Rasoollallah Salllallahu Alaihi wasallam ne Nikah Shigar se mana farmaya aur wo ye hai ki koi shaksh kisi se kahey ki tum mujhse apni ladki ki shaadi karwa do aur main apni ladki ki shaadi tumse karwa du ya tum mujhse apni bahan ki shaadi karwa do main tumse apni bahan ki shadi karwa du

English Translation:

Abu Huraira Allah be pleased with him reported that Allah’s Messenger may peace be upon him prohibited Shighar. Ibn Numair added: Shighar means that a person should say to the other person: Give me the hand of your daughter in marriage and I will (in return) marry my daughter to you; or marry me your sister, and Iwill marry my sister to you.

Allah Ta’ala ne hamare liye kiraman katibeen farishto ko muqarar farmaya hai’ jo hum bolty aur sunty hain woh sab kuch likh laite hain to sawal yah hai ki in farishto ke paida kerne mai kia hikmat hai Qk Allah Subhan-o-Ta’ala to sab kuch janta hai aur is se hamari koi zahiri aur batini bat poshidah nahi hai?

Iss tarhan ke amoor ki hikmat kabhi humen maloom hojati hai aur kabhi maloom nahi hoti Qk bohat sari cheezen aisi hain jin ki hikmat hume maloom nahi jaisa k Allah Ta’ala ne rooh ka ziker kerte huway farmaya hai k:

“Aur tum sy rooh k bary mai sawal kerty hain’ keh do k woh mery parverdigar ka amar hai aur tum logo ko (bohat hi) kam ilm dia gaya hai.”

Ab raha yh sawal k hamary sath kiraman katibeen muqarar kerne mai kia hikmat hai? to is mai hikmat yah hai k Allah Ta’ala ne kainat ki tamam ashiya ko aik nizam k sath tartib dia aur is nizam ko nihayat umdagi-o-khubi k sath mazboot-o-mustehkam kia hai hatta k insano k aqwaal-o-afaal k likhny k liye in se kiraman katibeen ko muqarar farma dia hai halaan k woh alam-ul-gaiyub to hamare kerne se bhi pahle hamare aqwal-o-afaal ko janta hai lekin yah sara nizam is bat ka mazhr hai k Allah Ta’ala ny insan ko kamaal derja ki ahmiyat di hai aur is ne kainat k nizam ko kamal tarike se tartib dia hai. Wallah A’alam.

Jab Yah Maloom Hai Ki Mayyat Ko Masjid Mai Dafan Karna Jaiz Nahi Aur Jis Masjid Mai Qabar Ho Us Mai Namaz Parna Jaiz Nahi To Phir Rasoolullah s.a.w Aur Baaz Sahaba Karam R.A. Ki Qabro Ko Masjid Nabvi Mai Dakhil Kerne Ki Kya Hikmat Hai?

Answer :
 

Rasool Allah s.a.w Se Yah Sabit Hai Ki App Ne Farmaya:
 

“Allah Ta’ala Yahod-o-Nasara Par la’anat Farmaye K Inhone Apne Anmbiya Ki Qabaro Ko Masjiden Bana Liya Tha.”

Isi Tarh Yah Bhi Hazrat Aisha R.A Se Marvi Sahi Hadis Se Sabit Hai:
 

“Hazrat Umm Salma R.A. Aur Hazrat Habiba R.A. Ne Rasool Allah s.a.w Ki Khidmat Mai Aik Girja Ka Zikr Kiya Jise Inhone Habsha Mai Dekha Tha Aur Is Mai Tasveere Bani Huwi Thee’ Rasool Allah s.a.w Ne Farmaya: “Un Logo Mai Agar Koi Naik Admi Faot Hota To Is Ki Qabar Par Masjid Bana Lete Aur Is Mai Yah Tasveere Bhi Banate Wah Log Allah Ta’ala Ke Nazdeek Sab Se bad’tareen Makhlooq Hain.”

Hazrat Jandab Bin Abdulullah Bijli R.A Se Riwayat Hai Ki Mai Ne Rasool Allah s.a.w Ko Irshad Farmaty Huwe Suna Ki :
 

“Allah Ta’ala Ne Mujhe Apna Khaleel Bana Liya Hai’ Jis Tarah Allah Ne Hazrat Ibrahim A.S. Ko Apna Khalil Banaya Tha. Agar Mai Ummat Mai Se Kisi Ko Apna Khalil Banata To Abu Bakar R.A. Ko Khalil Banata’ Tum Mai Se Pahle Log Apne Nabiyo Aur Waliyo Ki Qabaro Ko Masjiden Bana Laite The’ Khabardar! Tum Qabaro Ko Masjide Na Banana’ Mai Tumhe Is Se Mana Karta Hoon.”

Hazrat Jabir R.A.Se Riwayat Hai:
 

“Nabi Kareem s.a.w Ne Qabar Ko Choona Gach (pukhta) Karne’ Is Par Bethne Aur Is Emarat Banane Se Mana Farmaya Hai.”

Allah k Rasool Hazrat Mohammad s.a.w Aur Ap Ke Sahibeen R.A. Ki Tadfeen Masjid Mai Nahi Ki Gai Thi Balki In Muqaddas Hastiyo Ki Tadfeen Hazrat AIsha R.A. k Hujrah Mai Huwi Thi.
