Lafz ‘Ghair Muqallid’ par behas :-

Ek Nau-jawaan ladka ek Mufti Saahab se kuch sawaal karta hai. Ladke ka naam Ahmed hai.

Ahmed: Mufti Saahab, aap logon ki zubaan se Ahle Hadeeson ke liye yeh lafz  “Ghair Muqallid” baar baar aata hai, iski wazaahat chaahta hoon?

Mufti:Thik hai bata deta hoon.

Ahmed: Muqallid ka ma’ani kya hota hai?

Mufti:Muqallid Taqleed karne waaley ko kehte hai.

Ahmed:Taqleed ka ma’ana kya hai?

Mufti:Kisi ki baat ko aankh band kar ke bina kisi daleel ke maan leney ko Taqleed kehte hai.

Ahmed:To Muqallid aankh band kar ke kisi ghair Nabi ki baat ko bina kisi daleel ke maan leta hai?

Mufti: Haan kuch aisa hi samjho.

Ahmed:Ab aap zara mujhe Taqleed aur Muqallid ki zid (opposite) bataayenge?

Mufti:Arrey Taqleed na karne waaley ko Ghair Muqallid kehte hai jaise ke tum ho. TumGhair Muqallid ho samjhe?

Ahmed:Acha! To Raat ki zid (opposite) kya hai?

Mufti:Din.

Ahmed:Aur Jhooth ki zid?

Mufti: Yeh kaise bachon jaise sawaal kar raheho? Kya yeh bhi bataana padega ke jhooth ki zid sach hai?

Ahmed:Mufti Saahab! Jab Raat ki zid (opposite)ghair raat nahin balke din hota hai aur jhooth ki zid ghair jhooth nahin bal ke sach hota hai to Muqallid ki zid(opposite) Ghair Muqallid nahin balke Muhaqqiq hona chaahiye.
 

Kyunki Muqallid Ghair Nabi ki baat ko bina kisi daleel aankh band kar ke manta hai aur Muhaqqiq Ghair Nabi ki baat ko tehqeeq ke baad manta hai? Hai na?

Aaj kal akasar muqallideen yeh kahte hue nazar aate hai ke duniya me jitne bhi muhaddis gujre hai  wo sab kisi na kisi imam ki taqleed karte the.

Khusunan imam bukhari w muslim ke naam par kuchh muqallid ne yeh afwah faila rakha hai ke yeh imam shafa’ee ki taqleed karte the.

Aiye aaj is mamle ki ham tahqeeq karte hai ke kya imam bukhari w muslim taqleed karte the. Ya unki taraf taqleed parasto ne jhuthi afwa faila rakhi hai,

sabse pahle ham tohfatul qari sarah bukhari dekhte hai, jiske likhne wale molvi saieed sahab jo abhi darul uloom devband me bukhari padhate hain, wo likhte hai ke

“imam bukhari mujtahid mutlaq the. Wo kisi ki pairwi nahi karte the. Unhone apne bukhari sharif me ahnaaf par bhi radd kiya hai, shafaiee,malali,w hambali ka bhi radd kiya hai”

Yeh to tha devbandiyo ki jubani…
 

Magar fir bhi kuchh obaas type ke muqallid hai jo shayad is ibaarat ko padhkar bhi naa maane.. unke liye kuchh aur malumat…

ham jo quraan ko padhte hai iske muta’aliq aap kya kahte hai.?

aaya wo padhna haadis hai ya qadim?

Imam sahab ne koi jawab nahi diya.

Aakhir kaar tisri baar farmaya:-

“al qur’aan kalamllahi gaira makhluq,w afaalul ibaada makhluqhu,wal imta-haana bid’at”

Tarzma:-
 

qur’aan allah ka kalaam hai aur qadeem hai, aur bando ke af’aal haadis hai.yani padhna haadis hai, aur
aajmaish karna naa jayej hai…

Logo ne imam bukhari ka jawab muhammad bin yahya ki majlis me bayan kar diya. Jis par
Ibne yahya ne farmaya ke 

“qur’aan haadis hai ..”

Is baat pe imam bukhari aur ibne yahya ke darmiyan takraar hone lagi, takraar itni badh gai ke  ibne yahya ne imam bukhari ko apne halqa e tadrees se bahar nikal diya aur elaan kar diya ke koi imam bukhari se na mile….

Ibne yahya nishapur ke buland paya muhaddis the.aur nishapur me unki dhak baithi hui thi, isliye is hukam ki tamil ki gai.aur logo ne imam bukhari ke paas aana jana tark kar diya.

Magar imam muslim barabar aate jate rahe..

Logo ne imam muslim ki shikayat ibne yahya se kar di ke imam muslim ab bhi imam bukhari se milte rahte hai..

Ek roj imam muslim ibne yahya ke daras me shamil the ke ibne yahya ne sare sagirdo ko mukhatib karke kaha

“tum me se jo qur’aan ke qadeem hone ka kaieel ho wo meri majlees se nikal jaye.usko meri mahfil me baithna haram hai”

yeh sunkar imam muslim uthe aur waha se chale gaye. Dusre din un hadis ka zakhira jo ibne yahya se sunke likha tha.

Lauta diya.uske baad fir unse kabhi nahi mile.

” jab main imam bukhari se mila to unhone barham hokar farmaya…

Tumne ibne yahya ki majlis kyo chhod di kya tune meri taqleed ki aur mere raste pe chala?

Ispar imam muslim ne farmaya
 

“maine aapki taqleed nahi ki, balki  aapko ahle haq ke karib paaya..”.

Itna sunkar imam bukhari ne unko sine se laga liya aur farmaya…

“Allah ka shukar jisne mujhe aise logo se milaya jo deen ki samajh rakhte hai, aur taqleed nahi karte…”

Aaj kal facebook par muqallidin ki taraf se yeh sawal jor pakadta ja raha hai
ke muhaddisin ki raay se istadlaal lena unki taqleed karna nahi to aur kya hai.?

Aur khud aap s.a.w ne kai faisle shahadat ke bina par kiya hai…

 hamne tumhe aadil ummat banaya hai taki tum logo par gawah ho jao aur rasul s.a.w tum par gawah ho jaye’n…

ai iman walo adal w insaf par mazbooti se jame raho aur allah se dar kar gawahi do. Agar che ye gawahi tumhare maa-baap aur rishtadar ke khilaf hi kyo na ho. Koi ameer ho ya fakir dono allah ke nigahbaani me hai. So tum insaf ko chhodkar apne nafas ki khawahish par na chalo agar baat bana ke gawahi doge yaa (baat bana ke)gawahi dene wale me samil hoge to itna samajh lo ke allah ko tumhare sab kaamo ki khabar hai,

to aapne ali aur usama ko bulaya aur unse hajrat aaisa ke muta’aliq puchha ke kya main aisha ko talaq de du?

 ya rasulallah aisa mat kijiye jaha’n tak main samajhta hu wo achhi hai aur yeh khabar galat hai,

hajrat buraida se jab puchha gaya to unhone kaha ke hamne unme koi aib najar nahi aaiee…..Al-hadis

is hadis se yeh baat samne aaiee ke aap s.a.w ne hajrat aaisha ko is haadse ke baad talaq dena chaha to  logo ke gawahi dene ki wajah se aap s.a.w ne is baat ko(talaq dene ka irada) taal diya yaha’n tak ke allah ne unke paakiza hone ki khabar qur’aan me najil farma diya.

Ab sawal uthta hai ke gawah kitne hone chahiye.

Agar shahadat dene wala kisi baat ki gawahi de khawah wo akela hi kyo na ho.
Jabke unke samne aise log maujud ho to jo us baat se waqif na ho to us akela insan ki gawahi mani jayegi.

neej yeh ke aap s.a.w ne farmaya:- jiske liye 4 muslmaan gawahi de wo jannat me jayega,

saieel ne puchha gawah dene wala agar teen ho to?
 

Aap ne farmaya wo bhi sahi hai…

saieel ne 2 ke muta’aliq puchha to aap ne farmaya do ki bhi gawahi sahi hai,
saieel kahta hai ke maine ek ka nahi puchha.

Hajrat umar se riwayat hai ke jab wahi ka aana band ho gaya to ham logo ko zaahiri aamal se pakadenge.
 

Agar koi achha kaam karega to ham ispar bharosa karenge.aur iske dil me kya hai isse ham koi matlab nahi rakhenge.
 
 Kyo ke iska hisab allah lega.  Aur agar koi zaahir me bura karega to ham ispar bharosa na karenge aur na to usko siqah samjhenge.

Balke shahadat ke upar faisla karne ka hukam hame qur’aan w hadis ne diya hai…

Aur jo log shahadat ko taqleed se jodte hai allah unpar raham kare aur ham sabko deen ki sahi samajh ata farmaye…

”Aur Allah Aur uske k Rasul ki farma bardare karte raho , Apas me Ekhtaf na karo Warna Buzdil ho jaoge,Aur tumhare hawa ukhar jayege,Aur Sbr Aur Shara rakho,yakinan Allah Sbr karne Walo k sath hai”
( Al-‘Anfal,Ayat -46)

”Aur Hum Kisi Na Kisi tarah tumhare Azmaish jarur karege Dusman k Dar se vukh-payas se Maal o jaan se Aur Mewa ki Nukasa’an se un sbr karne walo ko khus-khabri de dai unhe jab kavi koi Wasihat Aati hai tou kah dete hai k hum tou Khud Allah Tala ki Malkeyat hai Aur Hume uske Taraf Loutna hai Aur Un k Rabb ki Nuwajis Aur Rahmat Aur yahi loog Hedayat Yafta hai”

Ye Dono Ayat wajeh kar rahe h k Qamyabi Sbr karne me hai, Allah Tala Bando ko Musibat wa Alamat me Daal ker Ajmata hai, jo loog Sbr k Mujahir kare un k leye Qamyabi hai, Aur unhe logo ko khuskhabri sunaye ja rahe hai , Dunya Aur Akherat ki Qamyabi ki.

Irshad e Baari Tala hai :

”Aur wo loog jo serf Apne Rab ki Raza k leye Sbr karte hai,Aur unhone Namaz Qayam keya, Aur jo Allah ne unko deya us me jaher Aur posida kharch karte hai,Aur ye loog buraii ko Nekii k jariye dur karte hai , yahi wo loog hai jin k leye Akherat k ghar (jannat) hai”.

(Ar-Ra`d , Ayat -22 se 24)

Dosto Aaj ye Dev , barelv,Qadiyani,Shia etc hume tana dete hai.. Esper hume sbr karna chaye..

Jawab – kya koi tableeghi shafayee ya hambali ya maliki k sath kam karta he ????

Deobandi Banda says – Lekin kuch rafa yadain karne wale jo k bazahir shafyi ya hambali ki tarah amal karte hain lekin ye log hanfi maliki shafyi hambali ko bura kahte hain.

Jawab – are jo quran hadees ki mukhalifat kare, Allah rasul ki baat ko chod kar kisi or ki baat kko aage rakhe , usko ham samjhayeesh ki tor par samjhate he , magar ham kya kare ap log buzurgan e deen ki mohabbat me itna gulu kare bethe ho k agar koi quran hadees apke ulama ikram ya buzurg k khilaf jata he to quran hadees to thukra dete ho , magar buzurgo k aqwal gale se lagate ho ,

Bas iske baad ham sajhane bethete he to ap log naraz ho jate he, bhai ham log sab ko naraz kar skte he, magar Allah rasul ki mukhalifat nahi kar skte, ,

  • kyonke apke nazdeeq mazhab wala to fiqah hanafi par amal karne wala he,
  • apke nazdeeq mazhab wala to fiqah shafayee par amal karne wala he,
  • apke nazdeeq mazhab wala to fiqah maliki par amal karne wala he,
  • apke nazdeeq mazhab wala to fiqah maliki par amal karne wala he,

Ham to bechare la mazhab he, siwaye quran hadees k ksis or par amal karte hi nahi, siwaye Allah rasul k alawa kisi or ki sunte hi nahi, agar quran hadees pea mal karne wale ko lamazhab kaha jaye to hamko aesa lamazhab banne me koi harj nahi,
kyo quran hadees k manne walo thik he na ???

Aur Is Maqsad Ke Liye Unki Shahrah Aafaaq Kitaab “Tahzeerul Naas” Ki Teen Alag Alag Saffaat Ki Ibaaraat Ko SIYAAQ wa saBaaq Se Nikaal Kar Unme Taqdeem Wa Taakheer Karke Pahle pahle Apne Ek Ibaarat Tarteeb Di, Phir Uske Arabic Tarjume Me Intehayi Ilmi Bad’diyaanati Ka Muzaahirah Karke Uske Aise Maayene Pahnaaye Jinke Kufriya Kalimat Hone Me Kisi Adna Musalman Ko Bhi Zarra Baraabar Shak Nahin Ho Sakta, Aur Ye Sab Khan Sahab Ki Taba Haath Ki Safaayi Wa Aqalmandi Ka Karishma Tha”
