NAMAAZ KI SHARTO KA BAYAAN






1-Hz Ali bin Talib (R.A) se rivaayat hai ki Rasoolullah (S.A.W) ne farmaaya:

“Namaaz ke dauraan tum me se kisi ki hawa kharij ho jaye to wah waapas jaye Aur (naya) wuzu kare Aur Namaaz dobaara padhe “

(Ise Ahmad,Abu Daood,Tirmizee,Nasai Aur IBne Maja ne rivaayat kiya hai Aur IBne Hibban ne sahi kaha hai



2-Hz Ayesha (R.A) Nabi kareem se rivaayat karti hai ki Nabi (S.A.W) ne farmaaya:


“jise hayz aata hai (yaani wah aurat jo baaliga ho) Allah taala uski Namaaz odhni ke bagair qubool nahi karta”


(ise Nasai ke alaava pancho ne rivaayat kiya hai Aur ibne Khuzaima ne sahi kaha hai)



FAYDA


“Yah Hadees sabit karti hai ki Namaaz ke waqt balig Aur nojawaan aurat ka saara jism chipa hona chahiye,yaha tak ki sir ke baal bhi chipe hona chahiye




3-Hz Jabir (R.A) rivaayat karte hai ki Nabi kareem (S.A.W) ne mujhe farmaaya:


jab kapda bada Aur faraaq ho to(Namaaz me)kapda khoob(jism par)lapet lo”


Aur Muslim ki rivaayat me hai ki kapda kushaada ho to kapda ke dono kinaaro ko kandho par dono taraf daal lo Aur agar kapda tang Aur chota ho to use tayband ki soorat me bandh lo

Aur Bukhari wah Muslim me Hz Abu Huraira(R.A)se rivaayat hai ki tum me se koi ek kapde me Namaaz na padhe jab tak ki us kapde ka koi hissa uske kandho par na ho

 1-Hz Jabir bin Abdullah (R.A) Se Rivaayat hai ki rasoolullah (S.A.W) ne Sood (interest) lene wale,dene waale Aur is ke likhne wale Aur is ke gawahon par Laanat farmai hai, Aur farmaaya: 

“(Gnah ke irtikaab me) ye sab baraabar hai “

(Muslim Aur Bukhari me abu juhaifa (R.A) Se marvi hadees bhi isi tarah hai)



FAYDA


is Hadees me Sood ki hurmat, lene dene waale, likhne waale Aur gwahon par laanat ka zikr hai,Sood nassi Qurani se Haraam hai, is se baaz na aane waalon ke liye Allah Aur us ke Rasool(S.A.W) ki taraf se elaane jang hai, ye aisi laanat hai jis duniya bhar ke log giraftaar Aur mubtala hai,is laanat se chutkaare ke liye sachhe dil se har musalmaan ko koshish karni chahiye




2-Hz Abdullah bin Msaood(R.A) ne nabi(S.A.W) se rivaayat kiya hai ki Aap(S.A.W) ne farmaaya:

“Sood ke 73 darje hai,sabse kamtar darja us gunah ki tarah hai li koi aadmi apni maan ke saath nikah kare Aur sabse badkar Sood kisi musalmaan ki aabroorezi karna hai”


(Ise Ibne Maja ne mukhtasar Aur haakim ne mukammal bayaan kiya hai)




3-Hz Abu Syed Khudri (R.A) se rivaayat hai ki rasoolullah (S.A.W) ne farmaaya:


“sone (gold) ko sone ke badle me na becho, magar baraabar baraabar Aur ek doosar ke wazan me (Kami) beshi na karo,Aur chandi ko chandi ke badle me na becho,magar baraabar baraabar Aur ek doosre ke wazan me(Kami) beshi na karo Aur in me gayr maujood ke badle me maujood ko na becho”

4-Hz Ubaada bin Saamit (R.A) se rivaayat hai ki rasoolullah(S.A.W) ne farmaaya:

“Sona sone ke badle,gandum gandum ke badle, jau jau ke badle, khajoor khajoor ke badle Aur namak namak ke badle ek doosre ki tarah baraabar baraabar Aur nagad (cash) banagad (Beche jayen) agar ajnaas me ikhtilaaf ho to fir jis tarah chahe beche,magar keemat ki adaigi nagad (cash) ho”

5-Hz Abu Hurayira (R.A) se rivaayat hai ki Rasoolullah(S.A.W) ne farmaaya:

“Sona sone ke badle me,wazan me baraabar baraabar Aur kism ki ek ho,chandi chandi ke badle me,wazan me baraabar baraabar Aur kism me ek jaisi ho,fir agar koi zaada le ya zaada de,bas wah Sood hai

“Jab do Aadmi Aapas me sauda karne lage toH jab tak wah ikatthe  rahe or ek doosre se juda na ho un me se har ek ko Akhtiyaar hai ya ek doosre ko Akhtiyaar dede Agar ek doosre ko Akhtiyaar dede fir us par sauda tayy ho jaaye toh sauda pakka ho gaya Aor Agar Sauda tayy karne ke baad ek doosre se alag alag ho jayen aor dono me se kisi ne bhi baiyy ko fasakh (yani radd) na kiya ho to baiyy pakki ho jaye gi”

2- Hazrat Amr Bin Shoaib (ra) ne Apne Baap se,unho ne apne Dada se rivaayat kiya hai ki Nabi e Akram Sallalaho Alaihi
Wasallam ne farmaya,


“Khareedne Aor bechne wale ko Akhtiyaar haasil hai yaha tak ki ek doosre se juda ho,shart ye hai ki Sauda Akhtiyaar waala ho or  Sauda wapas karne ke andeshe ke pesh nazar jaldi se alag ho jana halaal nahin hai”


(ise Ibne Maja ke Elaawa panchon ne rivaayat kiya hai Aur Dar E Kutni aur  Ibne khuzaima or ibne Jaroob ne bhi rivaayat kiya hai

or ek me hai ki 

“jab tak wah apni jagah se juda na ho jaye”

Is Hadees me bhi khyare majlis ka zikr hai,khayaar majlis Imaam Shaafai Rahmatullah alayh or Ahmad rahmatullah alayh or Aksar Sahaaba wa tabain ke nazdeeq saabit hai

Aap (S.A.W) ne farmaya sauda karte waqt keh diya karo ki koi dhoka wa fareb nahi hoga

Agar saheeh hadees aa jaaye to Quraan karim se bhi uska mu’aarza {comparison} Durust nahi.
 
Jaisa ke ek hadith pesh ki gayi k “Agar koi shaks Imam ke peeche Surah Fatiha na padhe to uski namaz nahi hoti.”
Ab kya kah rahe hain yeh (muqallideen} ?
Kahte hain yeh to Quran me hai ke
 “Jab Quran padha jaye to khamosh raho.”
 
jab hadees pesh ki gyi to to tum {muqallidin} Quran se mu’aazna kar rahe ho..?
 
Kya aisa karna Durust hai..?

“Hazrat saeed ibne Jubair r.a kahte hain unhone ek din nabi kareem s.a.w ke hawale se ek hadees bayaan ki.
Ek aadmi khada ho kar kahta hai ke aapne yeh jo hadith abhi pesh ki hai,woh Quran ki ek aayat ke khilaaf hai.
Hazrat saeed ibne jubair r.a us aadmi se kahte hain,” aye sun, mai hadeese rasool bayaan kar raha hun,aur tu Quran e hakim se uska mu’aazna kar raha hai.
 
Rasool s.a.w kitaabullah ke tum se zyada aalim {jaanne wale} the. (rawaahu Daarmi)”

iska matlab yeh hua k agar saheeh hadith ke aa jane k baad koi Shaks Qurane hakim se mu’aarza pesh karta hai,to Nabi s.a.w ki Tauheen krta hai, ke nabi s.a.w ne us aayat e karima ko samjha hi nahi.Nauzu billah..

MUSALMAN AURAT KA PARDA AUR LIBAAS:





Aurat ke liye Pardah Islami Shariat ka ek waazeh Huqm hai, Aur iska maqsad bhi bilkul Saaf hai,

Islam ne Insaani fitrat ke Ain mutaabik ye faisla kiya hai ke Aurat aur Mard ke Taalluqaat Paakeezgi, Safaayi aur Zimmedaari ki buniyaadon par ist’waar hon,

Aur isme koi khalal (rukaawat) na aane paaye….

Isliye Islam ne Zina aur Uske asbaab Par muqammal rok lagaayi hai, kyonki Ye Apni Khwaahishaat ko poora karne ka Haiwaani Zariya hai,

Jisme tahaarat (paaki) aur zimmedari ka adna si bhi jhalak maujood nahin , balke ye Jismaani aur roohani Aafat ka sar’chasma hai,

Islam ne zina ki is buraayi ko rokne ke liye 3 tadbeeren akhtiyaar ki hain

1- Rabbani irshaadat (Quranic ayah) wa hidaayat, Nabwi waaz wa naseehat (hadith),

iska bayan Kitabullah ki aayat aur sunnat e rasool sallalaho alaihi wasallam ke mukhtalif (diffrent) Jagahon me be’hadh Mu’assir aur be’legh Andaaz se maujood hai,

Kahin iffat wa Asmat (paak daam) par bahtareen ajr wa sawaab ka zikr hai toh kahin Fahash’kari (fornication) par shakht Azaab ki Waeed (huqm),

2- Hudood (boundation) aur sazaayen jiske tahat Ghair shadi’shuda (un married) Zaani ko 100 kode (lashes) maarne aur Shadi’shuda zaani ko sangsaar karne ka Intehaayi shadeed tareen huqm hai,

snagsaar kahte hain zaani ko aadha zameen me gaadhkar pattaron se tab tak maarna jab tak uski maut nahin ho jaati,

3- Ghair mahram mard aur Aurat ki ek dusre se muqammal Doori, aur unke Baahiri taalluqaat par do took paabandi,

isi paabandi ka hissa ye hai ke Agar aurat ko Ghar se baahir nikalna aur Ajnabi mardon ke Saamne se ghuzarna padhe toh wah pardah kar le…

Chunke Chehra husn wa Qabeeh ka asal meyaar hai, aur Is par ubharne waale taasaraat (khyaalaat) dili jazbaat wa ahsaasaat ki tarjumaani karte hain,

Aur Nigaah Paigham bhejne ka kaam anjaam deti hai, balke khoofiya (secret) jazbaat wa ahsaasaat ko ubhaarti hai,

isliye Parde ke huqm ka awwaleen Nishaana ye hai ke Chehra ghair mahram ki Nigaahon se ojhal rahe, Aur aankhen ajnabi ankhon se takraane n a paaye…

Magar ye Ajeeb baat hai ke Ulema ne sab se badh kar isi masle me akhtelaaf kiya hai, aur bahut se pur’josh logon ne isko mansha e Islam Qaraar diya hai,

aur iske liye Ajeeb o Ghraeeb dalail pesh kiye hain,

Chunanche ek daleel ye pesh ki jaati hai ke

” Aurat ko haalat e namaz me chehre aur haath khula rakhne ki ijaazat hai, unhe dhaanpne ka huqm nahin diya, isliye Chehra aur haath parde me shaamil nahin”

Halaanke agar ghaur kiya jaaye toh ye bilkul be’tuki Daleel hai,

kyoki namaz ki satar’poshi ek alag cheez hai, Aur insaano se parda alag cheez ,

kahin namaz me ek Cheez ke parde ka huqm hai, magar insaano se uske parde ka huqm nahin

maslan (For example) Mard ko kandhe dhaanpne ka huqm hai, Magar insaano ke saamne nahin….

Bas isi ki tarah ye bhi ho sakta hai ke Namaz me ek Cheez ke parde ka huqm na ho aur insaano ke saamne ho,

Dar’haqeeqat Namaz me Satar ka huqm kuch aur maqsad rakhta hai aur Insaano ke parde ka huqm kuch aur hi maqsad rakhta hai,

Lihaaza ek dusre par qiyaas nahin kar sakte……….

Adam a’laihi salam….




Aur (wo waqt yaad karne k qabil hai) jab
tumhare parwardigar ne farishto se farmaya
k mai zameen me (apna) naib banane wala
hun..
Unhone(farishto ne) kaha: kya tu isme aise
shaqs ko naib banana chahta hai jo kharabiya
kare aur kasht o khun karta phire aur hum
teri tareef k sath tasbih karte rehte hai.


(ALLAAH ta a’la ne farmaya) : mai wo baate
janta hun jo tum nhi jante.


Aur isne Adam a’laihi salam ko sab (chizo k)
naam sikhae phir unko firishto k samne pesh
kiya
aur farmaya k Agr tum sache ho to inke naam
batao?


Unhone (farishto ne) kaha : Tu pak hai jitna
ilm tu ne hum ko bakhsha hai uske siwa
hame kuch malum nhi beshak tu daana (aur)
hikmat wala hai.

(Tab) ALLAAH ne (Adam a’laihi salam ko) hukm
diya : Adam! Tum inko in chizo k naam
batao !



Jab unhone unke naam batae to (ALLAAH ta
a’la ne farishto se) farmaya : kyu ! Maine
tumse nhi kaha tha k mai asmano aur zameen
ki (sab) poshidah bate janta hun aur jo tum
zahir karte ho aur jo poshida karte ho (sab)
mujhko malum hai.



Aur jab humne farishto ko hukm diya k Adam
K aage sajda karo to wo sab sajde me gir
pade magar shaitaan ne inkar kiya aur gurur
me akar kafir hogaya



aur hamne kaha : Ae Adam ! Tum aur tumhari
biwi jannat me raho aur jaha se chaho be rok
tok khao (piyo) lekin us darakht k pas na jana,
nhi to zalimo me (dakhil) hojao ge..


Phir shaitan ne dono ko waha se phusla diya
aur jis (aish o nishat) me the, us se unko
nikalwa diya..



Tab humne hukm diya k (behisht se) chale
jao. Tum ek dusre k dushman ho aur tumhare
liye zameen me ek waqt tak thikana muash
(muqarrar kardiya gaya) hai



phir Adam a’laihi salam ne apne parwardigar
se kuch kalmat seekhe (muafi mangi) to
ALLAAH ne unka qasoor maaf kardiya beshak
wo maaf karne wala (aur) sahib e raham hai.


Humne farmaya k tum sab yaha se utarjao jab
tumhare pas meri taraf se hidayat pohonche
to (uski pairwi karna k) jinho ne meri hidayat
ki pairwi ki unko nakuch khaof hoga aur na
wo ghamnaak honge.



Aur jinhone isko qubul na kiya aur hamari
ayato ko jhutlaya wo dozakh me jane wale hai
(aur) wo hamesha usme rahenge..

Islam ke Intehaayi Saadah aur Asaan Mazhab hai,

Zindagi ke har Hisse Ke liye Isme Rahnumaayi Maujood Hai, wah PesH Aamdah Masail Ke Hal karne ka Zaaman hai,

Baaz Logon Ka ye Kehna Ke Islam Me Har Gosha Aur Har Masail Ke Liye Rahnumaayi Maujood Nahin, Ye Unki Ghalat Soch hai, Unhe Islam ke Silsile Me Ilm Nahin,

Islam Me Har Masle Ka hal Aur Ilaaj maujood hai,

Mu’ashre me FailI Buraayi ka Hal Bhi Islam Me pesh kiya gaya hai Jise Ham

“Amr bil maroof wa Nahi’anil munkar (Bhalaayi Ka huqm dena aur Buraayi Se rokna)”

ke Fareeze se Tabeer Karte hain,

Agar is usool Ko Dhayaan me Rakh kar Kaam Kiya jaaye Toh Mu’asshre Me faili Buraayi ka Khaatma mumkin hai,

Lekin Jab ham Is Fareeze aur Apni Society Me Paaye jaane Afraad ke darmiyaan Compare karte hain Toh Aise Logon Ki Bheed Milti hai Jo is Fareeze se Laaparwaahi Hi Nahin balke Hakeer Bhi Samjhte hain Aur is raaste me malaamat karne Waalon ki Malaamat se Khauff Khaate hain,

Yahi Asbaab hain Jiski Wajah se Is fareeze Ke anjaam Dene Ka Khyaal Logon Ke zehno se Puraane Khyaalaat Ke Mahi hone ki Tarah Khatm hota ja raha hai,

Aaj is fareeze Ko Wah Maqaam wa Martaba Nahi Mil pa raha hai Jo Ise Milna Chahiye,

Quran Kareem ke mutaale se Is Kaam Ki Azmat maalum Hoti hai,

Allah taala ne Musalman Mard aur Aurat Dono Ko Is fareeze Ke ada karne Ka muqallaf thahraaya hai,

is Ayat me Mard aur Aurat Ko Khitab Kiya gaya hai

” Momin mard aur Momin Aurtein Ek dusre Ki Rafeeq Hain, Bhalaai Ka huqm dete hain aur Buraayi se Rokte hain, Namaz qayem karte hain Aur zakaat dete hain, Aur Allah aur uske Rasool Ki Itaat karte hain, Yahi Log hain Jinko Allah Apni Rahmat se Nawaaze ga, Yaqeenan allah ghalib aur Hiqmat waala hai “

(Surah tauba Ayat 71)

Is kaam ki ahmiyat is baat se Ho jaati hai ke Allah ne Is kaam ko momin Mardon Aur Momin aurton Ka Kaam Qaraar diya hai aur ye bhi Waazeh kiya hai ke Agar imaan ke saath Amr bil’maaroof wa Nahi’anil munkar ka Fareeza bhi Ho Toh “Khair Ummat” Hone ka maana Mazeed Waazeh aur roshan Ho jaata hai,

Aur Irshad Hai

” Tum Khair Ummat Ho Jise Logon Ki Islah Aur Rahnumaayi Ke liye barpa kiya gaya hai, tum bhalaayi ka huqm dete ho aur buraayi se rokte ho aur Allah par imaan rakhte ho”

( Surah aal e imran Ayat 110)

Ek dusri jagah Allah taala ne Is fareeze Ko anjaam dene waalon ko Kaamyaab kaha hai aur unke is fael ko Saraaha hai

” Tum Mese Ek jamaat aisi Hone chahiye jo Bhalayi Ke kaamo ki taraf Bulaaye, Neki Ka huqm De aur Buraayi se roke Yahi Log Asal Kaamyaab hain”

(surah aal e imran ayat 104)

Jis faraiz ko ada karne par Quran ne Hamen ubhaara hai unme Amr bil maroof wa nahi’anil munkar Ka fareeza Ajar wa sawaab aur Dusre Fawaid Ke lihaaz se Kaafi Badha hua hai,

Agar amr bil’maroof wa nahi’anil munkar Ka jazba saadiq logon Me Paida Ho jaaye toh Mu’aashre me Khair aam hoga, Aapsi Taalluqaat acche honge,

muhabbat ka chalan hoga.. 

Aur bhi bahut si acchaiyyan paida hongi..

Allah Taala ne Is Kaam ko Paighambaron Aur Rasoolon ka kaam Qaraar diya hai

Allah taala ne bataya

“Jo Is Rasool Ki Jo Ummi (unpadh) hai, Pairwi Karenge, Jiska Zikr wah apne yahan Taurat wa Injeel me likha hua paate hain Wah unhe Bhalaayi ka huqm deta hai aur buraayi se rokta hai”

(Surah aaraf 157)

Dusre log jo Is kaam Ko anjaam de Rahe hain Unki Bhi Tareef Ki Gayi Hai

“Toba Karne waale , Ibaadat karne waale, ruku Karne waale, sajdah karne waale, bhalai ka huqm dene waale aur Buraayi se rokne waale aur Allah ke hudood ki Hifaazat karne waale, aiy Paighambar

in Momino Ko Khush’khabri de do”

(Surah toba 112)

Aur Is kaam ko Duniya wa aakhirat Me Logon Ke nijaat Aur Madad kiye jaane ka zariya bataya hai

“Allah zaroor un Logon Ki Mada karega Jo Uski Madad karenge, Allah bada Taaqatwar aur zabardast hai,

Ye wah Log hain Jinhe Agar ham zameen Me Iqtedaar Bakhsen Toh wah Namaz qayem karenge, Zakaat Denge, Maaroof ka Huqm denge, Aur Munkar se mana Karenge”

(surah hajj ayat 41)

ye baat bilkul waazeh hai ke Bhalaayi ka huqm dene waala pahle khud us bhalayi ko baja laayega. Aur Aise hi Munkar se Rokne waala Pahle khud munkar Se baaz rahega,

Allah taala ne Bani Israel ko Unke Qaul wa fael ke Muta’ariz hone ki wajah se Fatkaar dete hue kaha

” Kya Tum Logon Ko Neki Ka huqm karte ho aur Apne aap ko Bhool jaate ho, Halaanke tum kitaab ilaahi ki tilaawat karte ho, Fir kya tum aqal se Kaam nahin Lete”

(Surah baqarah ayat 44)
