Is sawaal ka jawab talaash karne se pahle hame duniya ke bade mazhabon ka ek mukhtar ka jayeza lene ki zarurat hai, uske baad ham aasaani se is sawaal ke jawab tak pahunch paayenge

duniya ke puraano mazhabon mese IRAN ka majoosi mazhab, INDIA ki hindu math, aur NEPAL ka budh math sabse zyada mashoor hai, in teeno mazhabon ke baare me unki paak kitaabon se jo maalumaat haasil hoti hai wah ham aapko serial se pesh kar rahe hain

SHUDRA ,ved sun len toh uske kaano(ears) me sheesha daal do, agar padhen toh zabaan kaat do, agar yaad karen to uska Dil cheer do, agar BRAHMAN ke baraabar baith jaaye to uski kamar(waist) daagh lagaakar chootad(buttocks) kaat kar baher nikaal do,

SHUDRA jis ang(parts of body) se brahman ki khilaaf warzi(insult) kare uska wah ang kaat do…

AURTON KE BAARE ME VEDON KI TAALEEM:

Aurat dhoke baaz hai,

aurat ka dil bhediye(deer) ki tarah hai,

aurat baap ki zaaydaad ki waaris nahi ban sakti, aurat dusra nikah nahi kar sakti,

aurat ko juwen me haarne aur bechne ki ijaazat hai,

jin ladkiyon ke bhai na hon unki shadi nahi ho sakti, ladkiyon ki maujoodagi me ladke paida karne ke liye pati(shauhar) apni patni (wife) ko kisi ghair mard se pregnent karwaane (niyog) ka huqm de sakta hai…

GHAIR HINDUON KE BAARE ME VEDON KI TAALEEM:

hindu mazhab ka jo inkaar kare unhe zinda aag me jala do,

hindu mazhab ke mukhaalif ko darindon se fadwa daalo

hindu mazhab ke dushmanon ke kheton ko ujaado aur unhe bhookha rakh kar Maar daalo

hindu mazhab ke dushmano ko samundra me dubo do, jis tarah billi (cat) chuhe(rat) ko tadpa tadpa kar maarti hai, isi tarah unko tadpa kar maaro..

Dushmano ka jod jod aur band band kaat do, unko pairon tale kuchal do aur un par raham na karo…

VEDON ME SHIRK KI TALEEM:

Devtaaon ki kul tadaad 3340 hain,

kaaynaat ka devta (brahma) hai,

Ishq aur muhabbat ka devta (kaamdev) hai,

dushmano ko barbaad karne waala devta (shiv) hai

aulaad haasil karne ke liye (mardana ling, also known hai shiv ling) hai,

iske elaawa aag, peepal ka ped(tree), haathi , lion, saanp(snake), chooha, suwar, bandar, bail(cow), bhi hinduon ke devta hain,

hinduon ka aqeeda hai ki gaaye (cow) ne zameen wa aasmaan ko uthaaya huwa hai, uska gobar aur peshaab peena gunaaho ki maafi ka zariya hai…

BUDH MAT (BUDHISM)

Budh mat ke laane waale ‘ GAUTAM BUDH ‘ 568 BC me nepal ki raajdhaani kapil wastu me ek raja ke Yahan paida hue,

baap ka naam ” shadhu dhan” tha, maa ka naam ” maya” tha,

16 saal ki umar me ” jasodhara” aurat se shadi ki jisse ek bacha ” rahul” paida huwa,

lagaataar 6 saal tak nafs kashi ki, khaana peena chhod diya, muraaqbe aur mujaahide kiye,

us waqt me gautam budh ka jism sookh kar kaanta ban gaya, lekin logon ki raahat haasil karne ka raaz haath na aa saka, isliye dobara khaana peena shuru kar diya,

ek din gautam budh peepal ke ped ke neeche muraaqba kar rahe they ki unhe achaanak nirwaan(nijaat) ka raaz bata diya gaya, jiske baad gautam budh ko raahat ko Haasil karne ka tareeqa malum ho gaya aur gautam budh ne dobara shahron ka rukh kiya,

logon ko raahat haasil karne ke sunehre usool bataaye, aur updesh diye,

gautam budh ki dawat aur updeshon ka waqt 40 saalon tak raha,

lekin hairat ki baat yah hai ki un 40 saalon ka koi khulaasa taareekh me mahfooz nahi..

Zindagi ke aakhiri dino me gautam budh ne apne mureedon (bicchuon) ko kafan dafan ke masail bataaye aur nasihat ki, ki mere marne ke baad mere mission aur taaleem ko aam karna,

gautam budh ka 80 saal ki umar me (488 bc) gorakhpur ke ilaaqe me death ho gayi…

Gautam budh ne apne zindagi me koi likhi hui taaleem nahi chhodi, gautam budh ki maut ke 218 saal baad ” chaumarya” khandaan ka 3rd baadshah ashok (270 bc) bana to usne budh mat qubool kiya jisse budh mat ka bahut developement huwa,

ashok ne apni hukumat me ” bichhuon” ki ek badi bhaari ijtema karwaaya jisme mashoor bicchuon ne budh mat Ki taaleemon ko ” tri petika” ke naam se paali language me taiyyar kiya jo budh mat ki muqaddas kitab qaraar paayi..

Chunki gautam budh ki apni zabaan paali na thi, isliye researchers ne is kitab ko kabhi woh darja nahi diya..

yahudi ulema aapke khilaaf ho gaye aur ilzaam lagaya ki isa (as) apne aapko khuda ka beta kahta hai, aur yah ilzam bhi lagaaya ki isa (as), dawood (as) ke takht ka waaris hone ka daawa bhi karta hai aur roomi (roman) huqumat ke andar ek aisi huqumat qayam karna chahta hai jo roomi huqumat ka takhta palat de,

is tarah yahudi ulema ki zidd par roomi governe ” palatoos” ne hz isa (as) ko giraftaar (arrest) karne ka huqm diya, giraftaar karne waalon me isa (as) ka ek hawaari ” yahuda iskarpoti” bhi shamil tha, albatta baqi tamaam shargird jo hz isa (as) ke saath they we sab bhaag gaye..

Hz isa (as) par muqaddama chalaaya gaya aur phaansi ki saza di gayi, us waqt hz isa (as) ki umar(age) 33 saal thi..

Anaazeel ke mutabik 3 re din hz isa (as) dobara zinda kiye gaye, apne hawaariyon se mulaqaat ki 40 din is duniya me qayaam ke baad aasmaan ki taraf utha liye gaye

(duniya ke bade mazahib page 288-291)

ye hai saari malumaat jo hamen injeel ke hawaale se hz isa (as) ki zindagi ke baare me milta hai aur bas !

Ab aayye ek nazar aakhiri khudaai mazhab par bhi nazar daalte chalen….

ISLAM:

islami paak kitab ka naam ” qur’an majeed” hai jo wahi (revelation) ke zariye rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) par naazil hui,

jise rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paak zindagi me bhi bahut se sahaba kiram (ra)(companians) ne zabaani yaad kar liya..

Seerat (biography) ki kitaabon me un tamaam sahaba kiram ra (mard wa aurat) ke naam tak mahfooz hain,

wahi (revelation) ke utarne ke saath saath rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne uski kitaabat ka bhi bandobast kiya aur yun aap rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paak zindagi me hi saara qur’aan majeed likhi hui shakl me mahfooz ho gaya

jin jin sahaba kiram (ra) Ke paas likhi hui shakhl me qur’an majeed maujood tha, seerat ki kitabon me unke naam bhi mahfooz hain

siddeeqi daur me sahaba kiram ra ne soch samjh ke baad tamaam qur’an majeed ko jama karne ke liye ek committee banaayi jisne badi kadi sharton ke saath qur’aan majeed ko jama kar diya,

usmani daur me tamaam saheefon ko jama karke ek tarah ki likhi hui surat me laya gaya jo usse pahle saat alag alag tahreeron me tha,

is tarah rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki wafaat mubaarat ke kuch saal baad hi qur’an majeed ko uski maujooda shakhl me mahfooz kar diya gaya, jo aaj tak bina kisi heir pheir ke sahi saalim maujood hai,

pichhli 15 sadion me islam dushmano ne qur’aan majeed me heir pheir karne ki kai baar saajishen ki, lekin allah taala ne use tamaam dushmano ki shaazishon se poori tarah mahfooz rakha

musalmaano ki aasmaani kitab ke baad ab ek nazar paigambare islam rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paak seerat par daaliye

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paidaish ki jagah,

taareekh e paidaish, paak naam, shajra nasab (family tree), maa ke paas tarbiyat, qabeela (tribe) bani saad me tarbiyat,

bachpan me pesh aane waale waqeye, maa ki wafaat, dada ki sarparasti, aur wafaat, chacha (uncle) ki sarparasti,

tijaarat, pahla nikah, aulaad, nubuwwat se pahle rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka akhlaaq, quraish ki ladaayi aur sulah,

ameen aur saadiq hona ka rutba, hajar e aswad ki tanseeb. Hira gufa (cave) me tanhaayi ka waqt, wahi ki shuruaat,

khoofiya(secret) daawat, khuli daawat, mukhaalifat, sardaaraane quraish se baat cheet, safar (journey) taif, meraj,

bait e aqba (1), bait e aqba (2), hijrat, quba me qayaam, madeen munawwara me tashreef laana, ahle kitab se sulah, ghazwa badr, ghazwa uhud, ghazwa ahzaab, sulah Hudaibiya, salaateen ke naam letters, makka ki fateh, tabuk ka safar, hajjatul wida, marjul maut, wafaat,

yani rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paak zindagi ke tamaam pahluon ka poori tashreeh seerat ki kitaabon me maujood hai…

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paak zindagi ke baad aap rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki taalimaat (education) par nazar daal lijiye..

Imaan, paaki, ibaadat (namaz, roza, zakaat, umrah, hajj, sadqa, khairat, tauba, astaghfaar ), len den, halaal wa haraam,

tijaarat, kheti baadi, mazdoori, khaana peena, sona jaagna, chalna firna, maa baap aur aulaad ke haq,

rishtedaaron aur doston ke saath sulook, shadi-shuda zindagi, yateemo, bewaaon, miskeeno aur mohtaajo ke saath sulook,

mehmaan nawaazi, padosiyon(neibours) ke haq, jaanwaron ke haq, nikah, talaaq, iddat, paidaish, rajaa’at, bimaari, sehayaabi, timaandaari, maut, Janaza, kafan -dafan,

meeraas, imaarat, adaalat, imaamat, sipah salaari, jung sulah, ghanimat ke maal, fatah, shikast, dosti, dushmani,

ghaur kijiye , peshaab pakhaana, janaabat, haiz, nifaas aur ghusl tak ke masai badi safaai ke saath maujood hain

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki pindli, rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki baghal,

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki aankh, rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka muh mubaarak,

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka qad, rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke baal (hairs)

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka paseena, rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka rang (color) kaisa tha ??

Yahan tak ki rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki daardhi(beard) mubarak me safed (white) baalon ki tadaad kitni thi,

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka libaas, rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka amaama(turban),

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki chaadar (blanket)..

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke moze (socks), rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke joote (shoes), rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki anguthi (ring),

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki kanghi (comb), rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka surma,

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka takiya (pillow) kaisa tha ??

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki baat cheet kaise thi, bolne ka andaz kaisa tha, rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka muskuraana aur aansu bahana kaisa tha ??

rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) sote kaise they, jaagte kaise they, chalte kaise they, uthte kaise they aur baithte kaise they, khana kaise khaate, paani kaise peete, khaane me kya pasand tha, kya na’pasand tha??

Khushbu kaun si pasand thi, muhabbat ka tareeqa , naraazgi zaahir karne ka tareeqa kya tha, shadi Shuda zindgi guzaarne ki tareeqe kaise they ??

Aulaad ki tarbiyat kaise ki ?

Matlab yah ki rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki zaat paak ke baare me kisi aise pahlu ki nishaan dehi nahi ki ja sakti jo seerat ki kitabon me mahfooz na ho…..

Bhaiyyon ! Uper likhe saare mazhabon ki taleem aur unke laane waalon ke haalaat par baar baar nazar daalen aur phir sochen aur samjhen ki..

1- KYA majoosiyat jaisa ghair mahfooz, ghair yaqeeni, aur mahaz 72 geeton par mabni mazhab,

islam jaise mahfooz, muqammal aur sacche mazhab ke liye kisi bhi darje me challenge banne ki qaabiliyat rakhta hai??

Kya rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki paak zindagi ke dalail, aur poori haalaat e zindagi ke muqaable me ‘ ZURTUST’ ki zindagi ke bilkul ghair yaqeeni aur aadhi aadhure haalaat e zindagi me duniya waalon ke liye koi faayeda ho sakta hai ??

2- KYA hindu mat, jiske laane waale ka pata Nahi, jiski paak kitab shirk ki taaleem deti hain, aurat ko nafrat ke qaabil thahraati hain, apne elawa dusre mazhabon ke maanne waalon ko jalaane, kuchalne, qatl karne aur cheerne faadne ki taaleem deti hai, insaano ko jaat paat me baat’ti hai,

aisa mazhab, islam jaise aman pasand, insaaf pasand ke muhaafiz aur tauheed ka jhanda buland karne waale deen ke liye kabhi challenge nahi ban sakta ??

3- KYA budh mat, jiske laane waale ki 80 saala zindagi me se 70 saal ka waqt parde me chhupa hai, jiski taleem uske laane waale ki maut ke 200 saal baad uske shargirdon (students) ne taiyyar ki hain,

ek aise mazhab ke liye challenge banne ki haisiyat rakhta hai jiske nabi rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki zindagi ka ek ek lamha poore yaqeen ke saath seerat ki kitaabon me mahfooz hai, aur jiski aasmaani kitab ka ek ek alfaz sadiyon se poore taur par mahfooz hain ??

4-KYA yahudiyat, jiski Muqaddas kitab ” tauraat” ki sahi hone ki zamaanat khud yahudi researcher ki nazar me na qaabil hai, aur jiske daee (as) ki seerat ke ek pahlu, yani jhoot se takraane, ke elawa baaqi tamam pahlu duniya waalon ki nigaah se ojhal ho,

kya aisa mazhab, islam ke liye challenge ban sakta hai, jiski paak kitab “qur’an” pichhle 15 sadiyon se poore taur par mahfooz hai aur jiske daee rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki seerat har insaan ko paidaish se lekar maut tak poori rahnumaayi karaati hai ??

5- KYA isaayyat, jiski aasmaani kitab ” injeel” khud isaayi researchers ke nazdeek uljhi hui, samjh se baaher, aur ghalat alfaazon se bhari padi hai jise padhne ke baad, padhne waala bhi uljhan aur pareshani ka shikaar ho jaata hai aur jiske daee (as) ki 30 saala zindagi me se 27 saal duniya waalon ki nazaron se chhupe hain,

kya wah mazhab apne andar ek aise deen ke liye challenge banne ka dam kham Rakhta hai jiski paak kitab ” qur’an” ki sehat ko pichhle 15 sadiyon se koi challenge karne ki himmat nahi kar saka, jiske daee rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki zindagi ke sirf nubuwwat ke 23 saal hi nahi, balke nubuwwat se pahle ke 40 saal ka ek ek lamha khuli kitaab ki tarah poori duniya ke saamne hai..??

Saare sawaalon ka jawaab bilkul saaf aur do took hai “BILKUL NAHI “

Hamare is jawab ka saaf aur pakka suboot un mazhab ke naye muslim(converted to muslim) ke we aitraaf hain jo unhone islam qubool karne se pahle ba’qaayeda tamam mazhab ko jaanch parkh ke baad kiye hain,

1- kolkata me ek hindu raaja ke yahan paida hone ke baad islam me daakhil hone waali aurta ” jaawed bano begum” ne mazhabon ki tahqeeq ke baare me apne feelings bayaan karte hue bataaya ki maine sabse pahle , budh mat ki tahqeeq kiya lekin itminaam haasil na huwa, phir isaaiyyat ki Tahqeeq ki toh usse bhi naqamyabi mili, aur main dobara hindu mat ki taraf chali gayi, lekin vedon ki taaleem ka insaan ki zindagi se door ka bhi waasta nahi, jab maine islam ko padha wa tahqeeq ki toh main bahut khush hui, meri ruh (soul) me itminaan ho gaya ki maine sacchaayi pa li hai,

sirf islam hi duniya me aisa mazhab hai jo hamari zindagi me hamari sachi rahnumaayi kar sakta hai, aur duniya ke tamam ruhaani rahnumaaon me se aaqa e naamdaar rasool akram sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) hi ek aise shakhs hai jo aazaadi, bhai chaara aur yaqshaniyat(equality) jaise sunehre usool lekar aaye hain, jin par chalkar insaan nijaat haasil kar sakte hain

Maulana asad madni deobandi farmate hain:-” barre sagheer ki aalmi wa shikaafati taareekh se mamooli waqeyaat rakhne waale bhi jaante hai ke “92 hijri” me iraq ke governor ke huqm par islami fauj MUHAMMAD BIN QASIM Ki sarparasti me SINDH pahunchi aur 3 saal jedo jehad ke nateeje me “95 hijri” me sindh ka poora ilaaqa islam ke zer e nigra me aa gaya, chunke un hazraat ka talluq iraaq se tha, isliye iraq “fiqh” hi ke haamil they, us waqt se aaj tak hamesha sindh iraaqi madarsah fikr aur fiqah hanafi ka bol bola raha hai, uske baad 4th sadi hijri me ” MEHMUD GHAZNAWI” ne lahore aur uske mazafaat ko apni qalam ru me daakhil karke islami hukumat ko sindh se lahore tak wasi(expand) kar diya , baad 589 hijri me Sultan ghauri ke zamaana me islami saltunate delhi tak wasi ho gayi aur us waqt se 1273 hijri tak poore hind me musalmano hi ki huqumat rahi, is taweel muddat ki taareekh padh jaayen, hanafi hukmaran ke elawa koi aur hukmaran aap ko nahi milega”

ab ham zaroori samjhte hain ki iska khulasa ho ki is tahrir me kahan tak sach aur jhoot chhupa hai

maulana asad madni deobandi ke mazkoorah bayan ki sadaqat aur ilmi haisiyat jaanne ke liye, neeche diye gaye umoor ko ghaur se padhen

1- imam abu hanifa ki paidaish(birth) 80 hijri me hui,

maulana asad madni ke mutabik muhammad bin qasim 92 hijri me apni fauj ke saath hindustan tashreef laaye, yaani us waqt imam abu hanifa ki umar(age) 12 saal thi,

kya us waqt hanafi fiqah wa maslak tashkeel paakar raaij ho chuka tha??

Khud hanafion ki kitab “seeratul noman” ne Hanafi maslak ki tashkeel 120 hijri bataayi hai, jab ke shah waliullah aur deegar ahle ilm wa tahqeeq ne aimma arba ki taqleed ke riwaaj ka daur 4th sadi hijri me bataaya gaya hai, yani 400 saal baad…

Maulana madni ko aitraaf hai ke hanafi madarsah fikr wa maslak ka talluq makka wa madeena se nahi,

shahab e wahi(sws) aur aapke jaan nisaar unka amoomi markaz iraaq tha ya hejaz ??

A)- iraaq se toh rafziyat, kharjiyat, qadariyat jaise fitne uthe, mukhtar sakfi jaise jhoote kazzab paida hue jinhone nubuwwat ka dawa kiya, aur aap(sws) ki pesangoi(prophecy) ke mutabik fitno ki sar zameen hai !!!

B)- Muhammad bin qasim se pahle bhi musalman hindustan aaye, kam o besh 20 sahaba kiram ke naam taareekh me mahfooz hain jo hindustan tashreef laaye….

( ghazi azeez ki kitab mulaheza farmaye, nez muhaddis maulana mauhammad rayees nadwi ki ki kitab ” zameer ka bahraan” page 138 unwaan ahad farooqui me fatah Sindh wa hind aur uske qabl ke chand page mulaheza farmaayen, jinme ghazwa e hind se mutaallik bashaarat nabwi(sws) ka zikr hai aur sahaba kiram ka hindustan aane ka shauq aur hindustan tashreef laane ke hawaalaat mazkoor hain )

kya we bhi hanafi madarsa fikr ke haamil they ?

Jabke us waqt imam abu hanifa rh paida bhi nahi hue they !!!

Mashoor arab siyaah bashaari muqaddasi jo 375 hijri me hindustan aaya tha,

apni kitab ” ahsanul taqaseem fi ma’rfatah al qaleem” me sindh ke mashoor shaher mansoorah ke haal me likhta hai

” yahan ke zimmi(non muslim) but parast log hain, aur musalmano me aksar AHLE HADITH hai”

mazkoorah dalail se ek page pahle sahab e kitab ” ham ahle hadith kyon hain” ki tasreeh nihaayat mufeed hai.. Mulahez ho..

Allama abu mansoor abdul qaahir bin tahir tameemi al baghdadi (429 hijri) likhte Hain:

” yani ye baad bilkul saaf hai ke room(rome), zazeerah sham(syria), aur azarbaijaan ki sarhadon ke tamam musalman baashinde mazhab AHLE HADITH par kaam zan hain, aur isi tarah Africa, andulus(spain), aur baher maghrib aur saahil yemen ki tamam sarhadon ke musalman bashinde bhi AHLE HADITH hi hain, lekin maawara un nahar ki sarhadon jo turkey aur china ke saamne hai (wahan ke baashinde) do fareeq hain, ya toh shafiyyah hain ya ahnaaf, aur ye tamaam (ahle hadith, shafiya, ahnaaf) qadariyyah aur ahle bidat par laanat karte hain “

waajeh ho ke mashoor mawarrikh e islam abul falah abdul haiy bin hammad (1089 hijri) farmate hain :-” azar baijaan ko hz mugheerah bin shoibah ne 22 hijri me fatah kiya, tarablus ko hazra amr bin al aas ne bhi 22 hijri me fatah kiya”

” aqleem andulus(spain) ko hz moosa bin Naseer ke khaadim taariq bin ziyad rh ne 92 hijri me fatah kiya”

“aqleem africa ko hz abdullah bin saad ra ne 27 hijri me fatah kiya”

(shuzraat al mazhab jild 1 page 36)

“damishq(damaskus) shaam ko hz abu ubaida ra aur hz khalid bin waleed ra ne 14 hijri me fatah kiya”

iske baad haasil qalaam ke unwaan par likhte hain:-” isse saaf zahir hai ke mazkoorah bila tamaam ilaaqe sahaba kiram ra ke haathon pahli sadi hijri me fatah ho chuke they, un ilaaqon me mazhab AHLE HADITH ka charchah bhi unhi faateheen sahaba kiram ra ki mahnat ka nateeja tha, sahaba kiram ne un ilaaqon me wahi mazhab (ahle hadith) pahlaaya jo unhone nabi e rahmat imam ul ambiya hz muhammad (sws) se seekha tha, nez ye bhi roz roshan ki tarah saaf hai ke mazhab e AHLE HADITH , shafiya aur hanafiya ke elawa ek mustaqal maktab e fikr hai “

mazkoorah dono hawalon se ye dawa ghalat saabit huwa ke ahle hadith baad ki paidawaar hain,

nez maulana asad madni deobandi ka dawa bhi baatil huwa ke hindustan me islam ki ibteda iraq madarsa fikr se hui…

Maulana madni ghaur farmaayen ke muhammad bin qasim rh ko kashi ki zarurat kyon padhi ??

Tareekh bataati hai ke musalmaan taajiron ko hindustani hukumat pareshaan karti, tax lagaati aur giraftaar karti thi, nez ye bhi manqool hai ke junoobi hind ki baaz muslim bewaaon ko hindustani hukumat ne rok liya tha, mazkoorah fauj kashi ka yahi sabab(wajah) bani,

goya musalman taajiron aur afraad hindustan me pahle pahle se they, jinki bewaain thin, kya ye sab iraaqi madarsa e fikr ke haamil they ?

Muhammad bin qasim rh ki fauj kashi ke waqt imam abu hanifa daur taalib e ilmi ka tha,

deegar aimma (imam shafai, malik, hambal) toh paida bhi nahi huwe they, us waqt Taqleed ka riwaj wa ghumaan bhi na tha, jo musalman they sabke sab mutabbe kitab wa sunnat they, usi ke daee wa muballigh they, ba’alfaz deegar sirf AHLE HADITH they, aur tareekh kaar ne saraahat farmayi hai ke hindustan me bhi shuruaati 3 ya 3+1/2 sadi yani 350 saal me AHLE HADITHON ka ghalbah tha…

Maulana madni ne mehmud ghaznawi aur muhammad ghuri ko fiqh hanafi ka paaband bataaya hai, jab ke is baat par ikhtelaaf hai aur kam se kam mehmud ghaznawi ke mutaallik to ye amr saath hai ke wah ahle hadith nahi they

qazi muhammad aslam likhte hain:-” mehmud ghaznawi ke baare me ye mashoor hai ke wah hanafi nahi tha, jaisa ke shahab e tareekh farastah ka bhi yahi khyaal hai, balke wah khaalis kitab wa sunnat ka alambardaar tha”

qazi aslam ne mazkoorah ibaarat ke baad iran, turkistaan, mawar un nahar wagerah se aane waale faateheen ka hanafi maslak Hona bataya hai, unme ghauri khaandaan bhi they,

lekin jahan tak sahabuddeen muhammad ghauri ka talluq hai unke mutaallik muwarrikheen e islam akbar shah najeebabaadi likhte hain:

” isi ka nateeja tha ke sultan sahabuddeen ghauri aur uska bada bhai dono kitab wa sunnat ke muttabe aur paaband they”

ek page pahle ghaznawi khaandaan ke zamaane ke hindustan ka zikr hai,

darmiyan ki ye ibarat mulaheza farmaayen

” usi zamaana yani 5wi sadi ke shuru me fiqah hanafi ki sabse pahli kitab qudoori ahmad bin muhammad bin ahamad baghdadi ne likhi, ( muhaqqieen san taaleef 328 hijri bataate hain) lekin hindustan aur punjab abhi tak fiqhi iktelaafaat se be khabar tha”

maulana madni ne dawa kiya hai ke:-” 589 hijri me sultan ghuri ke zamaane me islami sultanate delhi tak wasi hogayi aur us waqt se lekar 1273 hijri tak poore Hind me musalmanon hi ki huqumat rahi, is taweel muddat ki taareekh padh jaaye hanafi hukmaraano ke elawa koi aur hukmaran nahi milega”

” hanfi ke elawa koi aur hukmaran nahi milega”

ye jumla saraasar hath dharmi hai ya phir taareekh(history) se na aashnaayi

ye durust hai ke aksar hukmaran aise hi they, aur ye baat qaabil e fakhr nahi qaabil e afsos hai,

maulana madni jise ba’taur fakhr bayaan kar rahe hain wah hindustaani tareekh ka almiyah hai….

Balke ye zikr karna chahiye ke hanafi hukmaraani ke zamaane me rasoollullah(sws) ki sunnat wa hadith ka riwaaj farogh na ho saka ( har daur me ahle haq wa muhaddiseen maujood rahe)…

Akbar shah najeeba baadi ki tareekh zawaal padhiye toh hindustan me hadith ki bechaargi aur jahal taqleed ke ghalbe se musalmaano ko hone waale taareekhi nuksaanaat ka andaaza lagaaya ja sakta hai…

Maulana madni se sawaal hai

” hanafi hukmarano ke elawa koi nahi Milega”

ke daawe se kya raafziyat se taal meil ka aitraaf kiya ja raha hai ??

Hindustan ki baaz riyaasaton ke raafzi hukmaraan (aur bataya jaata hai ke humayun bhi raafziyat ki taraf maiel tha) kiya shia hone ke saath hanafi bhi they ??

Akbar shah najeeba badi likhte hain:-” aakhar badshah akbar ki la’mazhabi, musalmano ki aam jihaalat, umra e darbaar ki khaah talbi wa shah parasti ne ek naya mazhab 985 hijri me jaari karaaya, jisa ka naam DEEN E ILAAHI rakha gaya”

deen e ilaahi ke saaye me islami ahkaamaat ki kis tarah mitti paleed ki gayi taareekh me mahfooz hai…..

Kya maulana madni akbar ke is kaarnaame ko ” HANAFI KAARNAAMA” tasleem karte hain ??

Akbar shah najeeba badi 8wi sadi hijri ke hindustan ki tasweer pesh karte hue likhte hain:

” hindustan ka islam abhi tak khuraasan(persia) hi ke islam ka ek bigda hua ashk tha, yahan na iraq wa shaam wa hejaz ke Aalim e deen aur muballgheen kitab wa sunnat ko aane ka mauqa mila tha, aur na samarkand wa bukhaara ke ulema ka yahan ghuzar huwa tha…… Jo musalmaan hindustan me faatihaana haisiyat se daakhil hokar haakimaana zindagi basar kar rahe they wah KHUD ILM HADITH SE NA’WAQIF aur deeni maalumaat me bilkul adhure they, jo hindustani naye muslim (converted) they , wah aajkal ke agra, mathura ki taraf rahne waale makaano ki tarah musalmaan toh they magar haqiqat islam aur taalimaat islamiyah se be’khabar they, isliye ke quran wa hadith ke seekhne, padhne aur samjhne ki zarurat wa ahmiyat se toh khuraasani, afghaani musalman bhi abhi tak na samjh they,….. Us zamaane ke hindustani musalmaano ki mazhabi haalat ka andaaza karne ke liye ek misri (egyptian) aalim shamshuddeen turk 708 hijri me sultan ala uddeen khilji ke ahad par aaye they,

ziya barni ki tahreer ka haasil matlab ba’taur khulaasa apne alfaaz me Darj karta hun jo is tarah hai

” ek be nazeer muhaddis aur aalim jinko shamsuddeen turk kahte they, misr(egypt) se hadith ki 400 kitaben le kar multaan aaye they, aur multaan se delhi jaane ka iraada rakhte they, unhone jab ye baat suni ke hindustan ka baadshah jama masjid me jumah ki namaz padhne nahi aata toh wah bahut ranjeedah hue aur shaher delhi ke halaat sun kar multaan hi se misr ki taraf waapas chale gaye… Wapas jaane se pahle unhone ek khat ya risaala likh kar sultan ala ud deen khilji baadshah delhi ke baad rawaana kiya usme likha tha:- main misr se delhi ka iraada karke chala tha ke delhi me qayaam karke ilm hadith ki ishaat delhi me karunga aur mahaz khuda (aur rasool) ki khusnoodi ke liye aaya tha ke logon ko ilm hadith ki taraf mutawajjah karke khyaanat pesha maulwion aur bad’diyaanat aalimon ki riwayaaton se nijaat dilwaaun, lekin chunke aap khud hi namaz nahi padhte aur namaz jumah Bhi ada nahi karte, lihaaza main multan hi se wapas ja raha hun, maine suna hai ke aapke shaher me hadith e nabwi par koi amal nahi karta, main hairaan hun ke wah shaher jis me hadith nabawi hote hue dusre logon ki riwayaton par amal karte hai tabaah kyon nahi ho jaata, aur azaab e ilaahi us par kynn naazil nahi hota, maine suna hai ke aapke shaher me siyah wa bad’bakht maulwi fatawe aur na’maqool riwayaton ki kitaaben khole hue masjidon me baithe rahte hain, musalmaano ke haq ko bhi baatil karte aur khud bhi ghaarat hote hain”

phir iske baad akbar shah najeeba badi farmate hain:-” sultan alauddeen ke zamaane me kitab wa sunnat ki ishaat ka koi intezaam hindustan me na huwa aur mazkoorah be’ilm afghani wa khorasani baap daada ki maraasim aur chand door azkaar aur be’haasil fiqhi maslon aur jaahilaana fatawon ki waaqfiyat ka naam ilm e deen aur hinduon, aatish paraston aur musalmanon ki rasmon ke Majmuon ki hifaazat karne waale maraasim paraston ka naam ulema e deen raha, agar ittefaaqan khuda ka koi nek banda faham wa faraasat aur kitab wa sunnat ki taraf tawajjoh dilaata toh wah ulema e soo aur bad’mazhab logon me shumaar hokar ruswa hota aur jaahil baadshahon ki taaqat iske kuchal daalne aur aaba parast maulwion ka asar uske zaleel karne par musta’ad nazar aata”

kya maulana asad madni aise hi hukmarano par fakhr kar rahe hain ??

Aur aisa bol kar unhi hukmarano ki sunnat ko zinda karna chahte hain ??

8wi sadi me sultan muhammad tughlak ne takht nasheeni ke baad kitab wa sunnat ki ishaat ka hatta la’makaan ehtemaam kiya, wah khud bhi muttabe kitab wa sunnat tha,

akbar shah najeeba baadi uske kaarnaamon ka mukhtasar zikr karke farmate hai:-” us ba’khuda aur roshan khyaal aur muttabe kitab wa sunnat sultan ne jab shirkiya wa bidatiyah Maraasim ke khilaaf koshihen ki toh tamaam aalim numa jaahil aur muslim numa bad’deen log uski mukhaalifat par kamar bastah ho gaye, aur us sabse bahtar sultaan ko badnaam karne aur uske tamaam bane hue kaamon ko bigaadne ke liye maraasim parasat subehdaaron, aaba parast molvion aur nalayeq munshion ne mutaffiq hokar aur bahut se khaankaah nasheeno ko bhi apni shaazish me shareek karke sindh ke registaan(desert) me uska aur uski aulaad ka khaatma kiya aur uske roshan khayaal aur wazeer ko delhi ke qareeb bedardi se qatal karke itminaan ka saans liya”

yani muhammad bin tughlak hanafi hukmaran nahi they, unke khilaaf baghaawat hui, jaise ki aaj ke hanafi ulema ahle hadithon ke liye aidi choti ka zor lagaaye hain…. Taake sunnat e rasool ka bol baala na ho sake, aur Aaba wa akaabir parasti ka kaarobaar jaari rahe,

us waqt bhi muqallideen aur soofiya ko ishaat kitab wa sunnat bardaasht nahi hui aur aaj bhi unko ye dawat bardaasht nahi….

Isme koi shaq wa shubah nahi ke hindustan ke aksar hukmaran hanafi rahe ( kaise rahe aur kya asaraat rahe uska andaaza acchi tarah lagaaya ja sakta hai), aur ye bhi ek haqiqat hai ke unke darbaaron me aise ulema aur giroh ko taqarrub akhtiyaar haasil rahe, jaise maulana asad madni hain, aur jaise unhone INDIAN CONGRESS ki baargaah ya darbaar me khushnoodi haasil rahi hai,…

Muhaqqiqeen ke mutabik hanafiyat ka parchaar hukumaton ke zariye huwa ( daleelon aur daawat ke zariye nahi)……….. AUR YAHI AFSOS KI BAAT HAI

ZAKAAT KI AHMIYAT AUR MASAIL:

ZAKAAT KI TAAREEF:

Arabic zabaan me lafz zakaat ” paakizgi, badhotri(increment), aur barkat ke mano me istemal hota hai, aur shariat me zakaat ek makhsoos maal ke makhsoos hisse ko kaha jaata hai, jo makhsoos logon ko diya jaata hai aur ise zakaat isliye kaha gaya hai ke isse dene waale ko faayeda hota hai aur uska maal paak aur ba’barkat ho jaata hai,

yaad rahe ke zakaat ke liye quraan wa sunnat me “sadqah” ka lafz bhi istemal kiya gaya hai,

jaisa ke farman e ilaahi hai

” yani aiy paighambar aap unke maalon se sadqah le lijiye, jiske zariye aap unko paak saaf kar denge”

(surah tauba 103)

is aayat se malum huwa ke zakaat insaan ke akhlaaq wa kirdaar ki paakizgi ka bada zariya hai..

ZAKAAT KI AHMIYAT:

1- Zakaat deen e islam ke 5 buniyadi arkaan me se ek hai, jis par deen e islam qayem hai,

rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) Ka irshaad hai

” islam ki buniyaad 5 cheezon par hai, is baat ki gawahi dena ke allah ke siwa koi mabood nahi aur muhammad(sws) uske bande aur rasool hain aur namaz qayem karna aur zakaat ada karna………..”

(hadith)

2- zakaat allah ki rahmat ko haasil karne ka ek zariya hai,

allah ka farman hai

” aur meri rahmat to har cheez ko ghere hue hai, pas main apni rahmat un logon ke naam likh dun jo (gunah aur shirk se) bache rahte hain, aur zakaat ada karte hain”

(surah araaf 165)

3- zakaat, deeni bhai chaare ke hudood me se ek shart hai,

farman e ilaahi hai

” pas agar ye tauba karlen aur namaz ke paband ho jayen aur zakat dete rahen to tumhare deeni bhai hain”

(surah tauba 11)

4- muslim muashre me jin cheezon ko aam hona chahiye unme se ek zakaat hai

irshad e rabbani hai

” momin mard aurat aapas me ek dusre ke (madargaar) aur dost hain, wah bhalaai ka huqm dete aur buraayi se rokte hain, Namazon ko pabandi se baja laate hain aur zakaat ada karte hain”

( surah tauba 71)

5- jannaul firdaus ke waaris banne waale momino ki shifaat jo allah ne bayaan farmayi hai, in mese ek zakaat ada karna bhi hai..

Allah ka farman hai

” aur jo zakaat ada karne waale hain “

(surah momineen 14)

6- hz abu ayyub ra se riwayat hai ke ek shakhs ne rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) se kaha:-” mujhe aisa amal bataayen jise karne se main jannat me chala jaun ? To aap rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne farmaya:- allah hi ki ibadat karte raho aur uske saath kisi ko shareek mat banaao aur farz namaz pabandi se ada karte raho aur zakaat ada karte raho aur sulah rahmi karte raho”

7- zakaat ki adaayegi se maal badhta aur ba’barkat ho jaata hai aur aafaton se mahfooz ho jaata hai

allah ka farman hai

” aur tum sood(interest) dete ho taake logon ke maal me izaafa ho Jaaye ,toh allah ke yahan nahi badhta aur jo tum zakaat doge, allah ki khushnoodi paane ki khaatir toh aise log hi ki zyada se zyada paane waale hain”

(surah ar-room 39)

ZAKAAT KE FAAYEDE:

1- allah taala ne risq ki taqseem apne haath me rakhi hai, jise chahe zyadah de aur jise chaahe thoda de, lekin maaldaar ko allah taal ne zakaat dene aur sadqah karne aur allah ki raah me kharch karne ka huqm diya hai taaki jise allah ne thoda diya hai use be’gair sawaal ke milta rahe, aur uski zaruriyaat poori hoti rahen, aur faqeer ko allah taala ne sawaal na karne ka huqm diya hai taake uske andar sabr wa shukr jaise shafaat hameedah paida ho, is tarah muashre ke ye dono fardh allah ke ajar wa sawaab ke mustahiq hote hain, maaldaar kharch karke aur faqeer sabr wa shukr karke…

2- islam ke khoobsurat nizaam ki ek khoobi ye hai ke agar poore ikhlaas ke saath us par amal kiya jaaye to daulat chand logon Ke hanthon me hone ke bajaaye muashre ke tamaam afraad me gardish karti rahen, aur iski bar’ashk deegar mazahibon ke nizaamon me ye hota hai ke muashre ke chand afraad to aish o aaraam se zindagi basar karte hain, aur unhi ke qareeb me rahne waale dusre log ghurbat(ghareebi) ki chakki me piste rahte hain, aur ye bahut bada zulm hai,

chunanche muashre me ameeri aur ghareebi ke farq ko paatne ke liye aur , aur is zulm ko khatm karne ke liye allah taala ne ZAKAAT ko farz kiya aur sadaqaat ki tarah targheeb dilaayi, taake muashre ke tamaam afraad maal wa daulat se mustafeed hote rahen..

3- zakaat ki adaayegi se maaldaar aur faqeer ke darmiyaan muhabbat paida hoti hai, aur yun muashrah bhugz wa nafrat aur khudgharzi jaisi bimarion se paak ho jaata hai, zakaat dene waale me sakhaawat, shafqat aur hamdardi aur zakaat lene waale me ahsaan’mandi , tawajeh, aur ankisaari jaisi sifaat paida ho jaati hai, goya izaam zakaat muashre me akhlaaqi ko parwaan chadhaata hai..

4- tareekh gawah hai ke khilafat e rasheeda ke daur me jab zakaat ko hukumati satah par jama aur phir use fuqara me taqseem kiya jaata tha to ek waqt aaya jab talaash karne ke bawajood bhi muashre me fuqara nahi milte they,

chunanche zakaat ko baitul maal me jama kar diya jaata tha, aur phir use musalmano ke mufaad aama me kharch kar diya jaata, isse saabit huwa ke islami nizaam zakaat se muashre me ghurbat khatm hoti hai, ba’shartah ise poore ikhlaas ke saath aur mukammal imaandari ke saath nafez kiya jaaye..

5- maaldaar log agar zakaat ada na karen to muashre me maujood fuqara ahsaas kamtari ka shikaar ho jaayen, aur unke dilon me maaldaron ke khilaaf nafrat aur shadeed adawat paida ho jaaye aur phir wah apni zarooriyaat ko poora karne k liye chori aur daaka zani jaise jurm karna shuru kar den, aur yun muashrah bad’amani aur la’qanooniyat (unlawful activities) ki bhayanak tasweer ban jayen,

goya islami nizaam zakaat un akhlaaqi jurm ka hal(solution) hai aur muashre ko aman wa sukoon ki jagah banaata hai,

6- maal allah taala ki nemat hai jiska shukriya ada karna zaruri hai, aur uski bahtar shakl yahi hai ke uski zakaat ada ki jaaye, aur ye baat maalum hai ke jab allah ki nematon par shukriyah ada kiya jaaye to allah ki inaayaat me izaafa ho jaata hai..

Allah taala ka irshad hai

” agar tum shukr ada karoge to main zaroor ba zaroor tumhe aur zyada dunga”

(surah ibraheem 7)

ZAKAAT NA DENE WAALE KA ANJAAM:

Jaisa ke pahle ghuzar chuka hai ke zakaat farz hai aur islam ke arkaan mese ek ruqn hai,

chunanche agar koi shakhs is farziyat se inkaar karta ho wah yaqinan KAAFIR aur WAAJIB UL QATAL hai,

yahi wajah hai ke hz abu bakr ra ke khalifa banne ke baad bad’zan logon ne zakaat dene se inkaar kar diya tha,

aapne unke khilaaf elaan-e- Jung karte hue farmaya tha :-” allah ki kasam jo log ek rassi(rope) bhi rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ko diya karte they, agar mujhe nahi denge toh main unse jung karunga”

aur jo shakhs zakaat ki farziyat ka qayel ho toh ho lekin use ada na karta ho toh uska anjaam kiya hoga uske mutaallik allah ka irshaad maujood hai…. Ghaur se padhlen

” aur jo log sona chandi ka khazaana rakhte hain, aur allah ki raah me kharch nahi karte, unhe dardnaak azaab ki khabar pahuncha dijiye, jis din us khajaane ko aatish dozakh(hell fire) me tapaaya jaayega, Phir usse inki peshaaniyan aur pahluon aur peeth daaghi jaayegi, (aur unse kaha jaayega) ye hai jise tumne apne liye khazaana bana rakha tha, pas apne khazaano ka maza chakkho”

(surah tauba 35)

aur rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ka farmaan hai:-” allah ne jisko maal se nawaaza aur phir usne zakaat ada nahi ki, qiyamat ke Din uska maal saanp(snake) ki shakal me aayega, jiski aankhon ke uper siyaah(black) nuqte honge, ye saanp uske gale(neck) ka tauq hoga aur uske jabde ko pakad lega aur kahega, main hoon tera maal, main hoon tera khazaana”

JIN CHEEZON PAR ZAKAAT FARZ HAI:

Islam me jin cheezon par zakaat farz hai unka khulaasa neeche ho raha hai,

1- SONA, CHANDI AUR NAGADI (GOLD, SILVER, CASH)

Sone chandi me zakaat farz hai, ba’sharte ke inki miqdaar muqarrar nisaab ke baraar ya usse zyada hon, aur uski milkiyat par ek saal guzar chuka ho,

yaad rahe sone ka nisaab 85 gms, jabke chandi ka nisaab 595 gms. hai,

agar sona 85 gms se aur chandi 595 gms se kam ho toh zakaat farz nahi hogi,

aur agar ye donon apne muqarrar wazan(weight) ke baraabar ya usse zyadah to hon lekin un par saal na guzra ho toh bhi zakaat farz nahi hogi,

mazkoorah dono sharten agar maujood hon toh sone chandi ki zakaat Nikaalne ka tareeqa ye hai ke

” sabse pahle unka wazan dekh liya jaaye, phir market ke maujoodah rate(price) ke mutabik us wazan ki qeemat malum kar len, phir uska 2.5% ya 40wa hissa zakaat ki nisbat se ada karen”

MASLA-1

Kisi shakhs ke paas saal ke shuru me sone/chandi ka poora nisaab maujood tha, lekin saal poora hone se pahle pahle wah usme se kuch miqdaar ko bech(sale) kar kharch kar leta hai, aur yun unka wazan nisaab se kam ho jaata hai toh uspar zakaat farz nahi hogi,

aur agar in saal me sona chandi khareedne ki wajah se unka wazan nisaab se zyaadah ho jaata hai to zakaat ki adaayegi ke waqt baad me khareede gaye sona/chandi ka wazan bhi shamil karna hoga….

MASLA-2

Sona/chandi chaahe dhele(biscuits, coins) ki shakl me ho ya zeweraat(jewellary) ki shakal me, donon soorat me zakaat farz hogi,

hadith me aata hai ke ek aurat,

rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ke paas aayi, Uski beti ke haath me do kangan they, aap rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne poocha:- kiya tumne unki zakaat deti ho ? Usne kaha nahi, to aap rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ne farmaya:-” kya tumhe ye baat pasand hai ke qayamat ke din allah taala tumhen un dono(kangan) ke badle aag ke kangan pahnaaye? Toh usne kangan unhi zameen par phenk diya aur kaha-” ye dono allah aur uske rasool ke liye hain “

MASLA-3

paper currency chaahe, riyaal ho ya dinaar, ruppee ho ya dollar……. Wah bhi sone chandi ke huqm me aati hai,

lihaaza jis shakhs ke paas sone/chandi ke nisaab ke qeemat ke baraabar ya usse zyada currency maujood ho aur us par saal ghuzar chuka ho to usme ZAKAAT farz hogi..

Aur uski adaayegi ka tareeqa ye hoga ke:-” saal ke aakhir me jab zakaat ada karni ho to us waqt dekh liya jaaye ke 85gm sone ki qeemat kitni hai, phir jitni Currency saal bhar rahe ho wah bhi dekh li jaaye, agar wah 85gm sone ki keemat ke baraabar ya usse zyadah ho to uska 2.5% ya 40wa hissa ba’taur zakaat ada karen….

MASLA-4

Ek shakhs ke paas saal ke shuru me to paper currency , sone/chandi, ke nisaab ke baraabar thi, lekin dauraan saal me usme aur izaafa(increment) hota raha toh saal ke aakhir me jitni currency maujood ho sab ki sab shamil karke ” TOTAL” ka 2.5% ba’taur zakaat ada karen,

jo raqam dauran e saal aayi thi unki zakaat peshgi ada ho jaayegi…

MASLA-5

Tankhwaah daar insaan (salaried person) apni mahaana bachat (monthly saving) ki zakaat kis tarah ada karega ??

Iski do sooratein hain, ek to yeh ke har maah itni bachat hoti hai ke wah sone/chandi ke nisaab ki qeemat ke baraabar hai toh us soorat me har maah ki bachi hui tankhwaah par jaise jaise saal poora hota jaaye uski zakaat nikaalta jaaye,

aur agar pahle maah ki zakaat ada karte Waqt baqi 11 maah ki zakaat bhi peshgi(advance) ada karna chaahe toh bhi durust hoga,

aur dusri soorat ye hai ke har maah ki bachat nisaab ke baraabar nahi, albatta do teen maah ki bachat ko mila liya jaaye to wah nisaab zakaat ke baraabar ho jaati hai, to is soorat me saal ke akhtimam par uske paas jitni bachat maujood ho uska 2.5% ba’taur zakaat ada kare

MASLA-6

Heeron (diamonds) aur jewellery par zakaat farz nahi hai, elawa ke unse tijaarat(business) kiya ja raha ho, to is soorat me deegar tijaarati saamaan ke saath unki zakaat bhi ada karni hogi…

MASLA-7

Qarz ki zakaat

iski do sooratein hain,

ek toh yah ke maqrooz qarzedaar hain aur use jald ya bareed waapas karne ki taaqat bhi rakhta hai,

ya karzedaar toh qarze se inkaari ho lekin adaalat me case karke usse karza waapas lene ka yaqeen ho,

is soorat me qarz ki raqam ki zakaat ada karni hogi,

aur uska tareeqa ye hai ke:-” saal ke Akhtimam par jab maujooda maal ka hisaab kiya ja raha ho toh uske saath qarz ki raqam ko bhi shaamil kar liye jaaye, aur total ka 2.5% ba’taur zakaat ada kar diya jaaye,

aur dusri soorat ye hai ke:-” maqrooz(karzdaar) karz dene se inkaari ho aur adaalat me case zariye se bhi na milne ka imkaan bhi na ho,

ya wah qarze ko tasleem toh karta ho lekin har aaye din waapsi ka waada karke waada khilaafi karta ho, ya uske haalaat hi aise hon ke wah qarza wapas karne ki taaqat hi nahi rakhta ho toh aisi soorat me qarz ki raqam par zakaat farz nahi hogi,

haan agar karzdaar karza wapas kar de toh guzashta ek saal ki zakaat ada kar di jaaye…

MASLA-8

Ek shakhs ke paas zakaat ka nisaab toh maujood hai, chaahe sona, chandi, ki shakl me ya kisi aur shakl me, lekin wah khud dusron ka karzdaar hai, aur agar zakaat ada karta hai toh mazeed bojh tale dab jaane ka andesha hai, toh aisi soorat me us par zakaat farz Nahi hogi, haan agar qarz ki adaayegi ke baad bhi uske paas zakaat ke nisaab ke baraabar maal maujood hai aur uspar saal ghuzar chuka hai to uska 2.5% zakaat ki niyat se ada karna zaroori hai…

MASLA-9

Company ki hisson (shares) agar tijaarati maqsad se khareede gaye hain aur unpar saal guzar chuka hai toh un ki zakaat ada karna laazmi hoga,

agar khud company tamaam partners ke hisson ki zakaat ada karti hai toh theek hai, warna har partner apne apne hisson ki zakaat ada karne ka paband hai…

MASLA-10

Zakaat pure sone/chandi par farz hoti hai, lihaaza milaawat ko wazan karne me shumaar nahi kiya jaayega,

is tarah agar milaawat ka wazan nikaal kar khaalis sone, chandi ka wazan muqarrar nisaab se kam hojata hai toh us par zakaat farz nahi hogi…

2- TIJAARATI SAMAAN (BUSINESS ASSTS)

Dusri cheez jis par zakaat farz hoti hai ” tijaarati saamaan” aur usse muraad wah tamaam cheez hain jinhe Tijaarat ki niyyat se khareeda jaaye, chaahe makaami market se ya baaher se bar’amad kar ke, isi tarah wah tamaam cheezen is huqm se nikal jaati hain jinhen kisi ne apne zaati(personal) istemal ke liye khareeda ho, maslan ghar, gaadi(vehicle), aur zameen wagerah

toh aise ashyaar par zakaat nahi, aur isi tarah sana’ati machinery, stores aur unme padi almirah, dafatar par bhi zakaat farz nahi ,

kyonki aisi tamaam cheezen ek jagah par baqaraar rahti hain aur unhe bech kar tijarat karna maqsood nahi hota…

BUSINESS ASSTS PAR ZAKAAT NIKAALNE KA TAREEQA:

Saal ke aakhir me taajir (firm ho ya company) ko chahiye ke wah apne tamaam tijaarat saamaan ki market ke maujooda rate ke mutabik qeemat lagaaye, phir uske paas saal bhar jo nagadi(cash) currency rahi ho use isme shaamil kar len, isi tarah uska jo qarza waapsi ho use bhi hisaab me shaamil kiya jaaye, aur agar wah khud qarzedaar ho toh qarze ki Raqam nikaal kar baaqi tamaam raqam ka 2.5% ya 40wa hissa ba’taur zakaat ada kare….

MASLA-

sana’ati aalaat aur machinery ki asal qeemat par zakaat nahi, albatta unki aamdani agar zakaat ke nisaab ko pahunch jaaye aur us par saal bhar guzar jaaye to usse zakaat nikaalna zaroori hoga, aur yahi huqm kiraaye (rent) par diye gaye makaan(house), dukaan(shops) aur gaadion(vehicles) wagerah ka hai ke unki asal qeemat par zakaat nahi, kiraaye par hogi…

Ba’sharte ke ye nisaab ko pahunch jaaye aur us par saal bhar guzar jaaye to uska 2.5% ada karna hoga, albatta in ashyaar par ada kiya kiye jaane waala TAX aur unki dekh bhaal par aane waale deegar akhraajaat in cheezon ki aamdani se nikaal liye jaayen, aur is tarah agar malik ka ko zariya ma’aash nahi toh wah apne biwi ,bacchon ke jaayez akhraajaat bhi aamdani se nikaal le, phir jo raqam baaqi ho usse zakaat ada kare….

HAIWAANAAT (LIVESTOCK)

Jin Maweshion(pet animals) par zakaat farz hai wah ye hain,

oont(camel), gaaye(cow), bhains(buffalo), aur bhedh(sheep), bakri (goats)

rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ka farmaan hai:-” jis shakhs ke paas, oont ya gaaye, ya bakriyan hain aur usne inki zakaat ada nahi ki to qayamat ke din unhe bahut bada aur mota karke laaya jaayega, phir wah use apne taapon se raundenge aur apne seengon se maarenge, jab sab uske upar se guzar jayenge toh pahle ko phir lautaaya jaayega, aur logon ka faisla hone tak uske saath aisa hi hota rahega”

maweshion me zakaat ki farziyat ke liye 4 sharten hain:

ek ye ke wah apne muqarrar nisaab ko pahunch jaayen, yaad rahe ke oont ka kam se kam nisaab 5, gaaye/bhains ka 3, aur bhedh bakriyon ka 40 hai…

Dusri shart ye hai ke unki milkiyat par saal guzar jaaye

teesra ye ke saal ka aksar hissa ye maweshi charti rahe hon aur malik ko saal bhar ka beshtar Hissa unki khuraak khareedna na padi ho,

aur chauthi shart ye hai ke ye jaanwar kheti baadi ya bojh uthaane ke liye na hon, aur yahan ye baat mad’denazar rahni chahiye ke maweshion ko agar tijaarat ki niyat se khareeda gaya ho toh unki zakaat dusre saamaan e tijaarat ki tarah nikaali jaayegi,

chunanche unki qeemat ka aitbaar hoga na ki tadaad ka,

maweshion ke nisaab ki deegar tafseel hadith aur fiqh ki kitabon me dekhi ja sakti hain…..

ZAMEENI PAIDAWAAR (AGRICULTURAL):

Farmaan e ilaahi hai:

” aiy imaan walon ! Apni pakeezah kamaayi mese, aur ham ne tumhare liye zameen se jin cheezon ko nikaala hai, unme kharch karo”

(surah baqarah 267)

is aayat se saabit huwa ke zameeni paidawaar maslan gehun, jau, chaawal, khajoor, angoor, aur zaitoon wagerah par zakaat farz hai, aur is baat par poori ummat ka ijma hai…

ZAMEENI PAIDAWAAR KA NISAAB E ZAKAAT:

Farmaan e

rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi Wasallam(pbuh) hai:-” 5 wasq se kam me zakaat nahi”

(mutaffiq alaih)

5 wask ki miqdaar maujoodah hisaab ke aitbaar se 683 kgs hai, is tarah zameeni paidawaar agar mazkoorah wazan se kam ho to zakaat farz nahi hogi….

ZAMEENI PAIDAWAAR KA KITNA HISSA ZAKAAT ME DIYA JAAYE:

Farmaan e rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) hai:-” jis ko baarish(rain) aur chasmon(wells,lakes,river etc) ke paani se seeraab(irrigate) kiya ho ya wah khud ba khud zameeni paani se seeraab huwa ho, usme 10wa hissa hai, aur jisko aalaat(machinery, instrument) ke zariye ya mahnat se seeraab kiya gaya ho to usme 20wa hissa hai”

is hadith se saabit huwa ke jo paidawaar baarishi paani ya naheri paani ya chasmo ke paani se haasil hui ho, uska 10wa hissa aur jise musibaton(difficulties) ke zariye seeraab karke haasil kiya gaya ho, uska 20wa hissa ba’taur zakaat ada karna chahiye…

MASLA-1

Zameeni paidawaar Par saal guzarna zaroori nahin, balke wah jaise hi haasil hogi, uski zakaat fauran ada karni hogi,

farman e ilaahi hai:

” uska haq uski kataayi ke din ada karo”

(surah anaam 141)

MASLA-2

Taaza istemaal hone waale phoolon(flowers) aur sabzion par zakaat nahi hai, albatta unki tijaarat ki jaaye,

tijaarat ki soorat me unki qeemat agar nisaab e zakaat pahunch jaaye aur wah saal bhar uske paas rahe to uska 2.5% ada karna hoga…

ZAKAAT KE HAQDAAR:

Yani kaun zakaat lene ke mustahiq hain?

Allah ka farmaan hai

” sadqe sirf faqeeron, miskeeno aur unke wasool karne waalon ke liye hain, aur unke liye jinki taaleef e qalb maqsood hon, aur ghulamon ko azaad karaane me aur qarz daaron ke liye aur allah ki raah me aur musaafir k liye, ye farz hai allah ki taraf se”

(surah tauba 60)

is ayat se malum hota hai ke zakaat ke mustahik yahi 8 hain, inko chhod kar kisi aur par zakaat kharch nahi ki ja sakti..

Albatta ye zaroori nahi ke zakaat ki raqam in 8 par kharch ki jaaye balke inme se jo zyadah munasib aur zyadah zarurat mand hon us par ise kharch kar diya jaaye

1- FUQARA AUR MASAKEEN:

Se muraad wah log hain jo zarurat mand hon aur jin ke paas itna maal na ho ke jisse wah apne biwi bacchon ke akhraajaat poore kar saken, unhen zakaat ki raqam se itna paisa diya jaaye ke jo ziyadah se ziyadah ek saal tak unki zaroorat ke liye kaafi ho

2-AAMEELEEN ALAIHA:

isse muraad zakaat ikattha karne waale aur use mustahaqeen me taqseem karne waale log hain, unhe zakaat ki raqam se unke kaam ke badle tankhwah diya ja sakta hai, khwaah wah maaldaar kyon na hon,

3- WAL MUWALAFA QULOO BUHUM:

Isse muraad kamzor imaan waale naye muslim log hain, ya aise log jinke musalmaan hone ki ummeed ho, ya aise kuffar jinko maal dene se toqa ho ke wah aise qabeele ya ilaaqe ke logon ko musalmano par hamlawar hone se rokenge..

5- WAFIR’RIQAAB:

Isse muraad ye hai ke ghulaamon ko uske aaqaaon se chhuda kar azaad kar dena

6-MAQROOZ:

Jo karz dene ki taqat na rakhta ho, use zakaat ki raqam di ja sakti hai, ba’sharte usne qarzah jaayez maqsad ke liye liya ho,

isi tarah aise log jinka kaarobaar shadeed khasaare ka shikaar ho gaya ho, toh unhe bhi zakaat di ja sakti hai…

7- FI’SABEELILLAH:

Se muraad jihaad aur deegar tamaam deeni maqasad hain jo allah ki raza ke hote hain, maslan madaris ki taameer, unme zer taaleem talbah(students) aur hospital wagerah me zakaat ki raqat kharch ki ja sakti hain,

8- Wah musaafir jiska safar jayez maqsad ke liye huwa ho aur uska zaad e raah dauraan safar khtam ho jaaye aur wah safari zaruriyaat ko poora karne ke liye paise ka mohtaaj ho, use bhi zakaat di ja sakti hai….

Mazkoorah mustahaqqeen zakaat agar apne qareebi rishtedaaron me mil jaaye to unhe zakaat dene se dugna(double) Ajar(benefit) milega…

Apne biwi, bacchon aur waalidain ko zakaat nahi di ja sakti,

haan ! Bahen, bhai, agar zarurat mand hon to unhe zakaat dene se dugna(double) ajar milega, isi tarah daulat mand aur kamaane waale aur faasiq wa faajir ko zaakaat nahi di ja sakti….

Aur aal-e-rasoollullah sallalaho alaihi wasallam(pbuh) ko bhi zakaat nahi di ja sakti……

Ek deen daar musalmaan kutte ko goad me lena toh door use apne paas bithaana hatta ke apne ghar me daakhil karne ko bhi shakht gunaah samjhte hain,

uski buniyaad nabi kareem(sws) ki wah hadith hai jisme bataya gaya hai ke:-” nabi (sws) ne farmaya farishte us ghar me daakhil nahi hote jisme koi kutta ya tasweer ho”

(bukhari,muslim)

muslim shareef ki ek hadith me hai:-” ek martaba hz jibreel ne nabi kareem(sws) se mulaaqaat ka waada kiya tha magar wah waqt muqarrar par tashreef nahi laaye, nabi kareem(sws) ke ghar ke baaher ruk gaye, wajah thi aap(sws) ki chaarpaayi ke neeche kutte ka baccha(pilla) baitha huwa tha, aapki us par nazar padi to use ghar se baher nikaala uske baad hz jibreel ghar me daakhil hue, nabi kareem(sws) ne unki taakheer se aane ki wajah maloom ki, farmaya tum ne mujhse waada kiya tha main tumhare intezaar me Baitha raha, lekin tum nahi aaye, toh hz jibreel ne arz kiya:- mujhe us kutte ne rok rakha tha jo aapke ghar me tha, ham us ghar me daakhil nahi hote jisme kutta ya koi tasweer ho”

is hadith se yah baat saaf ho jaati hai ke gharon me kutta paalna shariat e islamia ki nazar me kitna maayoob aur napasandeedah hai,

isi amal ki wajah se rahmat ke farishte bhi ghar me daakhil nahi hote,

bukhari wa muslim ki ek hadith me to ye bhi farmaya gaya ke :-” jisne shikaar ya kheti aur jaanwaron ki hifazat ke maqsad ke elaawa paalne ki niyat se apne ghar me kutta rakha to rozaana uske ajar mese ek ya do qeeraat kam kar diya jaata hai,”

yani sirf khet aur jaanwaron ki hifazat ke liye aur shikaar karne ke liye kutta rakhne ki izaazat hai , lekin unke elawa kisi aur maqsad ke liye kutta rakhne ya paalne ki ijaazat nahi hai,

agar koi kisi aur maqsad ke liye kutta rakhega to uske ajar me se rozaana ek ya do qeeraat Kam hote rahenge. Ek qeeraat uhud pahaad ke baraabar hota hai…

Western aur european tahzeeb ke log apne gharon me kutta rakhne ko hi accha nahi samjhte balke wah log apni “cars” me bhi kutta rakhte hain, apni goad me bhi kutta rakhte hain, aur kutte ko choomte bhi hain,

islam chunke nihaaya paakeeza aur taharat wa nifaazat waala deen hai, usne apne maanne waalon ko huqm diya ke wah is jaanwar ko apne gharon se door rakhen, zarurat padhne par khet khalihaan aur jaanwaron ke baadah ki hifazat ka kaam usse liye ja sakta hai, aur shikaar ke liye tarbiyat diye gaye kutte se shikaar karaaya ja sakta hai…

Magar hamen us waqt intehaai hairat hui jab hamne hanafi mazhab ki motbar kitab “durre mukhtar” me in masail ko padha

1- “ise yaqeen karke imam e azam ke nazdeek kutta najish laeen nahi hai, aur fatawa imam sahab ke isi qaul par hai “

2-” uska becha jaana, ijaarah par dena(rent par), uske zaaye Hone par taawaan ka laazim hona aur uski khaal(skin) ka baad dabaaghat ja’namaaz aur dhol banana jayez hai “

3- “aur agar wah kuwen(well) me gir jaaye aur zinda nikaal liya jaaye aur uska muh paani tak na pahuncha toh is soorat me kuwen ka paani naapaak na hoga”

4-” aur bheege hue kutte ki chheeton aur uske kaatne se kapda aur badan napaak na hoga, jab tak ke uski raal(saliva) ke lag jaane ka yaqeen ya ghumaan ghaalib na ho jaaye”

5-” aur na us shaks ki namaz faasid hogi jo haalat e namaz me kutte ko liye raha, agarchah kutta bada ho”

6-” aur imam haloyi ne namaz na fasid hone ke liye uske munh(mouth) bandh hone ki shart lagaayi hai, lekin kutte ka ghost napaak hone aur uske baalon ke paak hone me imam sahab aur saahibeeen ka koi ikhtelaaf nahi hai “

hanafi mazhab ne to western, aur European tahzeeb ko bhi peeche chhod diya,

hanafi mazhab ki ru se ghar me toh kutta rakha hi ja sakta hai, masjid me bhi le jaane se koi mana nahi hai,

kutte ki khaal ki ja’namaaz , uski khaal ka dhol, aur wah khud namazi ki goad me,

ab bechaare parwej musharraf ne kutte ke bacche yani pille ko goad me utha liya to kya bura kiya, wah bhi toh aakhir deobandi hanafi hain,

deen pasand musalmano ko koi aitraz nahi hona chahiye..

Ye bhi mulaheza farmaaye

” kutta, bandar, sheir wagerah jinki khaal banaane se paak ho jaati hai, bismillah kah kar zibah karne se bhi khaal paak ho jaati hai, chaahe banaai ho ya be’banaai”

yani ab aapko kutte ki khaal ki ja’namaaz aur dhol wagerah banaane ke liye dabaghat dene ki bhi zarorat nahi hai, bas bismillah padh kar zibah kijiye aur khaal utaar kar usko istemaal kar lijiye, kyonki wah paak hai..

Insaaf se kahen kiya in Logon ka daawa sahih hai, jo ye kahte nahi thakte ke hanafi mazhab ke tamaam masail quraan wa hadith ke mutabik hain, aur hanafi mazhab quran wa hadith ka asar wa nichhod…..

Haq ko pahchaaniye aur tassub ka lubaada utaar kar sahih islam ki pairwi karna hi HAQ par hone ki daleel hai….

ALLAH HAMEN TAQLEED KI GUMRAAHI SE BACHAAYE….

NIJAAT(KAAMYABI) KAHAN HAI ???

Aaj ummat e musliama mukhtalif firqon aur toliyon me bat gayi hai, har firqah aur har giroh ka ye dawa hai ke hidayat wa nijaat hamare giroh me hai, aur har dusre firqah aur group ke logon ko gumrah bad’aqeeda hain, jaisa ke yahud(jews) aur nasaara(christian) ek dusre ko kaha karte they

allah ka irshaad hai:

” yahudi kahte hain isaaiyon ka deen kuch nahi hai, isaayi kahte hain, yahudion ke paas kya dhara hai, halaanke allah ki kitaab dono padhte hain, theek aisi hi baat un logon ne bhi kahi jo ilm nahi rakhte they, qayamat ke din allah unke darmiyaan haakim hoga aur jis baat me jhagad rahe hain uska faisla kar de ga”

yahudi tauraat padhte they jisme hz moosa as ki zabaan se hz isa as ki tasdeeq maujood hai, lekin iske bawajood yahudi hz isa as ki takfeer karte they… Isaayi injeel padhte they jisme Hz moosa as aur tauraat ke allah ki kitab hone ki tasdeeq hai, iske bawajood ye yahudion ki takfeer karte they..

Jis tarah yahud wa nasaara aur mushkireen e arab apne tareeqe hi ko sacchaayi wa nijaat ka tareeqa samjhte they, isi tarah islam ke naam par jitni giroh bandiyan hain, har giroh ka musalmaan apne hi tareeqe ko saccha aur nijaat waala giroh samjhta hai,

aur dusre firqe ke musalmano ko gumrah, bad’aqeedah aur gustaakh wa jahannumi samjhta hai,

halaanke shariat islamiya sirf wahi e ilaahi yani quran wa hadith hai,

zamana nuzool e wahi se lekar quroon salasa ke daur tak khaalis kitab wa sunnat ki pairwi hoti thi,

quran wa hadith ke muqaable me kisi aur cheez ko shariat nahi jaana jaata tha, quroon salasa ke baad taqleed ki buniyaad rakhi gayi aur firqah bandi ki haden khheenchi gayi,

aur quraan wa hadith ke saath ghairon ke fatawe bhi jode jaane lage, yahan tak ke isi jod tod se aimma ke Aqwaal ko usool maan kar in par tafriyaat aur takhreejaat shuru ho gayi…

Nijaat ka daaromadaar khuda parasti aur nek amal par hai, naa ke giroh bandi aur firqa parasti par..

Allah taala ka irshaad hai:

” aur yahudi kahte hain jannat me koi aadmi daakhil nahi ho sakta jabtak wah yahudi na ho, isi tarah isaayi kahte hain jannat me koi daakhil nahi ho sakta jabtak isaayi na ho ( yani inme se har giroh samjhta hai aakhirat ki nejaat sirf usi ke hisse me aayi hai, aur jab tak ek insaan uski mazhabi giroh bandi me daakhil na ho nejaat nahi paa sakta,) aiy paighambar, ye unki jaahilaana umangee aur aarzuen hain, na ke haqiqat haal ,tum inse kaho agar tum apne daawe me sacche ho to saabit karo tumhaare daawe ki kya daleel hai? (Haan ! Bila shubah nijaat ki raah khuli hui hai, magar wah kisi khaas giroh bandi ki raah nahi ho sakti wah to imaan wa amal ki raah hai), jisne bhi allah ki raah me sar jhuka diya Aur wah nek amal bhi ho to wah apne parwardigaar se apna ajar zaroor paayega”

ahle mazahib ki sabse badi gumrahi ye hai ke unhone deen ki sacchaayi jo ek hi thi aur yaksa taur par sab ko di gayi thi, mazhabi giroh bandiyon ke alag alag halqe bana kar zaaya kar di, ab har giroh dusre giroh ko jhutlaata hai aur sirf apne hi ko sacchayi ka raast samjhta hai,

ab sawaal ye uthta hai ke ek giroh hi saccha hai, to kyon wahi saccha hai, dusre saccha na ho ??

Agar sab sacche hai to phir koi bhi saccha nahi, kyonki har giroh dusre ko jhutlaata raha hai, agar sab jhoote hain to phir khudayi sacchaayi kahan gayi ??

Quran kahta hai ke sacchai(hidayat) sabke liye hai aur sab ko mili thi, lekin sabne sachaayi se inraaf kiya, sab asal ke aitbaar se sacche hai aur sab amal ke aitbaar se jhoote hain… Main chaahta hu isi sacchaayi par sab ko jama karun aur mazhabi tanaaza Ka khaatma ho jaaye..

Ye aalamgeer sacchayi kya hai ??

Khuda parasti aur nek amli ka qaanoon hai, yahi qanoon khuda ka thahraaya huwa deen hai, isi ko main islam ke naam se pukaarta hun

aaj har giroh ka musalman kahta hai ke jab tak insaan hamari giroh me na daakhil ho, nijaat nahi pa sakta..

Lekin quraan kahta hai ke nijaat ka daromadaar khudaparasti aur nek amli par hai, na kisi khaas giroh par, jo khuda parast aur nek amli amli hoga, nejaat paayega khwaah tumhari jhooti giroh bandi me daakhil ho ya na ho…

nijaat ka daromadar allah aur uske rasool ki itaat me hai

allah ka irshad hai

” jo koi allah aur uske rasool(sws) ki itaat karega, allah use un jannaton me daakhil karega jinke neeche nahren bah rahi hongi, aur jo muh pherega use dardnaak azaab dega”

( surah fath 17)

aur farmaya

” jo koi allah aur uske rasool ki ittat karega to allah Use badi rahaton ke aise baghon me dakhil karega, jinke neeche naharen bah rahin hongi, wah usi haalat me hamesha rahenge aur ye badi hi kaamyabi hai jo unhe haasil hogi, lekin kisi ne allah aur uske rasool ki nafarmani ki aur uske thahraayi hui hadhbandiyon se baahir nikal gaya toh (yaad rahe) wah jannat ki rahaton ki jagah aag ke azaab me daala jaayega, aur wah hamesha usi halat me rahega aur uske liye ruswa karne waala azaab hoga”

(surah nisa 13,14)

in aayaton se ye baat acchi tarah wazeh ho gayi ke jo shakhs allah aur uske rasool ki itaat karega (ahkaam par amal karega aur haraam kamon se door rahega) toh allah taala use jannat me daakhil karega aur jo allah aur uske rasool ki itaat se muh fer lega toh allah taala use jahannum me daakhil karega.. Chahe wo kisi bhi giroh ka ho,

nijaat ka daaromadar aur jannat ka hasool giroh bandi par nahi hai, balke allah aur uske rasool ke ahkaam ki pairwi par Hai,

aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne jannat ka hasool apni ittat wa pairwi me bataaya hai,

aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) farmate hain:-” meri ittaat karne waala jannat me jayega aur na’farmaan jahannum me jis giroh se bhi uska taalluq ho”

ek dusri hadith me aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya:-” bani israel 72 firqon me takseem ho gaye they, meri ummat 73 firqon me bat jaayegi, saare ke saare firqe jahannum me jaayenge, magar ek firqa jahannum me nahi jaayega, aur jahannum me na jaane waala giroh unlogon ka hoga jo mere aur sahaba ke taur tareeqon par amal karega”

is hadith se malum huwa ke nijaat paane waala firqa sirf aur sirf wahi hai jiska aiteqaad wa amal nabi(sws) ke tareeqe par hoga

kitab wa sunnat se hat kar paiwi aur peer, murshid, mujaawar,imamon, buzurgon ki pairwi karne waale qayamat ke din afsos karenge

unke baare me Allah ka irshaad hai:

” is din unke chahre aag me ulat palat kar diye jaayenge (afsos se) kahenge ke kaash ham allah taala aur uske rasool ki itaat karte aur kahenge hamare rabb ham ne apne sardaaron aur apne badon ki maani jinhone hamen raah e raast se phatkaar diya”

( surah ahzaab 66, 67)

yani ham ne tere paigambar ke bajaaye apne badon, aur buzurgon, peeron ki pairwi ki lekin aaj hamen malum huwa ke unhone hamen tere paigambaron se door rakh kar raah e raast se bhatkaaye rakha…

Awliya parasti aur taqleed ka riwaaj bhi logon ki gumrahi ka zariya hai,

kaash musalman aayat e ilaahi par ghaur karke gumrahi se niklen aur quran wa hadith ki siraat e mustaqeem ko akhtiyaar kar len ,ke nijaat sirf aur sirf allah aur uske rasool ki pairwi me hai, na ke mashaikh, peer, wa akaabir ki taqleed me, ya awliya aur qabrparasti me,

ahad nabawi aur quroon salasa, (jinko khair ul quroon ka gaya hai) me shariat Ka markaz sirf kitab aur sunnat e rasool sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) par tha,

baad ke liye bhi aap sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) iski taeed farmayi

” main tumhare darmiyaan do cheezen chhod jaata hun, jab tak tum inko mazboot pakde rakhoge hargiz gumraah na hoge, allah ke kitab(quran majeed) aur meri sunnat(hadith)”

wasiyat nabawi se malum huwa ke kitab wa sunnat ki pairwi me hi hidaayat hai aur unke elaawa kisi teesre ki baat ko shariat maan kar amal karna gumraahi hai, aur har gumrahi jahannum me le jaane waali hai,

mazkoorah ayat wa hadith se ye baat waazeh ho gayi ke nejaad wa kaamyabi sirf kitabullah aur sunnat e rasoolullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki pairwi me hai…

Allah taala ham tamaam musalmano ko gumrahi se bachaaye aur kitab wa sunnat ki pairwi ki taufeeq de……. AMEEN.

1914 me 1st world war ki shuruaat us waqt hui jab AUSTRIA ke arch duke ferdinend ko qatal kar diya gaya,

Allah taala ne jinn wa insaan ko sirf apni ibadat ke liye paida kiya hai, insaan ki khalqat ka asal maqsad yahi hai ke wah apni chhoti si zindagi ka har lamha allah taala ki ibaadat me guzaare, qaamyaab bhi wahi insaan hai jo ibadat hi ko apni zindagi ka asal maqsad tasawwur kare, warna wah insaan jo allah ki ibadat se ghaafil rahe aur duniya ki hai chamak damak apne aur apne baal bachhon ke liye muhayya karne ko hi apni zindagi ka maqsad banaate to wah bilkul bhi aakhirat wa duniya me qaamyaab nahi ho sakta…

Is waqt ek to musalmanon ki aksariat allah taala ki ibaadat se ghaafil hai aur us par sitam ye ke kuch logon ne inke dilon me ye baat acchi tarah bitha rakhi hai ke saal me do teen baar SHABB E DAARI kar li jaaye aur do chaar roze rakh liye jaayen to sirf yahi ibadat insaan ke liye NEJAAT aur uski duniyawi wa Aakharwi zindagi ki falaah ke liye kaafi hai, halaanke haqiqat ye hai ke rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne kisi ek raat ko ibadat ke liye khaas karne se mana farmaya hai

rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka irshaad hai:-” juma ki raat ko ibadat ke liye aur juma ke din ko roze ke liye khaas na karo”

to agar kisi ek raat ko ibadat ke liye khaas karna durust hota to aap rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) juma ki raat ko uske liye khaas karne ki ijaazat de dete,

rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka isse mana karna is baat ki waazeh daleel hai ke saal bhar me kisi ek ya do raaton me ibadat karna aur baaqi poore saal me allah ki ibaadat se ghaafil rahna durust nahi hai,

khud rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki aadat mubarakah bhi yahi thi ke aap rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) saal bhar ki raaton me ibaadat karte they.. Balke aapki zindagi ka ek ek lamha allah hi ki ibaadat me guzarta tha, aur zindagi guzaarne ka sabse bahareen tareeqa bhirasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) tareeqa hai,

lihaaza hamesha is baat ki koshish karni chahiye ke zindagi ka har lamha allah ki ibaadat ban jaaye aur ye us waqt ho sakta hai jab ham har qadam allah taala ke hudood ke mutaabik karen aur har kaam uski raza ke liye karen…

MAAH-E-SHABAAN:

Jin do chaar raaton ki fazilat khaas taur se bayaan ki jaati hai aur usme sahih aur ghalat ki tameez nahi ki jaati unme se ek shabaan ki 15wi raat bhi hai, jise aap taur par SHAB-E-RAAT kaha jaata hai,

ye sahih hai ke ye raat jis mahine me aati hai usme rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ramzaan ko chhodkar baqi sab mahino ki ba’nisbat sabse zyada roze rakhte they,

aur rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ye farmaya karte they ke:-” is maheene me nek aamaal Upper uthaaye jaate hain aur mujhe ye baat pasand hai ke mere aamaal roze ki haalat me uper uthaaye jaayen”

jo hurmat waale mahine kahlaate hain aur jin me jung wa jadal aur khoon karna haraam ho jaata hai, tamaam mufassireen wa muhaddiseen wa ulema ka intefaaq hai ke ye 4 mahine, dhul qadah, dhul hijjah, muharram aur rajab ke mahine hain, shaaban ko kisi mufassir ne in 4 mahino me shumaar nahi kiya,

is poore mahine me rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne jis ibaadat ka khaas taur par ahtemaam kiya wah roza hai, aur iska ehtemaam poore mahine me kiya, kisi ek din ke saath usko khaas nahi kiya, aur na hi is mahine ke kisi ek din ke roze ki koi fazilat bayaan ki…

SHHAB-E-RAAT

jahan tak shabaan ki 15wi raat ka taalluq hai to uske baare me rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka ye irshaad sahih sanad ke saath riwayat kiya gaya hai ke:-” allah taala shabaan ki 15wi raat ko Apni poori makhlooq ki taraf (ba’nazar e rahmat) dekhta hai, phir mushrik aur qeena karne waalon ke siwa baaqi saari makhlooq ki bakhshih kar deta hai”

(tabrani,ibn habban, baiheqi)

yahi wah hadith hai jo shabaan 15wi raat ki fazilat me sahih sanad ke saath riwayat ki gayi hai, uske elawa jitni hadith aam taur par bayaan ki jaati hain, aur jinhe akhbaraat aur mahfilon ki zeenat banaaya jaata hai wah sab ki sab sanadan intehaai kamzor balke man gadant hain,

aur rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki shariat aisi khuraafaat se paak hai, lihaaza ulema su ke liye zaroori hai ke wah aisi riwayaat ko bayaan karne aur unki nashr wa ishaat se parhez karen jo sanad ke eitbaar se saabit na hon,

yaqeeni taur par ye hadith e nabwi ki bahut badi khidmat hogi, agar wah kisi hadith ko bayan karne se pahle iski sanad ke muttaalik tahqeeq kar len, warna rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ka ye irshaad hamesha yaad Rakhna chahiye ke:-” jisne jaan bhoojh kar meri taraf aisi baat mansoob ki jo maine nahi kahi, use apna thikaana jahannum me bana lena chahiye”

shhab e raat ki nisbat se jo kamzor aur mangadant hadithen aam taur par bayaan ki jaati hain unme se chand ek ye hain:

1- shabaan mera mahina hai aur ramzan allah ka

2- shaban ki 15wi raat ko allah taala itne logon ko jahannum se aazaad karta hai, jitne nabuqalab ki bakriyon ke baal hain

3- is raat ko 14 rakat ada karne se 20 maqbool hajjon aur 20 saal ke maqbool rozon ka sawaab milta hai..

4- is raat me 100 rakat nafil namaz padhi jaayen aur har rakat me surah ikhlaas 10 baar padhi jaaye aur padhne waale ke ek saal ke gunaah nahi likhe jaate..

5- hasan basri ka ye qaul ke unhone 30 sahaba kiram se ye suna ke aap rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne farmaya ke:-” jo shakhs is raat ko namaz padhe ,allah taala uski taraf 70 nazaren farmate hain.

Aur har nazar ke saath 70 haajatein poori farmate hain…

Ye aur is qism ki deegar hadith bila’ittefaaq zaeff aur mangadant hain, aimma kiram maslan imam shaukani, ibn jawzi, ibne habban, qurtubi, imam suyuti, wagerah ne in riwayaton ko naaqaabil aitbaar qaraar diya hai,

lihaaza in ko bayan karne se parhez karna chahiye

tafseelaat ke liye fawaid al majmuah, maujuaat al kabra, tafseer al kurtubi, wagerah dekhi ja sakti hain

SHHAB-E-RAAT KO KYA KARNA CHAHIYE??

Ab sawaal ye hai ke jo hadith shabaan ki 15wi raat ki fazliyat me sahih sanad ke saath aayi hai, kya usme kisi mahfil me jamaane ka zikr hai ya kisi khaas ibaadat ka ya charaaga aur aatish baazi karne ka zikr us hadith me kiya gaya hai ??

Is ka durust jawab har wah shakhs de sakta hai jo khuraafaat aur mangadant riwaayat par yaqeen karne ke bajaaye rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki saaf suthri shariat par imaan rakhta ho…

Chunke is hadith ka agar ghaur se mutaala kiya jaaye to waajeh taur par ye baat malum hoti hai ke rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne is me kisi MAHFIL ka zikr nahi kiya hai, na kisi khaas ibaadat ka, aur na CHARAAGA ki baat kahi gayi hai, na AATISH BAZI ki,

balke jis cheez ka zikr kiya gaya hai wah hai “allah taala ki aam maghfirat” jin ka mustahiq rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ne har shakhs ko qaraar diya hai, jiske aqeede me shirk ki milaawat na ho, aur uske dil me kis musalmaan ke mutaallik zaati wa dushmani ke bina par bhugz wa qeena na ho”

toh us raat ko hone waali aam bakhsish ka mustahiq banne ke liye aise zaroorat is baat ki hai k insaan apna aqeeda durust kare,

nafa wa nuksaanaat ka maalik sirf allah taala ko samjhe,

mushkil kusha bhi sirf allah ko tasawwur kare,phir bharosa allah par kare,

apni tamaam ummeedon ka markaz darbaaron ki bajaaye sirf allah ko Banaaye,

khauff peeron, buzurgon ke bajaaye sirf allah se hi ho,

nazar wa niyaaz allah ke liye maane,

aur allah ko chhodkar kisi dusre ko madad ke liye mat pukaare……

Aur iske saath saath musalmano ke mutaallik apna dil saaf rakhe, aur kisi se hasad, bhugz wa keena na rakhe ,

ye wah cheezen hain jo insaan ki nijaat ke liye intehaai zaroori hai,

rahi baat charaaghan aur aatish baazi ki, ye mahaz fuzool kharchi hai, jisse hamare deen me mana kiya gaya hai, is liye usse parhez karna har musalman par laazim hai….

KYA SHABAAN KI 15wi RAAT FAISLON KI RAAT HAI ???

Allah taala ka irshaad hai :

” yaqinan ham ne ise ba’barkat raat me utaara hai, beshaq ham daraane waale hain, is raat me har mazboot kaam ka faisla kiya jata hai”

(surah dhukhan 3-4)

allah taala ke is farmaan me “ba’barkat raat” ka zikr aaya hai, jis me quraan majeed ko utaara gaya, aur jisme saal bhar me hone waale waqeyaat ka Faisla kiya jaata hai,

is raat se kaun si raat muraad hai ??

Khud quraan majeed me iska jawab maujood hai,

allah ne farmaya:

” beshaq hamne ise lailatul qadr me utaara”

(surah al qadr)

toh ” ba’barkat” raat se muraad lailatul qadr hai jo ramzaanul mubarak ke aakhiri ashrah ki taaq(odd) raaton me aati hai, aur isi me insaan ki zindagi aur maut, rizq, aur tamaam haadsaat, ka faisla kar diya jaata hai,

“ba’barkat raat ” ki yahi tafseer hazrat abdullah ibn abbas ra, hz qatadah rh, hz hasan ra wagerah ne ki hai aur isi tafseer ko jamhoor mufassireen ne durust qaraar diya hai….

ALLAH HAMEN BAD AQEEDGI SE MAHFOOZ RAKHE…… Ameen

Sultan abdul aziz aal e saud, saudi arab ke na sirf baani hain, balke zazeerah arab me sahih islami aqeede aur quwwat imaani ki alaamat jaane jaate hain,

allah taala ne unhe quwwat wa shajaa’at ke elawah be’baaq aur be’laagh tabiyat bhi ata farmayi thi, haq gayi ki waazeh misaal sultan marhoom ki taqreer par jo unhone 1348 hijri me makka mukarrama me hejaz ki zameen me ki thi…. Wo is tarah hai

log hamen wahabi kahte hain, hamare tareeqe ko wahabiat se mansoob karte hain, jaise ye koi khaas mazhab wa maslak hai, jab ke ye ek khuli ghalti hai, jo mahaz jhoot aur mukhatif saazish ke hasool ke liye chand logon ki jaanib se udaayi ja rahi hai,

ham kisi jadeed maslak ya aqeede ka daawa nahi karte, na hi muhammad bin abdul wahab rh ne koi nayi cheez pesh ki, balke hamara aqeeda hai jo kitab wa sunnat me mazkoor hai, jis par salaf wa Saaliheen ka amal rah chuka hai,

ham 4ron aimma kiram ka ahteraam karte hain, hamare nazdeek imam malik, imam shafai, imam ahmad bin hambal , imam abu hanifa ke darmiyaan koi farq nahi, balke tamam aimma hamare nazdeek mohtaram hain,

yahi wah aqeeda hai jiski jaanib sheikhul islam muhammad bin abdul wahhab rh ne daawat di, yahi hamara aqeeda hai jo allah aala ki us khaalis tauheed par mabni hai jo tamaam shirk wa bidat ki gandagion se paak wa saaf hai,

chunancha is aqeeda e tawheed ke jaanib ham bulaate hain aur yahi aqeeda hamari tamaam mushkilaat ka hal(solution) hai, is aqeede ke elawa mushkilaat ko hal karne ki gharaj se jin umoor ki jaanib bulaate hain unme na hamari nijaat hai aur na hi ham manzil ko paa sakte hain,

musalman us waqt tak khair par qayem rahe jab tak unhone kitab wa sunnat ko apna dastoor banaye rakha, dar’haqiqat kaamyabi qalma tawheed ko apnaane se haasil ho sakti hai…

Ham us baad ke qaayel nahi jiske apnaane se ham apne deen wa aqeede se haath dho baithen, hamen to allah rabbul izzat ki raza ki talab ki buniyaad par amal karna hai, hamare liye allah kaafi hoga, wahi hamara naasir hoga,

kitab wa sunnat ki jaanib lautna hi hamare liye nijaad ka ba’as ban sakta hai,

musalmano ne kitab wa sunnat par amal ko tark kar diya aur wah mukhtalif buraaiyon aur gunaahon me ghir gaye,

chunanche allah taala ne bhi unhe zaleel kar diya, agar wah kitab wa sunnat par mazbooti se qayem rahte to aaj jin haalaat se do chaar hain to ye haalaat nahi hoti,

meri koi haisiyat nahi thi, magar aaj ek wasi wa areez mulk par mujhe ghalbah haasil hai, maine is sar zameen par ghalbah haasil kiya jab ke mere paas siwaaye imaan aur tawheed ki quwwat ke aur koi cheez nahi thi, chunananche allah taala ne meri madad farmaya..

Main nikla tha jabke mere paas koi zaahiri zariya maujood nahi tha, Shuruaat me dushmano ne mujh par ghalbah haasil kar liya, magar phir allah taala ne mujhe fatah se nawaaza aur mere haathon is zameen ko fatah hui..

Kitab wa sunnat ko chhodne ki wajah se musalman aaj mukhtalif girohon aur jamaaton me taqseem ho chuke hain, aur sabse badi ghalti ye hai ke ham apne is ikhtelaaf aur tafarraqa ka sabab ghairon ko qaraar dete hain, hamari musibaton ka sabab ham khud hi hain, gair nahi,

kusoorwaar tamam ke tamam musalman hai koi ghair nahi, ek mazboot imaarat ko koi cheez kamzor nahi kar sakti… Elawa uske jo ghaddari se usme koi suraakh na kar de

isi tarah musalman hain, agarchah ye muttahid wa muttafiq hon to kisi ki ye himmat nahi ke in safon me bigaad paida karen,

musalman us waqt tak khair par hain jab tak wah ek hain aur kitab wa sunnat par amal hai, wah tauheed ki dawat dete rahege to aise musalmano ke qadam ba qadam aap mujh ko paayenge, mujhe na huqumat se Dilchaspi hai aur naa hi baadshahiyat se muhabbat, mera maqsad sirf aur sirf allah taala ki raza aur tauheed ki dawat hai..

Arf aam me aqeedah tauheed ko qubool karne aur shirk aur bidat ka inkaar karne wale ko WAHABI aur us dawat ko WAHABIYYAT ke naam se yaad kiya jaata hai,

haalanke sheikh muhammad bin abdul wahhab rh 1703 me paida hue aur 1792 me inteqaal kar gaye, is arsah me unhone is naam ki na koi tanjeem banaayi aur na koi jamaat, balki unki dawat aur taalimaat kitab wa sunnat ke siwa kuch nahi thi, lekin siyaasi logon aur firqa paraston ke ba’as sheikh ki dawat ko wahabiyat ka naam dekar is tarah pesh kiya gaya goya ye islam se khaarij kisi dusre mazhab par amal paira huwe hon ya jisse ghair islami taaqaton ne koi khatrah mahsoos kiya fauri uska rishta wahabiyyat se mila diya

kyonki logon me ye daawat apni maanawi khoobsoorti Ke bawajood ek gaali ban kar rah gayi… Aaj bhi log lafz wahabi ko gaali samjhte hain

aur agar ghaur kiya jaaye to kisi ko wahabi ka laqab dena is baat ka elaan karna hai ke ye shakhs quraan wa sunnat ka paband aur shirk wa bidat se be’zaar hai…

Sheikh ke islaah aqaid wa amaal ki daawat jon jon phailti gayi aur jihaad ke maidan me bhi kaamyaabiyan hone lagi, sheikh aur un ki dawat aur afkaar wa khayalaat ke khilaaf propaganda aam hota gaya aur inke khilaaf propaganda karne walon me turkey hukumat, haramain ke sajjaada nasheen aur ghair muslim aqtadaar pasand shaamil they,

turkey hukumat chunke khilaafat e rasheeda ke waaris ke taur par pahchaani jaati thi, unhone mahsoos kiya ke najd aur qarab wa jawaar ke ilaaqe unke control se nikal rahe hain, lihaaza siyaasi inteqaam me wah pesh pesh hue,

haramain sharifain me mukhtalif Qabron par qubbe taameer kiye gaye they, aur har qubbe ka ek sajjada nasheen tha aur ye qabren unki aamdani ka bahut bada zariya thin,

lihaaza ye tabkah unke khilaaf ho gaya aur chunke haramain hi me duniya bhar ke hajjaj kiram jama howa karte they aur wahan ki suni sunaayi baton par yaqeen karke apne apne mulkon me naqal karte they, jisse mukhatalif mulkon me sheikh ki dawat ke khilaaf shak wa subuhaat paida hone lage aur isko ghair muslim wa nafs paraston ne khoob hawa di, jisse awaam wa padhe likhe log bhi ghalat fahmi ka shikaar hogaye

SHEIKH MUHAMMAD BIN ABDUL WAHHAB (RH) KA FIQHI MASLAK

Sheikh deen ko uski asal shakl me dekhna chaahte they, aqaid wa aamaal me salaf wa saliheen ke tareeqe ke mutabik quraan wa sunnat ki pairwi karte, fiqhi masail me khaandaani riwaayaat ke mutabik imam ahmad bin Hambal rh ke fatawon par amal kiya karte they, ba’sharte ke uske khilaaf koi sahih hadith na mile aur agar koi sahih hadith mil jaaye jo imam ahmad bin hambal rh ke fatawa ke khilaaf ho to sheikh ko us hadith par amal karne se duniya ki koi taqat rok nahi sakti thi,

nez imam ibn taimiyya, imam ibn qayyim ki bahut qadar karte they, aur in buzurgon ki kitabon ko khusoosi ahmiyat diya karte they lekin wah unki taqleed ko durust nahi samjhte they, taalib ilmi hi ke zamaane me wah apne waalid mohtaram aur chacha jaan se hambali maslak ke kai fatawon ke khilaaf hadith ki roshni me bahes kiya karte…

SHEIKH MUHAMMAD BIN ABDUL WAHHAB RH KI DAWAT KE BUNIYADI USOOL:

Sheikh ki dawat quran wa sunnat ko qubool karne aur us par amal karne ki dawat hai unki dawat ka khulasa yah hai..

1- jis deen ko allah taala ne apne nabi hazrat muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) par naazil farmaya usko begair kisi chun Chara ke qubool kiya jaaye

2- deen me daakhil hone ke liye tauheed ka iqraar aur shirk se doori zaroori hai, har wah cheez jo shirk ki taraf le jaati ho usse door rahna laazmi hai

3- nabi kareem hazrat muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ki itteba har musalman par farz hai, lihaaza musalman ko chahiye ke wahi nabi hazrat muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) se gahri muhabbat karte hue aap hazrat muhammad sallallaho alaihi wasallam (pbuh) ke tareeqe ke mutaabik zindagi guzaar de aur har wah cheez jo bidat ki taraf le jaati ho us se doori akhtiyaar kare

4- fiqhi masail me ulema kiram khususan aimma arba ka ahteraam zaroori hai lekin kisi ki andhi taqleed durust nahi aur na hi hadith sahih ke muqaablah me kisi ki raaye ko tarjeeh di ja sakti hai

5- har musalman ke liye laazmi hai ke wah daawat deen me apni taaqat ke mutabik hissa le

6- zulm wa sitam ki rok thaam aur hudood allah ko nafez Karne ke liye quran wa sunnat ki sharait ke mutabik jihaad ki taiyyari bhi zaroori hai…….

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood R.A. sy riwayat hy k Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny farmaya: 2 cheezen hain, ek kalaam, or doosra treeqa. pas sab sy behter kalaam ALLAH ka kalaam hy, or sab sy behter treeqa Muhammad S.A.W. ka treeqa hy. khabardaar!! (deen mein) nai nai baaton sy buchna, kiunky badtreen kaam deen mein nai cheezen peda krna hy, jabkay her nai baat biddat hy or her biddat gumrahi hy. Ibne Maja. Hadees No.46

Hazrat e Ayesha R.A. sy riwayat hy: Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny frmaya: jis ny hamary deen mein aisi baat ka izafa kiya, jo is mein nhi, to is ki baat mardood hy. Ibne Maja. Hadees No.14, Musnad Ahmad, Tirmizi or Abu Dawood mein bhi ye hadees mojod hy.

Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny Biddaat ko gumrahi frmaya. Biddat deen mein nai aijaad ka naam hy. lehaza duniya ki wo aijaadaat jin ka talluq deen sy nhi hy wo biddat nhi hain. maslan: khaany, malboosaat, auzaar, aalaat or gaarian waghaira. ye cheezen biddat nhi hain. Biddat ka itlaaq un kaamon per hota hy jin ka talluq deen sy ho. Biddat ki 4 qismen hain.
1. Aitqaadi Biddat: jaisy shirk ki tmam qismen.
2. Qauli Biddat: jaisy shirkiya kalmaat, naye naye Wazaif or Oraad waghaira.
3. Faili Biddat: Milaad, Qul, Teeja, Satwan, Daswan, Chaleeswan, Barsi, Urs, Melay waghaira.
4. Biddat Fish Shirk: wo tmam qauli or faili sunnaten jin k chhorny ko deen smjh liya gya ho, or agr in sunnaton ko kisi wqat susti ki waja sy chhor diya jaye to isy gunah kehty hain, Biddat nhi kehty.

Aaj kal kuch log biddat ki aqsaam ko aisy byan krty hain. kehty hain: Biddat ki 2 qismen hain.
1. Biddat e Hasanah: aijaad kiya acha kaam, to us k aijaad krny wala b sawab paye ga, or amal krny wala b sawab paye ga.
2. Biddat e Sayyiah: Aijaad kiya bura kaam to us k aijaad krny wala b gunah paye ga, or us pr amal krny wala b gunah paye ga.

Halanky aisy log sareeh ghalti pr hain. jab kaam hi bura aijaad kiya to biddat kesi???? wo to seedha seedha gunah hy… Biddat to tab hi ho gi jab us kaam ko acha smjha jaye ga, or deen mein shamil kiya jaye ga. aisy log khud b gumrah hoty hain, or ummat ko bhi gumrah krty hain. Zara ghaur kijiye, Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny frmaya: her biddat gumrahi hy, or her gumrahi jahannum mein ly jany wali hy. Jb her biddat k bary mein Aaqa A.S. ki hadees mojod hy to phir aaj chahy 1000 qismen bana li jayen, biddat gumrahi hi rhy gi. Biddat achi nhi ho skti.

Quran e Kareem mein ALLAH Pak ka Irshad hy: aaj k din mainy tumhary liye tumhary deen ko mukammal kr diya, or tum pr apni naimat ko poora kr diya, or tumhary liye deen e Islam ko pasand kiya. Sorat ul Maidah. Ayat No.3

Imam Malik R.A. frmaty hain: Jis ny Islam mein koi nai baat nikali, or usy Biddat e Hasanah smjha, to us ny ye gumaan kiya k Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny Risalat puhanchany mein khyanat ki. (Nauzubillah.) kiunky ALLAH Pak ny farma diya hy k aaj k din mainy tumhary liye tumhary deen ko mukammal kr diya hy. lehaza jo cheez us din deen nhi thi, aaj bhi hergiz deen nhi ho skti.

Is baat ko aap aisy b smjh skty hain k her acha kaam jisy aap acha smjh kr kren, deen nhi hoa krta. Kiunky deen to wohi hy jo Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny kiya, ya krny ka hukam diya ya Sahaba ko krty dekha or mana na kiya. Pehly tmam Ambiyaa ki shareeat mein logon ny isi trha biddaat ko daakhil kr k tehreef ki thi, wo log b isi trha apni marzi ki baaten biddat e hasanah keh ker apny deen mein shamil ker dety thy, jis baat ko dil chahta maan lety, jis baat ka dil na chahta inkar ker dety… isiliye ALLAH Pak ny Quran e Kareem mein tmam Eimaan walon ko hukam dy dia k ALLAH ki ittibaa kro or Rasool S.A.W. ki ittibaa kro, ab agr hum in dono qawaneen ko chhor ker nafs ki ittibaa kren gy to wo deen kesy ho skta hy?

Is ki misaal aisy smjhen k ek kamra kaaghazon ka bhara hoa hy or ek side per 1000 ka note para hoa hy, btaen chor kiya cheez churaye ga us kamry sy? Zahir hy aap ka jawab ho ga k 1000 ka note churaye ga. kiun? Isliye k hakoomat e waqt nay us note ki value btai hy, halanky hy to wo b kaghaz hi. Or baaqi kamra b kaaghazon sy bhara hoa hy, per us note per Hakoomat ki Muhur (stamp) hy jis ki waja sy us ki value hy. Isi trha jis kaam per Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ki Muhur (stamp) ho gi, wo kaam deen ho ga, or jis kaam pr Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ki Muhur (stamp) nhi, aisy kaam jitney marzi kr liye jayen un ki koi oqaat nhi, bilkul un kaghazon ki trha.

Lehaza amal py amal hy, kiun na un aamaal ko Sunnat k mutabiq adaa kiya jaye? Fazool kamon sy bucha jaye or Deen e Muhammad S.A.W. per hi chala jaye…

Naik aamaal wohi hain jo shareeat ny humain btaye hain, insan ki khawahish ka koi amal dakhal nhi k sirf us ki niyyat pr faislay hony lg jayen. Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ki Hadees e Mubarikah hy k aamaal ka daromadar niyyaton pr hy, baaz log is ka matlab ye nikalty hain k hamari niyyat achi hy isliye hum jo b kren gy humain sawab hi mily ga. Ye soch sarasar ghalat hy, kiunky sawab k tmam kam Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ummat ko bta gye. ab agr koi shakhs apny aijaad krda kaam ko sawab ka kaam kehta hy, ya jannat mein ly jaany wala kaam kehta hy to ye deen e Muhammad S.A.W. mein izafa hy.

Is ki misaal aisy smjhen k aik shakhs nimaaz parh rha ho, or wo sochy k ek rakat mein 2 sajday hain, per rukoo ek hy, kiun na main rukoo bhi 2 hi ker loon, ALLAH k aagy rukoo krna acha kaam hi hy bura thora hi hy? Ya koi sochy k maghrib ki 3 rakaten hain to main 4 hi parh lon level acha rhy ga, nimaz parhna acha kaam hi hy bura thora hi hy? Ab aap mujhy btaen k kia us shakhs ki nimaz ho gi?Yaqeenan aap kahen gy nhi. Isliye k us ka treeqa Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. k treeqy k mutabiq nhi hy. Aisi nimaz Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny nhi parhi. Lehaza aap kehty hain k us shakhs ki nimaz nhi hoi. Bilkul isi trha jo kaam Muhammad ur Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ki shareeat mein nhi hy, beshak wo jitna marzi kr liya jaye, beshak us pr jo marzi niyyat rkh li jaye wo sawab ka kaam nhi ho skta, wo deen e Muhammad S.A.W. nhi ho skta.

Lehaza humain tmam biddaat sy buchna chahiye, Hazrat Huzaifa R.A. sy riwayat hy k Rasool Ullah S.A.W. ny frmaya: Biddati ka ALLAH Pak, Roza, Nimaz, Sadqa, Hajj, Umrah, Jihad, Farz, Nafal (gharz koi bhi naik amal) qabool nhi frmata. wo (Biddati) Islam sy is trha nikal jaata hy, jis trha baal aaty sy nikal jaata hy. Ibne Maja. Hadees No. 49

ALLAH sy dua hy k ALLAH hum sab ko biddaton sy buchny ki taufeeq ataa frmaye, or humain Siraat e Mustaqeem pr chalaye, aameen summa aameen.

HINDUSTAN ME FIQH KI AAMAD(ENTRY) AUR USKI ISHAA’AT:

Shuru islam me soorat e haal ye thi ke sahaba kiram sab ke sab fuqaha na they, aur na un sabse deen ki maalumaat haasil ki ja sakti thi, balke deen ke khusoosi haamileen quraan they,

in haamileen ko ” qurra” kaha jaata hai, yani wah log jo kitabullah ki qiraat ba’khoobi karte they, aur ye isliye ke arab aam taur par ummi(uneducated) they, aur unme se jo kitabullah ka qaari hota wah ubhar kar saamne aa jaata aur aise afraad ki kaamyabi ki bina par uski ye imtiyaazi khususiyat deen se ba’khoobi waaqif hone ko sajhaane ke taur par istemaal hoti thi…

Phir islami mulk ki wasat( increment) hoti gayi, aur arab se jihaalat ka khaatma hota gaya, log kitab ilaahi me mahaarat haasil karte gaye, aur islam ki taleem har jagah aam hone lagi yah tak ke fuqaha ne takmeel paakar ek mustaqal ilm wa fan ki shaqal wa soorat Akhtiyaai karli, toh phir ” qurra” ka lafz ” fuqaha” se badal gaya,

aur fiqah ki do shaakhen(branches) footi,

ek ko ” ahle qiyas wa raaye” kahte they aur ye ahle iraaq they,

aur dusre ko ” tareeqe e ahle hadith” se yaad karte they aur ye ahle hejaz they”

(tareekh afkaar wa uloom islami 20/40)

sabse pahle ahlul raaye ke peshwa imam abu hanifa rh they, hanafi mazhab ko aalam e islam me riwaaj dene waalon ki tadaad bahut zyada hai, jin me abu bakr ahmad bin umar al khsaaf, (matoofi 261 hijri), aur abu zafar ahmad bin tahawi (321 hijri), ziyaadah aham hain,

tahawi misr(egypt) me hanafiyyah ke peshwa they, inki kitaab ” ma’aani aasaar” aur “masqal ul aasaar” hindustan me shaaya(publish) ho chuki hai….

Uske baad ke sar baraah imam malik rh they, imam malik ke mazhab ko egypt, maghrib, aur andulus(spain) me bahut se ulema ne phailaaya,

us daur me abul salaam bin saeed maroof (240 hijri) zyada Mashoor hue… Unki kitab aaj bhi un mumalik me maaliki mazhab ka buniyadi maakhaz bani hui hai..

Imam malik rh ke baad imam shafai rh ki shakhsiyat saamne aati hai, imam shafai rh ke mazhab ko nashr karne waale ulama hain, abu ibraaheem ismael bin yahya mazni (264 hijri) zyada aham hain, inki kitab ” al mukhtasar” ko shafai ke yahan ziyadah qubuliyat haasil hai,

FIQHI MAZHAB

yun to is duniya me bahut saare fuqaha paida hue aur inke fiqhi mazahab bhi wajood me aaye..

Magar ummat e muslima ne jin mazhab e fiqah ko qubool kiya aur jab ab tak aalam e islam me islam me maujood hai wah 4 hain,

har ek ki nisbat alag alag imam ki taraf hai, fiqah hanafi imam abu hanifa rh, Fiqah maliki ki nisbat imam malik bin anas rh ki taraf, fiqah shafai ki nisbat imam shafai rh ki tarah aur fiqah hambali ki nisbat imam ahmad bin hambal ki taraf hai..

Inke elaawa ulema ka ek aisa giroh aisa paida howa jis ne sire se qiyaas ka inkaar kiya aur par amal ko baatil thahraaya, ye log “firqa zahiriyah” ke naam se yaad kiye jaate hain, is mazhab ke imam dawood bin ali (270 hijri) aur unke ladke abu bakr (297 hijri) aur unke ladke ashaab they, lekin zaahirah ka fiqhi mazhab bahut jald duniya se mit gaya, na uske aimma baqi rahe aur na wah jamhoor ki nigah me pasandeedah thahra,

aasaar qadmiyah ki haisiyat se mahaz kitabon ki jildon me mahdood hokar rah gaya

uske elawa ahle sunnat ke tamaam fiqhi mazhab khatm ho gaye, maslan sufiyan soori rh ki jo fiqah ko koofa ki sarzameen me raij thi, aur imam hasan basri rh ki jo fiqah basrah me me thi,

isi tarah imam ozzai rh ki jo fiqah mulk shaam (syria) wa andalus(spain) wagerah me aur imam ibn zarir tabri rh aur abu soor ki jo baghdad me thi,

arz ke ye aur inke siwa jin fuqaha ke fiqhi mazhab jin shahron me raij they wah sab khatm ho gaye aur mazkoor 4 fiqhi mazhab hi baaqi rahe

aalam e islam ki mukhtalif jagahon me in 4 fiqhi mazhab mese kisi ek ki qubooliyat haasil hui hai, maslan iraaq, azar baijaan, afghanistan, persia aur hindustan ke aksar musalman log fiqah hanafi par amal karte hain,

fiqah maliki, andalus, sudaan, africa etc me raij hai,

raha imam shafai ka fiqhi mazhab to sabse pahle uski nashr egypt me hui, phir iraq me uska asar pahuncha, aur baghdaad, khurasan, turaan, shaam aur yemen ke elaaqon me use ghalba haasil huwa, phir persia, hejaz aur hindustan ke baaz elaaqon me bhi uske qadam pahunche,

fiqah hambali ne baghdad me nashr o ishaat paayi, phir dusre ilaaqon me pahuncha, lekin baaqi teeno fiqhi mazhab se kam shaaye (popular) huwa, sarre zameen najd me fiqah hambali par amal hota hai..

HINDUSTAN ME FIQAH KI AAMAD AUR USKI ISHAAT:

Tareekh ke mutaale se ye baat saaf hoti hai ke hindustan ki zameen par islam do raaston se aaya, sindh ke raaste they, aur iraan ke raaste se,

pahla lashkar muhammad bin qasim rh ki qiyadat me pahli sadi hijri ke aakhir me pahuncha, us waqt aimma arba me se imam abu hanifa rh ke siwa baqi aimma paida bhi nahi hue they,

imam abu hanifa rh ka ye daur taalib e ilmi ka tha, imamat ka to sawaal hi paida nahi hota !

Ye lashkar “al hadith” tha,

dusra hamla 4th sadi hijri me sultan mahmood ghaznawi ki qiyadat me iraan ke raaste se huwa, ye fateh amuman hanafi they, unhi ki wajah se hindustan me hanfiyat poore zor shor ke saath pahunchi

( tahreek ahle hadith page 43)

ghaznawion ke baad 595 hijri mutabik san 1198 me delhi ki zameen par sahabuddeen ghauri ka qabza huwa,

uski takht Nasheeni se hindustan me ” daur e sultanate” ki shuruaat hoti hai,

zaahir si baat hai ke begair kisi qanoon ke koi bhi sultanate bahut dinon tak nahi chal sakti, san 1198 se lekar 1857 tak, jab angrezo ne aakhiri musalman baadshah bahadur shah zafar ko takht se be’dakhal kiya, hindustani hukumat , khwaah wa sultan ki rahi ho ya mughals ki rahi ho, islami shariat ko sarkaari qanoon ke taur par nafez kiye rahi,

iska nateeja ye nikla ke fiqah islami ka daur daurah agar ek taraf qaaziyon aur sheikh ul islam ki adaalaton me raha to dusri taraf usi ki goonj madaaris wa makatib aur jaami’aat me bhi sunaayi deti rahi hai…

Shumail magrib (north-west) ke raaste se aane waale musalman (west asia) ki taraf se aaye they jahan hanafi fiqah ki ziyaadati haasil thi,

is tarah hindustan ki taqriban har muslim riyaasat hanafi mazhab ki pairokaar thi,

qaziyon ke faisle amooman hanafi fiqah ke mutabik kiye jaate They, aur fiqah hanafi ki mustanad awwal kitabein qaaziyon ke saamne rahti thi, aur madarse me student bhi unhi ko padhte they…

Samundari ilaaqe ke qareeb maslan madras(chennai) maalebaar, aur konkan me chunke ahle yemen aur ahle hejaz ki aamad zyada thi, isliye in ilaaqon ke log aam taur par fiqah shafai par aamil they, aur aaj bhi wah isi par qayem hain

fiqah maliki aur fiqah hambali ka koi asar hindustan me nahi hain… Haan kuch log tijaarat ke maqsad se hindustan aaye.

Hindustan me jitne fuqaha guzre hain aur fiqah wa usool fiqah par unhone jo kuch kaam kiya hai , sirf uski sar sari fehrist(list) bhi taiyyar ki jaaye to hazaaron page bhi naakaafi honge,

baher haal is mauzu(topic) par jo tahqeeqaat saamne aayi hai unse maaloom hota hai ke shuru ki do, teen sadiyon me jab ke musalmanon ke qadam yahan poori tarah se raij bhi na they,

hindustan me taqriban 300 fuqaha us haisiyat se paida ho Chuke they, jinke naam tazkiron me mahfooz rah gaya hain, uske baad ki to koi ginti hi nahi hai,

jahan tak tasneefaat ka talluq hai to ye kaha ja sakta hai ke is maidaan me ” fatawa taataar khataniyah” ko awwaliyat ka darja haasil hai.

Ye kitab bahut dino tak hukumat ke kiye ek rahnuma kitab ka kaam deti rahi,

infraadi tafneefaat se qata nazariyaat ke ahtamaam me fiqah ke jo majmue murattab hue un me aham tareen kitab jise ” fatawa alamgiri” hai jise ” fatawa hindiya” bhi kaha jaata hai,

hindustan ke fiqhi adab ke zakheere me ” fatawa alamgiri” ko hamesha numaaya haisiyat haasil rahi hai, lekin jahan tak infraadi tasneefaat ka talluq hai to unke baare me yaqeen ke saath kaha ja sakta hai ke islami hind ki tareekh me koi sadi aisi nahi guzri hai jab fiqah ki kisi na kisi kitab par kaam na kiya gaya ho…

Muslim daur e hukumat me bahut saare aise musalman baadshah guzre hain jo khud to shahab qalam they , lekin wa ulema wa fuqaha ki is darja khidmat aur izzat karte they ke baaz log aqeedatan wa muhabbatan apni kitaabon ko unke naam se mansoob karne me khushi mahsoos karte they, is silsile me feroz shah tughlak ke naam se mansoob kitab ” fawaid e feroz shahi” ka naam pesh kiya ja sakta hai,

jo dar’haqiqat uske darbaar ke ek aalim ki kitab hai, jisme unhone zabaan farsi me fiqah hanafi ke fatawe ko jama kiya hai

jab adaalaton ke elawa madaaris me bhi fiqah ka bol bala huwa to madarson me bhi fiqah par kitabein likhi gayi, wah aam taur se students ki zaruraton ko poora karti thi,

yah kitabein amuman pahli kitabon ki sharah hoti thi,

misaal ke taur par ham sirf do mashoor hanafi fiqah ki kitabon ka zikr karte hain, ek hidaya hai jis par taqriban 15 hindustani ulema ne apne haashiye chadhaaye hain, aur dusri kitab “sharah wiqaya” hai jis ko 18 ulema ne apne keemti haashiya chadhaaye hain.

Fiqah ke elawa Usool fiqah par mukhtalif kitaben likhi gayi, jin me se qaazi shahabuddeen jaunpuri ki kitab “sharah bazdawi” aur allama muhibullah bihaari ki “musallam al saboot” khususiyat ke saath qaabil e zikr hain

is sar sari jayeza se kam se kam itna zaroor malum hota hai ke hindustan me fiqah ki aamad aur phir uski ishaa’at kaise hui ……
