Insaaf ki baat ye hai ke Ameen ka oonchi aawaaz se kahna ba’lihaaza daleel qawi (majboot) hai “

Aur maulana abdul yayla ne yahan tak kah diya
” Hamara maslak Aameen past aawaaz se kahna hai aur iski taedd me is riwayaat ke elaawah aur koi Cheez nahi jise Imam hakim ne Alqama bin wail ke waaste se riwaayat kiya hai, Lekin wah riwayat bhi bilkul daeff hai “

Agar maulana usmani ab bhi is baat par jame hon ke Ba’awaaz buland dua karna manaafi Qur’an hai toh mandarzah bala dalail Se qata iska jawab kiya denge aur Khud unke Sahabion imam abu yousuf aur imam muhammad ki position kya hogi, ke wah bhi oonchi aawaaz se dua ke qayel hain,
Chunanche Fath ul qadeer me Qunoot ka zikr karte hue Imam ibn hammam farmate hain
” Imam muhammad ke nazdeek dua e qunoot ki soorat ye hai ke imam dua kare aur Muqtadi khamosh rahe aur imam dua e qunoot oonchi aawaaz me padhe Aur imam yousuf ke nazdeek bhi pasandeedah yahi hai ke imam dua e Qunoot buland Aawaaz se padhe “

Aur Talbiyah ke baare me toh ulem e Ahnaaf ke Darmiyaan kisi Qism ka Ikhtelaaf nahin ke use Buland aawaaz se pukaarna Chahiye,
Chunanche Fiqh hanafi ki mashoor kitab Hidayah me hai
” Aur namazon ke baad ba’kasrat LABBAIK ALLAHUMMA LABBAIK LA SHAREEKA LAK kahe aur talbiyah Pukaarte waqt aawaaz buland kare”

Aur toh aur Khud Surah fatiha Imam abu hanifa ke nazdeek dua hai Jaisa ke mabsoot ke hawaale se pahle Ghuzar chuka hai, Agar oonchi Aawaaz se dua karna mamnu hi hai, toh phir Surah fatiha ko Buland Aawaaz se kyon padha jaata hai,

MAIN HANAFI KYON HUA ??? (PART – 1)
Hamare hz maulana khaleel ahmad quddus sirrahu ka ek bhanja Mazahirul uloom Saharanpur se faarigh hokar Aligarh me Ek docter ka Compounder Ban gaya,
Ye doctor Jamiat e Ahle hadith se wabasta tha, isliye apne Compounder ko bhi Jamat Ahle hadith me shamil karne ki koshish ki aur apne maslak ki kitabein mutaala karne ki targheeb di,
3 saal tak wah Ahle hadith maslak ki kitabein dekhta raha, Aur aakhir Me Ghair muqallid ban gaya,
3 saal baad hz maulana (rh) se milne saharanpur aaya aur aate hi Saaf kah diya ke ab Main HANAFI nahin hoon balke Jamat Ahle hadith me shamil ho gaya hoon,
Hz maulana ko bahut afsos hua aur madarsa mazahirul uloom ke ulema se farmaya ke apne is Shargird ko samjhaao aur uske Shubuhaat ka Azaala karo,
3 din tak wah ulema e mazahirul uloom se guftugu karta raha aur apne maslak jadeed par jama raha, ittefaq se us Zamaane me ye bandah bhi hz maulana (rh) se milne ko Thana’bhawan se Saharanpur pahunch gaya,
Mujhe dekhkar hazrat bade khush hue aur farmaya tum bade acche mauqa par aaye, ye tumhara Shargird haqeeqat se Bezaar hokar Jamat Ahle hadith me shamil ho gaya hai,
3 din se ulema Mazahirul uloom isko samjha rahe hain, magar wah apni baat par jama hua hai, tum bhi usko samjhaao ,
ye baatein ho rahi thi ke wah bhi mujhse milne aa gaya, maine kaha baad Isha ke mujh se milo, jab wah waada karke chala gaya, hz maulana ne farmaya ke usne 3 Saal tak Ahle hadith ki kitaabon ka mutaala kiya hai isliye Nazar wasee hogayi hai, Guftughu me iska lihaz rahe,
Maine kaha:-” Inshallah ! Iska lihaaz rakhunga aap bhi dua tawajjoh se madad farmayen “
Chunanche hasab Qarardad baad namaz Isha ke wah mere paas aaya jabke main bistar Par leit gaya tha, wah paaon dabaane laga, maine bhi inkaar na kiya, aakhir toh Shargird tha, 
Ab hasab zeil guftugu Hui,
maulana zafar ahmad thanvi:- Haan sahab zaade Batlaao tumhara maslak kya hai ?
Shargird- Amal bil’hadith Sahih
Zafar- Bas ! Bil’hadith sahih ? Amal bil’Quraan nahi ?
Shargird- Janab amal bil’quraan toh sabse pahle uske baad Amal bil’hadith sahih hai,
Zafar- Agar tumara maslak hota toh pahle amal bil’quraan ko bayaan karte phir amal bil’hadith ka naam lete
Shargird – Wah toh zaahir hai isliye bayaan ki zarurat na samjhi
Zafar- Ye toh tumne baat banaayi hai warna waqeya ye hai ke AHLE HADITH QURAAN PAR AMAL NAHIN KARTE,
Lekin hanafiya ka usool ye hai ke wah Awwal Quran ko dekhte hain, phir hadith ko, aur jis hadith ko nas Qur’an ke muwaafik paate hai usko tarjeeh dete hain, aur baqiya hadì ko muhaamil hasanah par mahmool karte hain, ab main tumko batlaata hun ke jin masail mashoorah me Hamara Aur Ahle hadith ka Ikhtelaaf hai, unke liye hamne Awwal Quraan ko   Dekha, aur jin hadith ko nusoos Quraan ke muwafiq paaya unko tarjeeh di,
Qir’aat khalf ul imam hi ka masla le lo, ham ne iske liye pahle quraan ko dekha, Surah aaraaf me Haq taala ka Irshad hai
” Jab qur’an padha jaaye toh usko kaan lagaakar suno aur Khamosh raho, ummeed hai ke tumpar Raham kiya jaaye “
( Surah aaraaf )
Is se saaf malum hua ke Imam ke saath qirat na karna chahiye balke Quraan ko sunna aur Khamosh rahna chahiye,
Imam ahmad bin hambal ka qaul hai ke ye ayat bil ittefaaq Qirat khalf ul imam ke baare me naazil hui hai
(Note- jin ulema ne isko khutbah juma ke mutaallik kaha hai unka matlab ye hai ke khutba ko bhi iske saath mulhiq kiya gaya hai, kyonki ye ayat makki hai aur makkah me na jumah tha na Khutba )
Iske baad hamne Hadith ko dekha toh kisi me bhi ye nahin aaya ke
” Jab imam qirat kare tum bhi Qirat karo “
” ke jab imam takbeer kahe tumbhi takbeer kaho, jab ruku kare   Toh tumbhi ruku karo, jab Sami’allah liman hamidah kahe toh tum Rabbana wa laqal hamd kaho, jab Sajda kare tum bhi sajdah karo “
Toh hadithon me Maujood hai,
Magar ye kahin nahin ke jab wah Qirat kare toh tumbhi Qirat karo balke  Agar hai toh
” Jab imam Qirat kare toh tum Khamosh raho hai”
Imam muslim aur imam ahmad ne bahut se muhaddiseen ne is hadith ko Sahih kaha hai, Hanafiyah ne isko tarjeeh di aur baqiyah hadith ko muhaamil hasanah par mahmool kiya,
Ameen ke maslah me bhi Hanafiyah ne awwal quran ko dekha , chunke Ameen dua hai, jaisa ke Imam bukhari ne Apni Sahih me bayan kiya hai, isliye dua ke baare me Quran ko dekha toh usme Allah taala ka Irshad mila
” Apne rab ko ajizi ke Saath Aahista dua karo “
Toh hamne Shaybah (rh) ki riwayat ko tarjeeh di, jisme waarid hai,
” Aapne Surah fatiha ke khatm par Aameen kahi aur Aawaz past kiya “
Yani aahista se aameen Kahi, ye hadith tirmizi me  Hai,
Namaz ke andar Rafulyadain ke baare me bhi hamne Awwal Quraan ko dekha toh haq taala ka irshaad mila
Pahli aayat me irshad hai ke:-” Allah ke saamne Sukoot aur Sukoon ke saath khade ho “
dusri ayat me farmaya gaya hai ke:-” jo log namaz me khusu karne wale hain wah kaamyaab hain “
aur Khusu ke maane bhi Sukoon hi ke hain, iske baad hadith ko dekha toh Sahih muslim me riwayat maujood hai ke
” Sahaba kiram namaz me Salam ke waqt haath uthaakar AS SALAMU ALAIKUM FALAN AS SALAMU ALAIKUM FALAN kahte they,
Nabi e akram sallalaho alaihi wasallam ne farmaya:-” Ye kya harkat hai ke tum is tarah haath uthaate ho jaise Ghode dum uthaate hain, namaz me sukoon se raho “
Is hadith se malum hua ke namaz me salam ke waqt bhi haath uthaana sukoon ke Khilaaf hai, halaanke Salam ka waqt namaz me Daakhil bhi hai aur Khaarij bhi hai, toh ruku ke waqt haath uthaana kaise Munaasib hoga, ruku toh bilkul Daakhil salaat hai, haan takbeer Tahreema me haath uthaana durust hai ke wah daakhil Salaat yani rukn nahin balke Shart Salaat hai,
Is liye hanafiyah ne in riwayaton ko tarjeeh di hai jin me ruku ke waqt tark Rafulyadain aaya hai,
Isi par Is masail ko Qayaas karo ke hanafiyah Awwal Quraan ko dekhte hain phir hadith me se jo nas quraan ke muwaafiq ya Qareeb hon unko Tarjeeh dete hain.
Shargird – Waqai maine Ab tak is nuqtah par  Ghaur nahin kiya tha, magar ye Shubah ab bhi baaqi hai ke Hanafiyah ke Baaz masail me Sahih hadith ke Khilaaf Amal karte hain,
Zafar – Azeez man ! Pahle tum Sahih hadith ki Tareef ton bayan karo, magar Dekho Hadith Sahih ki tareef me Kisi Ki Taqleed na Karna
Shargird – (Ye   Sunkar kuch deir Khamosh raha aur paseena paseena ho gaya ) Phir kahne laga ke main Samjh gaya Waqai Be’ghair Taqleed ke kisi Hadith ko Sahih kahna mushkil hai,
Phir bukhari, muslim, tirmizi, wagerah Ki Taqleed toh Jayez ho Aur Imam abu hanifa, imam malik, imam shafai, ki taqeed najayez ho, ye kyonkar ho sakta hai,
Ab main Maslaq Ahle hadith ko Chhodhta hun aur Maslak Hanafi Akhtiyaar Karta hun….
Zafar – tum bahut jald Samjh gaye, is se Dil khush hua, magar iski acchi tarah Wazaahat kar dena Chaahta hun ke Jo log taqleed ka Inkaar karte hain Aur taqleed ki Muzammat karte hain, wah bhi Kisi hadith ko Sahih ya Daefe ya Hasan Be’ghair  Taqleed ke Nahin kah sakte…
Raha ye azar ke haq taala ne khabar Saadiq aur Shahaadat aadil ko hujjat qaraar diya hai toh Taqleed nahin balke Itteba Hujjat hai,
Main kahta hun ke Hadith ko Sahih ya zaeff kahna mahaz khabr nahin balke uska madaar muhaddis ke zan wa ijtehaad par hai,
Baaz dafa Sanad ke sab raawi Siqa hote hain magar hadith mu’allal hoti hai, aur illat ke maarifat Haaziqeen ko hi hoti hai, Har muhaddith ko nahin hoti,
Ibn abi hatim ne kitab ul Alal me abdul rahman bin mahdi (rh) ka qaul naqal kiya hai ke hadith ki maarifat bhi Ilhaam hai,
Ibn numair ne kaha Waqai Sach hai, agar muhaddith se poocho ke tum ne kaise kaha ke  (ye hadith sahih hai ya mu’allal ) toh uske paas kuch jawab na hoga,
Ahmad bin saaleh (rh) farmate hain ke hadith ki maarifat bhi aisi hi hai jaise sone aur peetal ka pahchaanna, kyonke jowhar ko Jowhari hi pahchaanta hai,
Parakhne waale se agar poocha jaaye ke tumko isko khara khota kaise kaha toh wah koi daleel nahin bayan kar sakega,
Isse Saabit ho gaya ke Aimma hadith ko Kisi Hadith ko Sahih ya mu’allah kahna mahaz khabar nahin balke unka ye qaul unke zan aur ijtehaad par mabni hota hai,
Toh is baat me unki baat par aitemaad karna ain taqleed hai,
Allama ibn qayyim ka ye farmana ke ye ahkaam me Taqleed nahin, isliye sahih nahin ke hadith sahih par amal karna Sharatan Waajib aur Zaeff par amal karna Ghair waajib aur Mawdoo par amal karna haraam hai, toh ye Taqleed Ahkaam hi me hai, ghair Ahkaam me toh nahi,
Isi liye fuqaha ne bahas sunnat ko aur isko Qubool ward ke Qawaid ko usool fiqh me bhi bayaan kiya hai,
Allama ibn qayyim ka isko Itteba kahna, Taqleed na kahna, lafzon ki heir feir hai, haqeeqat ek hi hai…
Azeez man ! Qur’an ka sahih padhna waajib hai ya nahin ? Yaqinan waajib hai aur ghalat padhna haram hai,
Ab tum batlaao aimma Qir’aat ki taqleed ke beghair Quraan sahih padh sakte ho ?
Agar nahin ! Aur ye bhi taqleed fil ahkaam hi hai, isi tarah hadith ko pahchanna aur Sahih ko dhaef se alag karna bhi waajib hai aur isme Taqleed aimma se Chaarah nahin,
Phir jamat Ahle hadith kis munh se Taqleed ka inkaar karti hai ?
Fir tumko malum hona chahiye ke muhaddiseen ne jo usool hadith ki sehat wa zaeff ke liye muqarrar kiye hain wah aasmaani wahiy se muqarrar nahin kiye gaye, balke apne zan wa ijtehaad se Muqarrar kiya gaye hain, jo usool fiqh ki bahas me mazkoor hain toh ho sakta hai ke ek hadith muhaddiseen ke usool par sahih, hamare usool par dheff ho ya hamare usool par sahih ho ya muhaddiseen ke usool par dhaeff ho, toh isme naaza karna Ghalat hai,
Dalail me Ghaur karna chahiye ke daleel se kiske usool Qawi hain,
Aakhir me itna aur batla dun ke Hanafiya se zyadah hadith ka itteba koi nahin karta,
Hanafiyah toh Quroon salasa me mursal aur munqata ko bhi hujjat maante hain, jisko ahle hadith radd kar dete hain, aur maraaseel wa maqaatee ka zakheera Hadith marfua se kam nahin, kuch zyada hi hai,
Toh ye log hadith ke aadhe zakheere ko chhodte hain, phir marfuaat mese bhi ye log Sahih ya hasan ko hi letd hain, zaeff ko radd kar dete hain,
Aur hanafiya ke nazdeek hadith zaeff bhi qayaas se muqaddam hai balke Qaul sahabi wa qaul Tabaen Qabair bhi Qayaas se muqaddam hai,
Ab tum hi bataao ke aamil  Bil’hadith kaun hai aur tark hadith kaun hai ??
Raha ye ke baaz masail me hanafiya hadith sahih ko chhod dete hain, iska jawab main pahle de chuka hoon ke is soorat me jis hadith par hanafiyah ne amal kiya hai wah unke usool par  sahih thin, aur Muhaddiseen ke nazdeek Zaeff ho ,
Hanafiya ke nazdeek sehat hadith ka madaar sirf sanad par nahin balke uske liye kuch aur bhi Sharait hain jo usool fiqh me mazkoor hain, aur ham ne muqaddam aala Sunan me bhi unko Bayan kar diya hai,
Aur muqaddama aala sunan ke dusre hisse me Taqleed wa ijtehaad par Mufassal Qalaam kiya gaya hai jo zer e taba hai,
Shargird – Alhamdulillah ! Ab meri aankhen khul gayi hain aur main Ahle hadith ke Mughaalte se Nikal gaya hoon……..

Allah Ke Rasool saw ne farmaya Namaz ussi tarah pado jistarah tum mujhe padte hue dekhte ho ,

Kiyaam ,


1- Imran bin Hussein raz bayan farmate hai ke mujhe bhawasir ki taklif thi , to Nabi saw ne farmaya , agar ho sake to khade ho kar Namaz aada karo , agar takaat na ho to baith kar , agar baith kar bhi aada karne ki takaat na ho to leat kar Namaz aada karo ,

Isse maloom hua ke takat rakhne ke bawazud baith kar Namaz aada karna jaeez nahi hai , or yeh Quran ke bhi khilaf hai , is liye ke Quran kahta hai , or Allah ke aage adab se khade hua karo ,

2- Nabi saw ne dekha ke kuch log baith kar Namaz aada kar rahe hai to Aap saw ne farmaya baith kar Namaz aada karne wale ko khade ho kar Namaz aada karne wale ke mukable mein aadha sawab milega ,

Hafiz Bushsiri ne isse sahi kaha hai , is Hadees se maloom hua ke kisi jaaez mazburi ke bagair baith kar Nafl ya Sunnat aada karne se aadha sawab milta hai ,

3- Jab Nabi saw ke Umr zayada ho gayi to Aap saw ne Namaz padhne ki jagah ke nazdik ek sutun taiyar karaya jis par Aap saw Namaz ke dauran
tek lagate the ,

Imaam Hakim or Jhabi ne is ko sahi kaha hai , Aap saw ne baith kar Namaz ke jagah par sutun ke sahare khada hone ki tarzih di , isse maloom hua ke koi mazburi ho to kisi chiz ka sahara le kar Kiyam kiya ja sakta hai , chahe woh Farz Namaz ho ya Nafl ,

4- Nabi saw raat ka bada hissa khade ho kar Nawafil aada karte or kabhi baith kar , jab Kiraat khade hokar farmate to ussi halat mein Kiyam se Ruku ke halat mein chale jate , or jab baith kar Kirat karte to ussi halat mein Ruku bhi farmate ,

Is se maloom hua ke Aap saw ne kabhi poori raat ibaadat nahi ki , balke Aap saw sote bhi the or uht kar ibaadat bhi karte the ,

5- Nabi saw kabhi Baith kar Kiraat farmate , jab Kiraat se 30 ya 40 aayat baki hoti to khade ho kar un ki Tilawat farmate , phhr Kiyam se Ruku mein chale jate , doosri raakat mein bhi Aap saw ka yahi tarika hota ,

Qibla ki taraf Munh kar ke Allahu Akbar kahte hue Rafayadein karo , yani Dono Haaton ko Kandhe tak uthaye ,


1- Abdullah bin Umer raz farmate hai maine Nabi saw ko dekha ke Aap saw ne Namaz ki pahle Takbeer kahi or apna dono haat kandhe tak uthaya ,

Is Takbeer Ula pahle Takbees is liye kahte hai ke yeh Namaz ke sab se pahle Takbeer hai or is se Namaz suru hota hai , or issi Takbeer e Tahrima bhi kahte hai , kyon ke is ke saath hi bohat si chiz Namazi par haram
ho jate hai ,


2- Haat uthate waqt ungliya normal tarike par khuli rakhe , na ungliya ke darmiyan zayada faashla kare na ungliya milaye ,

Alama Nasiruddin al Albani ra , farmate hai ke Rafayadeen karte waqt Haaton se kaano ko chune ki koi daleel nahi hai , unka chuna Bid’at hai ya waswasa , masnun tarika Hateliyan Kandhe ya kaano tak uthhana hai , Haat uthane ne jagah Marda or Aurat dono barabar hain , is ki koi Hadees mauzud nahi , jis mein yeh fark ho ke Mard kaano tak or Aurtein kandhe tak Haat buland karo ,
Magbul Hadees ki 4 bunyadi kisme hai ,

1- Sahih Lizaattehi ,
2- Sahih Legairrehi ,
3- Hasan Lizaattehi ,
4- Hasan Legairrehi ,

Lekin jab koi Imaan is tarah kahe ke fala masala mein koi sahi Hadees nahi hai to yeh ek muhabra hota hai , is ka yeh matlab nahi hota ke sahi Hadees to nahi , albatta Hasan mauzud hai , balke is ka yeh matlab hota hai ke unke Nazik is masleh mein kisi tarah ki magbool hadees nahi aayi hai ,

5- Phir Daayan Haat Baayan Haat par rakh kar seene par bhand le ,

Hamme bhi Daayan Haat Baayan Haat par is tarah rakhna chahiye ke Daayan Haat Baayan Haat ke pust , jood or kalayi par aajaye or dono ko Seene par Bhanda jaye take tamam riwayat par
Amal ho sake ,

4- Sahal bin Saad raz se riwayat hai ke Nabi saw ki taraf se ye hukm diya jata tha ke Namaz mein Daayan Haat Baayen Kalayi jarah par rakho ,

Rahi Ali raz ki riwayat ke Sunnat yeh hai ke Hateli ko Hateli par rakh kar Naaf ke neche rakha 
jaye,

To issi Imaam Bahqi or Hafiz Ibn Hazar ne jaeef kaha hai , or Imaam Nawabi farmate hai ke is ke jaeef hone par sab ka ittefaaq hai ,

1. Wayil ibn Hajar(ra) kehte hai ke mai ne Rasul(saw) ke saath namaz padi, Aap(saw) ne Apna daaya(right) haath baaye(left) haath par rakh kar seene(chest) par baandh liya.

2. Wayil bin Hajar(ra) kehte hai ke mai Rasul(saw) ke paas hazir hua, Aap(saw) Masjid ki taraf khade huye mehrab me dakhil huye, phir Aap(saw) ne Allahu Akbar ke saath haath uthaya, phir Aap(saw) ne daaya haath baaye haath par rakh kar seene par baandh liya.

3. Qabisa bin Halab apne baap se riwayat karte hai ke unho ne kaha mai ne Rasul(saw) ko salaam ke baad daayein baayein phairte huye dekha aur mai ne aap ko Seene par haath baandh te huye dekha.

>Musnad Ahmad; J:2, S:51

4. Tawus(ra) kehte hai ke Rasulullah(saw) Apna daaya haath baaye haath par rakhte, phir dono 
haato ko seene par baandh lete.

>Muraseel Abu Dawood; Safa:4

5. Ali(ra) Surah Kousar me”wan nahar”ki tafsir bayan karte huye farmate hai ke daaye haath ko baaye haath ki kalaayi ke darmiyan rakhna, phir dono haato ko namaz me seene par rakhna muraad hai.

6. Abdullah bin Abbas(ra) farmate hai ke”wan nahar”se muraad namaz me daaya haath baaye haath par, phir seene par baandhna hai.

7. MohammAd bin Kaab farmate hai ke namaz me daaya haath baaye haath par rakh kar seene par baandhna murad hai.

ULAMAH-E-AHNAAF KA FAISLA:
8. Shamsuddin Mirza Mazhar Jaan Jaanan Hanfi ka faisla seene par haath baandh ne ka hai.

9. Allamah Mohammad Hayaat Hanfi farmate hai ke namaz me seene par haath baandh ne ke liye mazboot bunyaad aur wazeh daleel maujood hai. Lihaza jo Rasul(saw) se sabit ho, jin hone ye farmaya ho ke tum me se koi bhi imandaar nahi ho sakta, jab tak apni khwahishat ko Rasul(saw) ki laayi huyi shariyat ke taabey na kare, balki musalman ke layaq hai ke wo is seene par haath baandh ne ki sunnat par amal kare.

10. Sahebul Hidaya ne naaf ke neeche haath baandh ne ke saboot me jo riwayat bayan ki hai, us par hanfi mazhab ke naamwar fiqhiya Allamah Ayni Hanfi likhte hai ke ye Ali(ra) ka qaul hai, Rasul(saw) ki hadees nahi hai, yani iski sanad Rasul(saw) tak sahi nahi hai.

Yani ye Hadees-e-Rasul toh hai hi nahi aur Ali(ra) ka qaul hai bhi ya nahi, iske mutaluq Allamah Ayni Hanfi, Jarah aur tanqid karte huye likhte hai ke jo kuch Ali(ra) se riwayat kiya gaya hai, us par tanqid ki gayi hai, isliye ke iski Sanad me Abdur rahman bin Ishaq koofi hai. Imaam Ahmed bin Hambal kehte hai ke ye shaks Munkarul Hadees hai.

Yani hubahu , meri yani Nabi saw tarike ke mutabik tamam Aurtein or tamam Mard Namaz padhe 

, phir apni taraf se yeh hukm lagana ke Aurtein Seene par Haat Bhandhe or Mard Naaf ke neche , 
or isi tarah Aurtein Sajdah karte waqt zameen par koi or tarika ikhtiyar kare or Mard koi or yani yeh Deen mein dakhal andazi hai , yaad rahe Takbeer e Tahrima se suru kar ke AsSalamu Alaykum Warrahmtullah , kahne tak Aurtein or Mard ke liye ek tarika or ek hi halat ki Namaz hai,sab ka Kiyam , Ruku , Kaoma , Sajdah , Jalsha e Isterahat Kaada or har har jagah par padhne ki Du’aen ek si hai , Nabi saw ne Aurtein or Mard ki Namaz ke tarike mein koi fark nahi
bataya hai ,


Allah se Du’a Hai ke Hum ko Ghar walon ko Aap logon ko or Sare Musalmano ko Quran o Sunnat ko Sahaba ke Manhaj par amal karne wala fir Daw’at Dene
wala banaye,

Namaz ki Niyat

Allah ke Rasool saw ne farmaya amal ka daro madar niyat par hai ,

Isiliye zaruri hai ke hum apne sare jaeez kaamo mein sab se pahle Ikhlash ke saath niyat kar liya kare kyon ke jaisa niyat hoga waisa hi azr milega,

Abu Huraira raz riwayat karte hai ke Nabi saw ne farmaya , ek saheed Allah ke saamne Qiyamat ke din laya jayega , Allah usse puchega ke tu ne kya amal kiya ? woh kahega ke main tere Raah mein laad kar saheed hua , Allah farmayega tu jhuta hai balke tu is liye laada ke tujhe bhahadur kaha jaye , yani teri niyat dunya mein poori ho gayi ab mujh se kya chahata hai phir munh ke bal ghasit kar aag mein dal diya jayega , issi tarah ek Aalim jisne Ilm ke charcha ki nayat se pada or padaya tha , Allah ke saamne pesh ho kar jahannam mein jhok diya jayega , phir ek naam ke garz se shakhawat sadqa karne wala maaldar ka bhi yahi anjam hoga ,

Wazu karte waqt dil mein yeh niyat karo ke Allah ke saamne Namaz mein hazir hone ke liye paaki wazu karne laga hun or phir jab Namaz padne lago to dil mein yeh irada or Niyat karo ke sirf apne Allah hi ko khush rakhne ke liye Allah ka hukm baza
lata hun ,

Niyat chuke dil se taluk rakhti hai isi liye zuban se aada karne ki zarurat nahi or niyat ka zuban se aada karna Allah ke Rasool saw ki sunnat or sahaba raz ke amal se sabit nahi hai ,
Apne dil mein kisi kaam ki niyat karna or zarurat ke waqt kisi keo apni niyat se aagah karna jaeez baat hai , magar Namaz se pahle Niyat padhna , Aqal o Naql or lugat teeno ke khilaf hai ,
 

1- Aqal ke khilaf is liye hai ke bohat sari kaam aise hai jinhe suru karte waqt hum zuban se niyat nahi padhte , kyon ke hamare dil mein unhe karne ki niyat or iraada mauzud hota hai , jaise zaqat dene lagte hai to kabhi nahi padhte ke main zaqat dene laga hun , to kya Namaz hi ek aisa amal hai jiske suru mein uski niyat padhna zaruri ho gaya hai? Namaz ka niyat to usi waqt ho jata hai jab aadmi aazan sun kar masajid ki taraf chal padta hai or usi niyat ke waza se usse har kadam par nikiya milti hai , is liye Namaz suru karte waqt jo padha jata hai woh niyat nahi Bid’at hai ,
 

2- Naqal ke khilaf is liye hai ke Nabi saw , or Sahaaa raz pabaandi se Namaz padha karte the or agar woh apni Namaz se pahle niyat padhna chahate to aisa kar sakte the , unki liye koi rukawat nahi thi , lekin un mein se kabhi aisa na Namaz se pahle aaj kal ke tarike se Niyat nahi padhi , is ke khilaf woh hamesa apni Namazon ka suruwat takbeer tharima yani Allahu Akbar se karte rahe isse sabit hua ke Namaz se pahle niyat padhna
Bid’at hai ,
 

3- Lugat ke isliye khilaf hai ke Niyat arbi bhasha ka shabd hai , arbi mein iska mana irada hai , or irada Dil se kiya jaata hai zuban se nahi , bilkul ussi tarah jaise dekha aankh se jaata hai paao se nahi , doosre shabd mein niyat dil se ki jaati hai zuban se padhi nahi jaati ,
Imaam Ibn Tahmiya ra , farmate hai ke alfaz se niyat karna muslim ulama mein se kisi ke nazdik bhi sunnat nahi hai , Nabi saw Aap ke khulfa e Rasheed or digar sahaba raz or na hi ummat ke salaf or Imaammo mein se kisi ne alfaz se niyat nahi ki , ibaadat mein jaise wazu , gushal , Namaz , roza or zaqat wagairha mein jo niyat wazib hai,tamam Imaammo ke nazdik bina ikhtelaf us ka jagah dil hai

Imaam Ibn Hummaam or Ibn Qaayem bhi is ko Bid’at kah te hai

Note – kuch log Roza rakh ne ki Du’a , Hajj ke tallbea or Nikah mein izaab woh Qubol se Namaz wali raaez niyat karne ki koshish karte hai is baare mein kahna yeh hai ke roze rakhne ki Du’a wali hadees zaeef hai , isi liye huzat or daleel nahi hah , Hajj ke liye taalbea sahih hadees se sabit hai , is liye Nabi saw ki pairvi mein usse karna zaruri hai magar Namaz wali niyat kisi hadees mein nahi hai rah gaya Nikah mein izaabe or Qubol ka masla to chuke Nikah ka taluk bhande ke huquq se bhi hai or bhando ke huquq mein mahaz niyat se nahi balke iqraar , tahrir or gawahi se maamlat tay pate hai , jab ke Namaz mein to bhanda apne Rab ke saamne khada hota hai jo tamam niyat ko acchi tarah jaanne wala hai , phir waha niyat padhne ki kya zarurat hai is liye musalmaano se guyarish hai ke woh is Bid’at se Nazat paaye or Sunnat ke mutabi Namaz suru kar ke Nabi saw sdm Mohabbat ka sabut den ,

Allah se Du’a Hai ke Hum ko Ghar walon ko Aap logon ko or Sare Musalmano ko Quran o Sunnat ko Sahaba ke Manhaj par amal karne wala fir Daw’at Dene
wala banaye,

Nabi e Akram saw ki Namaz Pahli Takbeer Se Salam Tak ,

1- 11 Sahaba raz ki Gawahi ,

Abu Hummayed Sahaadi raz , se riwayat hai ke unhone Nabi saw ke 10 Sahaba ki jamat mein kaha ke main tum sab se zayada Nabi saw , ke Namaz ki tarike jaanta hun , Sahaba raz , ne kaha to phir hamare saamne Nabi saw ki Namaz bayan karo , Abu Hummayed raz , ne kaha jab Allah ke Rasool saw , Namaz ke liye khade hote to apne dono Haat Khandhe ke Barabar uthate , phir takbeer tahrema kahte , phir Quran padte , phir Ruku ke liye takbeer kahte or apne Dono Haaton ko Khandhe ke Barabar uthate , phir Ruku karte or apni hateliyan apni ghutno par rakhte , phir Ruku ke dauran kamar seedhe karte , in mein na apna saar jhukhate or na buland karte yani peeth or saar barabar rakte or phir apna saar Ruku se uthate phir kahte
Sami Allah Hu’lemaan Hameeda , phir apne dono haato uthate yaha tak ke un ko apne kandhon ke barabar karte or kaaomo mein itminnan se seedhe khade ho jate,phir Allahu Akbar kahte , phir zameen ke taraf Sajdah ke liye jhukte or apna dono haat baazu apne dono paaon raano or zameen se dur rakhte or apne dono paaon ki ungliyan khulte is tarah ke ungliyan ke sirre Qibla ki ur hote phir apna Saar Sajdah se uthate or apna bayan paaon moodte yani biccha lete phir us par baithte or seedhe hote , yaha tak ke har haddi apne thikhane par aa jati yani itminnan se zalsha mein bhaithte , phir doosra Sajdah karte , phir Allahu Akbar kahte or uthte or apna baayan paaon moodte phir us par bhaithte or itminnan se kahte or yaha tak ke har haddi apni thikhane par aa jati yani itminnan se Istheraahat ke zallse mein bhaithte ,
phir doosri Raakat ke liye khade hote , phir issi tarah doosri Raakat mein karte,phir jab do Raakat pad kar khade hote to Allahu Akbar kahte or apne dono Haat Khandhe ke Barabar uthate , jaisa Namaz ke suru mein takbeer ula pahla takbeer ke waqt kiya tha , phir issi tarah apni baki Namaz mein karte , yaha tak ke jab woh Sajdah hota jiske baad salam hai yani aakhri Rakaat ka doosra Sajdah jis ke baad bhaith kar Tashahud , Darood or Du’a pad kar Salam fher te hai apna baayan paaon daahene pindliya ke niche se bhahar nikaalte or baayen or Kullhe par bhaithte , phir Salam fherte , yeh sun kar un Sahaba raz ne kaha aye Abu Hummayed Sahaadi , apne sach kaha , Allah ke Rasool saw issi tarah Namaz pada karte the ,

SHOHADA KA MAQAAM

Saheed Yani jo Allah ke Raah Mein Mare, Allah ke Nazdik zinda hai, dunya mein nahi or na apne Qabr me , 

Daleel ,

“Aur jo log Allah ki raah mein maare jayenge unki nisbat yeh na kahna ke woh mare hue hai woh murda nahi balke zinda hain lekin tum nahi jaante”

Surah 2 al-Baqarah ,
Aayat no 154 ,

“Jo log Allah ki raah mein maare gaye unko mare hue na samajhna woh mare hue nahi hain balke Allah ke nazdik zinda hain or unko rizq mil raha hai”

Surah 3 al-Imran ,
Aayat no 169 ,

“Yeh aayat saheedo ke liye hai Ahl e Batil apne banaye hue baba peer fakir nange sha khuzde sha shuhagan baba tote sha billi sha jumman peer dadbad baba pahelwan baba ke uper fit karte hai jahil barelvi ke koi baba saheed nahi hue fir bhi yeh aayat unke uper fit karte hai ,
Jo Qabr mein hai woh murda hai , or Nabi saw Qabr walo ko aawaz nahi suna sakte hai ,”

“Kya in logon ko jo ahle zameen ke maar jaane ke baad zameen ke malik hote hain ye amr mojib e hidayat nahi hua ke agar hum chahen to unke gunahon ke sabab un par musibat dal dein or unke dilon par mohr laga dein ke kuch sun hi na saken ,”

Surah 7 al-A’raf ,
Aayat no 100,

“Aur Aap Nabi saw murdo ko baat nahi suna sakte or na behron ko jab woh peeth pher kar phir jayen awaaz suna nahi sakte ho ,”

Surah 30 ar-Room ,
Aayat no 52 ,

“Aur na zinda or murde barabar ho sakte hain , Allah jisko chahata hai suna deta hai or Aap Nabi saw unko jo Qabro mein dafan hain suna nahi sakte”

Surah 35 Fatir ,
Aayat no 22 ,

“Har Naffs ko Maut ka maaza chakhna hai ,
Aur agar Allah logon ko unke zulm ke sabab pakadne lage to ek jandaar ko zameen par na chhode,lekin unko ek waqt e muqarrar tak mohlat diye jaata hai , jab woh waqt aa jata hai to ek ghadi na peeche rah sakte hain or na aape badh sakte hain ,”

Surah 16 an-Nahl ,
Aayat no 61 ,

“Har Naffs ko maut ka maza chahna hai , or Allah tum logon ko sakhti or aasudgi mein aazmaish ke taur par mubtala karte hain or tum Allah ki taraf hi laut kar aaoge ,”

Surah 21 al-Ambiya ,
Aayat no 35 ,

“Har Naffs ko maut ka mazat chakhne wala hai phir Allah hi ke taraf laut kar aaoge ,”

Surah 29 al-Ankabut ,
Aayat no 57 ,

“Yeh log isi tarah ghaflat mein rahege yaha tak ke jab inme se kisi ke paas maut aa jayegi to kahega ke aye Rab mujhe phir dunya mein wapas
bhej de ,”

Surah 23 al-Mu’minun ,
Aayat no 99 ,

“Allah hi ko Qiyamat ka Ilm hai or Allah barish barsata hai or Allah Hamila ke pet ki chizon ko jaanta hai ke Nar hai ya Mada or koi shakhs nahi jaanta ke woh kal kya kaam karega , or koi Naffs nahi jaanta ke kis sarzameen mein use maut aayegi , beshak Allah hi jaanne wala or khabardaar hai ,”

Surah 31 Luqman ,
Aayat no 34 ,

“Aur jo mall Allah ne tum ko diya hai isme se us waqt se peshtar kharch karlo ke tumme se kisi ki maut aa jaye to us waqt kahne lage ke aye mere Rab tune mujhe thodi si mohlat kyon na diya take main khairaat kar leta or nek logon mein dakhil
ho jaata ,

Aur jab kisi ki maut aa jaati hai to Allah usko harghiz mohlat nahi deta, or jo kuch tum karte ho Allah usse khabardar hai”

Surah 63 al-Munafiqun ,
Aayat no 10,11,

“Aadam as or Maa Haawa ka maut ka zikr ,
Yani Aadam as or Haawa ko kaha ke usi zameen mein tumhara jeena hoga or usi mein maarna or usi mein se Qiyamat ko zinda karke nikaale jaoge ,”

Surah 7 al-A’raf ,
Aayat no 25 ,

Allah ke Nabi saw ka
Maut ka zikr ,

“Aye Mohammad saw to sirf Allah ke Rasool hain,Aap se pahle bhi bohat se Rasool ho guzre hain , bhala Aap agar fitri maut maar jaye ya Qatl saheed kar diye jaye to kya tum log ulte paon phir jaoge ?yani murtad ho jaoge? Or jo ulte paon phir jayega to Allah ka kuch nuqsan nahi kar sakega or Allah shukr guzaaron ko bada sawaab dega ,”

Surah 3 al-Imran ,
Aayat no 144 ,

“Aur aye Nabi saw Allah ne Aap se pahle kisi aadmi ko baqa e dawam yani hamesha ki zindagi nahi bakhsha , bhala agar Aap maar jao to kya yeh log hamesha zinda rahege ,”

Surah 21 al-Ambiya ,
Aayat no 34 ,

“Aye Mohammad saw Aap bhi maar jaoge or yeh bhi maar jayenge ,”

Surah 39 az-Zumar ,
Aayat no 30 ,

Marne ke baad Qayamat ko uthaye jana hai ,

Yani Aadam as or Haawa ko kaha ke usi zameen mein tumhara jeena hoga or usi mein maarna or usi mein se Qiyamat ko zinda karke nikaale jaoge ,

Surah 7 al-A’raf ,
Aayat no 25 ,

“Yeh log isi tarah ghaflat mein rahege yaha tak ke jab inme se kisi ke paas maut aa jayegi to kahega ke aye Rab mujhe phir dunya mein wapas
bhej de ,”

“Taake main usme jise chhod aaya hun nek kaam kiya karun , harghiz nahi yeh ek aisi baat hai ke woh ise zuban se kah raha hoga or unke saat amal nahi hoga or unke peeche barzakh hai jahan woh us din yani Qiyamat tak ke dobara uthaye jayenge rahenge ,”

Surah 23 al-Mu’minun ,
Aayat no 99 , 100 ,

Allah se Du’a Hai ke Hum ko Ghar walon ko Aap logon ko or Sare Musalmano ko Quran o Sunnat ko Sahaba ke Manhaj par amal karne wala fir Daw’at Dene
wala banaye,

Nabi saw apne fayde o nuqsan ke malik nahi hain

1-Kahdo Nabi saw ke main to apne nuqsan or fayede ka bhi kuch akhtiyar nahi rakhta magar jo Allah chahe , Har ek ummat ke liye maut ka ek waqt muqarrar hai , jab woh waqt aa jata hai to ek ghhadi bhi der nahi kar sakte or na jaldi kar sakte hain ,
 

Surah 10 Yunus ,
Aayat no 49 ,

2-Yeh bhai kahdo Nabi saw ke main tumhare haq mein nuqsan or nafe ka kuch akhtiyar nahi rakhta ,
Yeh bhi khado Nabi saw ke Allah ke azaab se mujhe koi panah nahi de sakta or main Allah ke siwa kahien jaaye panah nahi dekhta,
 

Surah 72 al-Jinn ,
Aayat no 21 , 22 ,

3-Aye Nabi saw Aap jisko chahte ho use hidayat nahi kar sakte balke Allah hi jisko chahata hai hidayat karta hai or Allah hidayat paane walo ko khoob jaanta hai ,
 

Surah 28 al-Qasas ,
Aayat no 57 ,

4-Aye Nabi saw is kaam mein Aap ka kuch akhtiyar nahi ab do soortein hain ya Allah unke haal par meherbani kare ya unhe azaab de ke yeh zalil
log hain ,
 

Surah 3 al-Imran ,
Aayat no 128 ,

5-Aur agar Aap saw par Allah ka fazl or meherbaani na hoti to unme se ek jamat Aap saw ko behkane ka qasd kar chuli thi , or yeh apne siwa kisi ko baihka nahi sakte or na Aap saw ka kuch bigaad sakte hain , or Allah ne Aap saw par Kitab or danayi nazil farmayi hai , or Aap saw ko woh baatein sikhayi hain jo Aap saw jaante nahi thay or Aap saw par Allah ka bada fazl hai ,
 

Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,
Aayat no 113 ,

6- Aur jab unko hamari Aayatein padh kar sunayi jate hain to jin logon ko humse milne ki ummid nahi woh kahte hain ke ye to iske siwa koi or Quran bana lao ya isko badal do, khado ke mujhko akhtiyar nahi hai ke use apni taraf se badal dun , main to usi hukm ka tabey hun jo meri taraf aata hai , agar main apne Rab ki nafarmani karun to mujhe bade shakt din ke azaab se khauf aata hai ,
 

Surah 10 Yunus ,
Aayat no 15 ,

7-yeg bhi kahdo Nabi saw ke agar Allah chahta to na to main hi ye kitab tumko padh kar sunata or na wahi tumhe isse waqif karta , main isse pahle tumme ek umr raha hun or kabhi ek kalma bhi is tarah ka nahi kaha bhala tum samjhte kyon nahi ,
 

Surah 10 Yunus ,
Aayat no 16 ,

8- Nabi saw or Musalmano ko shayan nahi ke jab un par zahi ho gaya ke mushrikt ahl dozakh hain to unke liye bakhshis maangen , chahe woh unke qakeeb daar hi hon,
 

Surah 9 at-Tauba ,
Aayat no 113 ,

9-Aap saw unke liye bakhshish maango ya na maango baat ek hai agar unke liye sattar dafa bhi bhakhshis maangoge to bhi Allah unko nahi bakhsega ye isliye ke unhone Allah or uske rasool se kufr kiya , or Allah nafarman logon ko hidayat nahi deta ,
 

Surah 9 at-Tauba ,
Aayat no 80 ,

10-Aap saw unke liye maghfirat maango ya na maango unke haq mein barabar hai Allah unko harghiz na bakhshega , beshak Allah na farmaan logon ko hidayat nahi diya karta ,
 

Surah 63 al-Munafiqun ,
Aayat no 6 ,

Allah se Du’a Hai ke Hum ko Ghar walon ko Aap logon ko or Sare Musalmano ko Quran o Sunnat ko Sahaba ke Manhaj par amal karne wala fir Daw’at Dene
wala banaye,

Nabi ko saw Ilm e Ghaib Nahi ,
Siwaye jo Allah Bataye ,

Daleel ,

1- Kahdo Nabi saw ke main tumse ye nahi kahta ke mere pass Allah ka khazane hain or na ye ke main Ghaib jaanta hun , or na tumse ye kahta hun ke main farishta hun , main to sirf us hukm par chalta hun jo mujhe Allah ki taraf se ata hai , kahdo ke bhala andha or aankh wala barabar hote hain ? , to phir tum ghaur kyon
nahi karte ? ,

Surah 6 al-An’am ,
Aayat no 50 ,

2- Kahdo Nabi saw ke main apne fayede or nuqsan ka kuch bhi akhtiyar nahi rakhta magar jo Allah chahe , or agar main Ghaib ki baatein jaanta hota to bohat se fayede jama kar leta or mujh ko koi taklif na pahonchti , main to momino ko dar or khushkhabri sunane
wala hun ,

Surah 7 al-A’raf ,
Aayat no 188 ,

3-Main na tumse yeh kahta hun ke mere paas Allah ke khazane hain or na yeh kahta hun main Ghaib jaanta hun or na yeh kahta hun ke main farishta hun ,

Surah 11 Hood ,
Aayat no 31 ,

4-Yeh log Aap se Qiyamat ke bare mein poochhte hain ke uske waqey hone ka waqt kab hai , kahdo ke iska Ilm to mere Rab hi ko hai wahi use uske waqt par zahir kardega , woh aasman or zameen mein ek bhari waqt hogi,or magahan tum par aajayegi , yeh Aap se is tarha daryaf karte hain ke goya Aap usse bakhoob waqif ho , kaho ke iska Ilm to Allah hi ko hai lekin aksar log ye nahi jaante ,

Surah 7 al-A’raf ,
Aayat no 187 ,

5- Kahdo Nabi saw ke main koi naya Rasool saw nahi aaya , or main nahi jaanta ke mere saath kya sulook kiya jayega main to usi ki pairvi karta hun jo mujh par vahy aati hai or mera kaam to alaania hidayat karna hai ,

Surah 46 al-Ahqaf ,
Aayat no 9 ,

6-Jo kuch unke aage hai or jo kuch unke peeche hai Allah usko jaanta hai or woh log apne ilm se Allah ke Ilm par ahata nahi kar sakte ,

Surah 20 Ta’ha ,
Aayat no 110 ,

7- Kahdo Nabi saw ke mere Rab uper se haq utaarta hai or Allah Ghaib ki baaton ko jaanne wala hai

Surah 31 Saba ,
Aayat no 48 ,

8-Yeh halat minjumla Ghaib ki khabron ke hain jo hum tumhari taraf bhejte hain or isse pehle um Aap hi unko jaante thay or na Aap ki qaum hi usse waqif thi to sabr karo ke anjam perhezgaaron hi ka bhala hai ,

Surah 11 Hood ,
Aayat no 49 ,

9-Aye Nabi saw hum is Quran ke zariye se jo humne Aap ki taraf bheja hai Aap ko ek nihayat achchha qissa sunate hain or Aap isse pahle bekhabar thay ,

Surah 12 Yusuf ,
Aayat no 3 ,

10-Aye Nabi saw yeh akhbaar Ghaib mein se hain jo hum Aap ki taraf bhejte hain , or jab biradran e yusuf ne apni baat par ittifaq kiya tha or woh fareb kar rahe thay to Aap unke paas na thay,
Surah 12 Yusuf ,
Aayat no 102 ,

11- Aur jab humne Musa as ki taraf hukm bheja to Aap saw toor ki Gharub ki taraf nahi thay or na is waqiye ke dekhne walo mein thay

Surah 28 al-Qasas ,
Aayat no 44 ,

13-Aur na Aap us waqt jab ke Humne Musa as ko aawaz di toor ke kinare thay , balke Aap ka bheja jana Aap ke Rab ki rahmat hai taake Aap un logon ko jinke paas Aap se pehle koi hidayat karne wala nahi aaye hidayat karo taake nasihat pakden ,

Surah 28 al-Qasas ,
Aayat no 46 ,

14-Kahdo Nabi saw ke jo log aasmano or zameen mein hain Allah ke siwa Ghaib ki baatein nahi jaante or na yeh jaante hain ke kab zinda karke uthaye jayenge ,

Surah 27 an-Naml ,
Aayat no 65 ,

15-Aur kahte hain ke us par uske Rab ki taraf se koi nishani kyon nazil nahi hui ? Khado Nabi saw ke Ghaib ka Ilm to Sirf Allah hi ko hai so tum intezar karo main bhi tumhare saath intezar karta hun ,

Surah 10 Yunus ,
Aayat no 20 ,

16-Aur Aap saw ke irdh gird ke baz dehati munafiq hain or baz madine wale bhi nifaaq mein ade hue hain Aap unhe nahi jaante hum jaante hain , Hum unko dohra azaab denge , phir woh bade azaab ki taraf lautaye jayenge ,

Surah 9 at-Tauba ,
Aayat no 101 ,

17-Aur Allah ne Aap saw se pahle bohat se Rasool bheje , unme kuch to aise hain jinke haalaat Aap se bayan kar diya gaya hain or kuch aise hain jinke haalaat bayaan nahi kiye, or kisi Rasool ka muqaddar na tha ke Allah ke hukm ke baghair koi nishani laye , phir jab Allah ka hukm aa pahoncha to insaaf ke saat faisla kar diya gaya , or ahle baatil nuqsan mein pad gaye ,

Surah 40 al-Mu’min ,
Aayat no 78 ,

18-Aur bohat se Rasool hain jinke halaat Hum Aap saw se peshtar bayan kar chuke hain or bohat se Rasool hain jinke halaat Aap saw se bayaan nahi kiya , or Musa as se to Allah baatein bhi kien ,

Surah 4 an-Nisaa ,
Aayat no 164 ,

19- Woh din yaad rakhne ke layaq hai jis din Allah Rasoolon ko jama karega phir unse poochhega ke Aap logo ko kya jawab mila tha woh arz karenge ke hame kuch maloom nahi , tu hi Ghaib ki baaton se waqif hai ,
Surah 5 al-Ma’idah ,
Aayat no 109 ,

20- Bhala jis waqt yaqoob wafat paane lage to Aap saw us waqt mojood na thay , jab unhone agne beton se poochha ke mere baad tum kis ki Ibaadat karoge, tn unhone kaha ke aapke mabood or aapkd baap dada Ibrahim or Ismail or Ishaq ke mabood ki Ibaadat karenge jo mabood yakta hai or hum usi ke hukm bardar hain ,

Surah 2 al-Baqarah ,
Aayat no 133 ,

21-Aur Allah ke pass Ghaib ki kunjiya hain jinko Allah ke siwa koi nahi jaanta or Allah ko jangalon or daryaon ki sab chizon ka Ilm hai or koi patta nahi jhadta magar Allah usko jaanta hai or zameen ke andheron mein koi dana or koi hari ya sookhi chiz nahi hai magar kitab roshan mein likhi hui hai

Surah 6 al-An’am ,
Aayat no 59 ,

22-To Allah jo sachcha badshah hai aali qadr hai or Quran ki vahy jo Aap ki taraf bheji jati hai uske poora hone se pahle Quran ko padhne ke liye jaldi na kiya karo or Du’a karo ke mere Rab mujhe or zyada Ilm de ,

Surah 20 Ta’ha ,
Aayat no 114 ,

23-Syedha Aaisha RaziallahuAnha fermatin hain jo shakhs ye gumaan rakhta hai ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam kal ko pesh aaney waaley halaat ka Ilm rakhtey hain, is ne Allah per bohat bara Bohtaan baandha,kyon ke Irshaad Baari Ta’la hai:”Kahdo Nabi saw ko jo log Aasmano aur Zameen main hain Allah ke siwa Ghaib baatein nahi jaante or na yeh jaante hai ke kab zinda karke uthaye jayenge ,

Surah 27 an-Naml ,
Aayat 65 ,
Muslim , Hadess no 177 ,

“To Aye Nabi saw Allah ke siwa kisi or mabood ko mat pukaarna warna Aap ko azaab diya jayega ,”

(Surah 26 ash-Shu’ara ,
Aayat no 213)

“Momino usi Allah ki taraf rujoo kiye raho or Allah se darte raho or Namaz padhte raho or Mushrikon mein na hon”

(Surah 30 ar-RooM
Aayat no 31)

1-Nabi saw”ne Farmaya , sare Nabiyon as”ko 1 ek Magbool Du’a milti hai , sare Nabiyon as”ne apni zindagi mein oh Du’a maanglien , par Main saw”is Du’a ko Bachaye rakha hun ke Qiyamat ke din Main saw”sifarish karunga us shakhs ke liye jo Allah ke saath kisi ko shareek kiye bagair maara ho , To Main saw”uske liye sifarish karunga Insha Allah ,

2- Nabi saw”ne Farmaya ke khabaardar tum se pahle ki ummat apne Nabiyon or Shaalein Auliya ke Qabr ko sajdah Ibaadat Gaah Bana liya tha , Khabaardaar Main tum logon ko mana karta hun ke tum kisi ke Qabr ko Sajdah ya ibaadat Gaah na bana lena ,

{Muslim}

3 – Nabi saw”ne farmaya ke meri ummat mein shirk aise dakhil ho jayegi ke jaise Chuuti chalti hai ke koi aawaz nahi aati waise meri ummat mein shirk dhakhil hoga , Lekin Main saw”tum ko ek Du’a sikhata hun jo tumhe chhoti or badi shirk se bachayega , kaho Du’a ,

{Aye Allah mujhe bachha ke main jaante bhujhte tere saath kisi ko shareek karo , or yeh ke main Anjane mein tere saath kisi ko shareek karo Aye Allah mujhe isse bachha or apne panah mein rakh}

{Hakim}{Tirmizi , ke Nawazer ul wasool mein riwayat kiya hai , or iska sanda sahi hai}

4-Nabi saw”ne farmaya ke main is baat se sabse zayad daar ta hun ke , mere baad meri ummat mein khufr or shirk karenge ,

1 khufr Taqder ka inkaar ,
2 Sitaron se yakin yani yeh kahe ke mara sitara Gaardish mein hai or yeh shirk hai ,

{Abu Yaala , iska sanda sahi hai}

5-Nabi saw”ne farmaya ke Main is baat se daarta hun ke mere baad meri ummat mein 3 chiz aayegi or main nahi chahata ke woh 3 chiz aaye lekin woh aake rahegi ,

1 Sitaare par yakin ,
2 Baadsha ka zulm ,
3 Taqdeer ka inkaar ,

{Mushnad Ahmad}
{Taabrani al Kaaber , iska sanad sahi hai}

6- Nabi saw”ne farmaya ke meri ummat mein Namaz ko chhod na Kufr or shirk hai ,

{Muslim}

7 – Nabi saw”ne farmaya Allah ka Banda or shirk mein Namaz chhod na hai jo shakhs Namaz chhoda usne shirk kiya ,

{Tirmizi , Ibn Maazah}

8 – Abu Saeed raz”se riwayat hai ke , Hum log masih Dajjal ki baat kar rahe the , to Nabi saw”aaye or farmane lage ke Main saw”baatao ke Dajjal se zayada Main saw kis baat se daar ta hun , Sahaba raz”ne farmaya zarur baatain ki Aap saw Dajjal se zayada kis baat se darte hai , to Nabi saw ne farmaya ke woh chupa hua shirk hai yani Riyaa Dekhawa ke Banda Namaz ke liye khada hua or kisi ko dekha ne ke liye Namaz paade Allah ke samane khada hoke Bando ka razamandi hasil kare ye shirk hai ,

9 -Nabi saw”ne farmaya ke jo shakhs Bad shagun liya usne shirk kiya ,

{Abu Daood , Tirmizi , Ibn Maazah , Taabrani}

10 – Nabi saw”ne farmaya jisne Kaahin or Araaf ke paas jaye or uski baat maanli to usne Mujh par jo kuch Nazil hua hai usne inkaar kiya or yeh
shirk hai ,

{Mushnad Ahmad , Hakim}

11 – jisne Allah ke Aalawa Qasam khai usne shirk kiya ,

{Bukhari , Muslim , Tirmizi , Hakim}

12 -Abdullah bin Juber raz”ne farmaya ke Umer faroque raz or main , Ghooda ki race lagai to main unse aage nikal gaya to maine kaha Kaaba ki Qasam main aage nikal gaya , fir Umer raz”mujhse aage nikal gaye to Umer raz”ne kaha Kaaba ke Rab ki Qasam main jeet gaya , fir Umer raz”mujhe maarne ko aaye or kaha ke Tum Kaaba ki Qasam khata hai , yeh shirk hai ,

{Bahqi , sunan al Kubra , yeh hadees sahi hai}

13 – Abdullah bin Hubaira raz”kahte hai ke Ali raz bin Talib kahte hai ke Taweez latkana jahiliya ka tarika hai , yeh shirk hai ,

{jame bil Hadees , Abdul Wahab , ye hadees sahi hai}

14 – Qaish bin Hasal Ashadi raz”kahte hain ke Abdullah bin Masood raz”apni biwi ke paas gaye to dekha ke unki biwi Bhukhar ke waja se Gale mein Taweez pahne hue hain , to Abullah bin Masood raz”bohat gusha mein aa gaye or use thood diya fir kaha Abdullah ke ghar wale shirk se Ganni hai Shirk ke mohaaz nahi hai , or kaha ke hum ne Nabi saw”se shikha hai ke Mantaar , or Taweez , Gannde , or Paliten ye sab shikh hai ,

{Hakim , is hadees ka sanad sahi hai}

15 – Hudaifa raz”ek mariz Bimaar, ke paas gaye or dekha ke uske haat mein ek Taweez hai , to Hudaifa raz”us Taweez ko nikal diya or kaha ( Tum mein se aksar log Allah par Imaan lane ke baad Allah ke saat shirk karte hai , surah 10 yunus aayat no 106 ) ,

{Ibn Abi Hatim , apni tafseer mein riwayat kiya hai ,}

16 – Hudaifa raz ek Bimar mariz ke paas gaye iyadaat ke liye to dekha ke uske haath mein ek Dhagha bhadha hua hai , use puchha ke yeh kiya hai to usne kaha is par Dham kiya gaya hai , to Hudaifa raz”us Dhagha ko khaat diya or kaha ke agar tu is halat mein maar jaata to main teri Janaaza ki namaz nahi padth Q ki ye shirk hai ,

17 – Abu Dardah raz ne farmaya ke Mujhse mere Khalil yani Nabi saw ne farmaya ke agar tujh ko jala diya jaye ya khaat ke thukde thukde kar diya jaye fir bhi Allah ke saat kisi ko shareek na karna ,

{Ibn Maazah}

18 – Abdullah bin masood raz ne farmaya ke jab ( surah 6 al-An’am, Aayat no 82 , jo log Imaan laye or apne Imaan ko zulm se mahfooj kiya unke liye aman hai or wahi hidayat pane wale log hain ,) nazil hue to hum log paresan ho gaye ke koun hai jo apne par zulm nahi kiya hoga , to hum log Nabi saw ke paas gaye or kaha ke koun hai jo zulm nahi kiya hai to Nabi saw ne Farmaya ke jo tum log zulm samajh rahe ho waisa nahi hai Zulm se murad woh zulm hai jo

( Luqman ne apne bete ko nasihat karte hue kaha ke beta Allah ke saath kisi ko Shirk na karna , shirk to bada zulm azeem hai ,”

(Surah 31 Luqman ,
Aayat no 13 ,) 

Nabi saw ne farmaya is shirk se jo bacch gaya to uske liya aman or salamati hai ,

21 -Hz Aayesha raz”farmati hai ke agar iska daar na hota to Nabi saw”ka Qabr khuli rahti or Hujra mein na hoti lekin mujhe is baat ka daar hai ke Nabi saw ki Qabr ko bhi kahi ibaadat gaha na bana
liya jaye ,

22 – Nabi saw”ne farmaya: Jo shakhs ghairullah ko pukaarta aur us se Du’a aur pukaar karta mar jaye, toh wo JAHANNAM me jayega ,

23 – Hz Abu Bakr(raz) se marvi hai ke Rasool(saw) ne farmaya: Kya Main tum ko sab se bada kabira gunah na bataon?

Aap(saw) ne aisa 3 baar farmaya, toh hum ne kaha ke aye Allah ke Nabi saw! Kyun nahi, Aap hume zaroor batayein , Aap(saw) ne farmaya: Allah ke saath kisi cheez ko sharik karna ,

नाम- मोहम्मद आमिर
उम्र – 33 साल
सजा – 14 साल बिना सबूत बिना गवाह जैल कि सलांखो के पिछे, गुनाह – मुसलमान होना

आमिर जब 18 साल के थे पुलिस ने उन्हे आंतकवादी होने के शक में गिरफ्तार कर लिया था ।बाद में पुलिस ने उस पर 1997 में हुए दिल्ली और दिल्ली के सटे एनसीआर में हुए बम विस्फोट के साजिश रचने , और बम प्लान्टिंग का आरोप लगाया । उसमें खिलाफ पुलिस ने 20 चार्जेस लगाये जिसमें से देश के खिलाफ युद्ध छेड़


ा , हत्या .और आतंकवाद था ।

आमिर को अपनी बेगुनाही साबित करते – करते उसे 14 साल जेल में बिताना पड़ा। अदालत ने 20 आरोपो में से 18 आरोपो से बा-ईज्जत बरी कर दिया । पुलिस की तरफ से लगाया कोई आरोप साबित नही कर पायी । यहां तक उसके खिलाफ एक चश्मदीद या एक सबुत अदालत में पेश नही कर पाई । दिल्ली की एक अदालत ने आमिर को पुरी तरह बेगुनाह बताया लेकिन इस बेगुनाही की कीमत 14 साल जेल मे रह कर उसे चुकानी पड़ी । उसके वकील एन. डी . पंचौली का कहना है कि यह केस पुलिसिया कार्रवाही पर सवाल उठाता है जो दबाव और गलत अवधारणा पर काम करती हैं। आमिर को महज शक के आधार पर गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
पुलिस ने उसे बम धमाकों का मास्टर माइंड तो बता दिया लेकिन उसके खिलाफ एक सबुत तक नही जुटा पायी। अब सवाल यह उठता है कि इंसानो के समन्दर में अकेले आमिर को ही पुलिस ने बम धमाकों का आरोपी कयों बताया ? इसका जवाब में बताता हुं
आमिर एक मुसलिम हें और उसका यही गुनाह हें!
आमिर को 14 साल बाद बा-ईज्जत बरी कर दिया गया! 14 साल तक जिस इंसान को बै-इज्जत किया ना जाने कितनी यातनाए दि गई ,
एक बाप अपने बैटे को बै-गुनाह साबीत करते करते, ये सपना अपनी आँखो में लिए दुनिया से चला गया
एक माँ ने अपना सब कुछ खो दिया, यहाँ तक कि आमिर कि माँ का ब्रेन हेमरेज की वजह से उसकी आवाज खो देना !
इन 14 सालों में उसके अपने शहर दिल्ली में और उसकी अपनी जिंदगी मे काफी बदलाव आये है जो उसे जेल से रिहा होने के बाद उसे साफ दिखने लगा है ।मसलन आमिर के लिए दिल्ली मे मेट्रो का चलना , मोबाइल फोन का आम चलन में आना , दिल्ली फ्लाई ओवर से घिरा होना यह सब नया है । लेकिन कुछ बदलाव उसके जिंदगी मे भी हुए है जैसे आमिर के रिहाई से पहले आमिर के अब्बु का इंतकाल हो गया ,उसका केस लड़ते लड़ते उनकी माली हालात खराब हो गयी थी । ब्रेन हेमरेज की वजह से उसकी अम्मी का आवाज खो देना है।जाहिर ये बदलाव किसी के जिंदगी के लिए अच्छे नही है अब आमिर को अपनी जिंदगी सुन्य “0” से शुरू करनी पड़ रही है।
और इन सब का जिम्मेदार हें हमारे देश का कानून और पुलीस जिनको हर बम्ब बलास्ट के पिछे एक मुस्लिम नज़र आता हें! और आनन फानन में किसी मुस्लिम को पकड़ लिया जाता हें उस पर जबरदस्ती कि जाती हें उसको मार मार कर जबरद्स्ती गुनाह कबुल करवाया जाता हें वाह-रे हिन्दुस्तान के कानून और पुलीस, आज आमिर को बा-ईज्जत बरी कर दिया, मगर क्या आमिर कि जो ईज्जत 14 सालो तक उछाली गई क्या ईस देश का कानून उसे वापस लोटा सकता हें, क्या आमिर के अब्बु को दिल्ली पुलीस लोटा सकती हें, क्या आमिर कि माँ कि आवाज़ लोटा सकती हें जिस से आमिर आज अपनी माँ के मुह से बैटा लफ्ज सुनने को तरस रहा हें, नही लोटा सकता क्युकि आँख के अन्धे और कान के बहरे इस कानून को सुनाई देता हें तो बस गान्धी छाप नोटो कि खनखनाहट और दिखाई देता हें तो नेताओ के जुतो कि चमक,…….

ये आमिर की कहानी थी, यकीकन ये अकेले आमिर की कहानी नही है देश के हजारों नौजवान मुसलिम जेल में सड़ रहे है हमारी जेलें ऐसे लोगों से भरी पड़ी हैं, जिन पर कभी मुकदमा नहीं चलाया गया। हमारी अदालतों के गलियारे ऐसे लोगों से भरे पड़े हैं, जिन्हें अपनी सफाई में कभी कुछ कहने का कोई मौका नहीं मिला।
अखीर कब तक ये सब चलता रहेगा, कब तक मुसलमान कानून, सियासत, नेताओ कि भैट चडते रहेंगे
कब तक RSS बजरंग दल और उनके जैसे आंतकी संगठ्नो से डरते रहेंगे ।
आज आमिर तो रिहा हो गया मगर कल आमिर कि जगह आप भी हो सकते हें अगर जिना हें तो नीन्द से जागना पड़ेगा, आखिर कब तक सोते रहोगे, हमे दुसरा आमिर नही बनना हैं! अपने हाथ
मजबुत करो और फिर्क़ा वाद में फंस कर लड़ना बन्द करो और एक होकर खड़े हो जाओ
एकता में वोह ताकत हें कि बड़े से बड़े युद्ध में फतह हासील कि जा सकती हें।
